"Alright...." she began to walk cautiously, looking around as she did so. She thought she saw a dark object in the distance but wasn't sure if she should say in case she was imaging things, she stared, narrowing her eyes as she did so.

Ciel stops his ears picking up a rustling sound "Faster.. run!" He turns toward the noise.

Mara ran as fast as she could, trying not to trip "woah, w-whats wrong?" She asked him as she tried to keep up.

"Just dont stop until i tell you" He pings sounds off of what ever is running at them. It's huge. He thinks silently cursing himself for not noticing sooner

[Nona]

"I knew I wasn't imagining things" she muttered to herself as she ran, suddenly Mara lost her balance stepping over a rock and fell, she tried to quickly scramble to her feet. This wasn't good.

Faint ripples form from ciels hands "WHO..?? WHAT ARE YOU" His voice echoes loud and clear

[Nona]

Mara made her way over to ciel, half hiding behind him. If this were a person, she'd probably just try scare them off with an illusion, but she knew that wouldn't work. Besides, she didn't have the energy right now, she didn't have a good rest as she used her illusions through the night to protect herself.

He probes the area again with sound "stay behind me" he whispers in her ear face never turning from the creature lurking out of sight

 

[Nona]

She nods in agreement, she stayed closely behind him, barely moving a muscle as she stared at the beast in front of them.

(Like how he whines about no interaction but is never on) "Where is he" he asks himself

 

[Nona]

((Maybe its late where he is? Well its late here too but I dont sleep much, ahah))


"Huh?" Mara looked all around her, "he's gone?, just like that?" She felt a little uneasy that the creature just dissapeared, it could be anywhere now!, she shuddered at the thought.

"Let's keep moving" he states with a sense of urgency

 

[Nona]

"Alright" she brushed herself off and stopped hiding behind him.

[Verdas]

Kuro appeared again from the shadows and silently walked towards the two, still in his true form and then after getting closer reverted to his true one since they seemed like ordinary people. As he walked towards them in his humanoid form, his footsteps and movements were no longer silent and muffled like they were before so anyone would notice him if they listened. @Nonalaka @Ira et Tenebris

"Its getting closer" his ears pick up the sound "who are you" his voice echoes loudly agian, more than it should be able to since he didn't yell

[Verdas]

Kuro grins and then begins laughing loudly, something that might attract unwanted attention. "Are you experiments? No human could hear from afar." He asks as he approached closer, though he did not mean any harm anymore, his casual approach might seem threatening or intimidating to normal people. After a few more steps, however, he stopped since he would then be out of the cover of the shadows that hid him from the light and allowed him to regenerate, should anything happen. Even someone insane had at least that much sense. @Nonalaka (Don't you guys think your posts are a little too short? Just saying.)

 

[Nona]

((Possibly, but it is a casual rp after all uvu)


"Uhm.. well.." she paused for a moment. She didn't know if she should say or not, she didn't know this person, who knows what his agenda was. She decided to stay silent. She stood behind ciel a little.

Kuro frowned when the girl behind the man seemed to try an answer but instead became silent again. He stared at her, still frowning. He didn't like it when people didn't answer his questions. Since he was insane, he had no way of comprehending why the girl would choose to stay silent or why the two were so weary of him. He decided to step closer towards them and his right arm took on it's true form while the rest of his body remained intact. The rest of his body was dwarfed by the sheer size of his arm in it's true form. @Nonalaka @Ira et Tenebris

Ciel smiled coldly obviously not amused with the display."no we are just random people walking through the woods ... What do you think?" His voice came from multiple directions as he stepped forward to show that this obsurd display didn't scare him

Mara remained silent, Ciel seemed to know how to deal with this and Mara knew next to nothing about socialising in general, never mind dealing with shady characters. She remained half hidden behind the boy, an uncomfortable expression on her face. She decided to stay quiet until the oppertunity arose to speak.

"What do you want he asked expressionless" He stood ready for a fight knowing that this could go either way. He looked back at Mara to insure she wouldn't get hurt.

Mara was contemplating running somewhere safe, her body wasn't healed enough for confrontation. But decided to stay put behind Ciel, she felt safe, he seemed able to handle it.

 

[Verdas]

Kuro grinned again, his frown fading away. He flexed his right arm and it's claws, feeling an irresistible urge to give the male experiment in from of him a scratch or two across the face. "You really care about that girl behind you, don't you?" He asks him, obviously up to something. His other arm turned into it's true form like his right, aiming a powerful swipe at Ciel and clenching his right hand into a fist, ready to punch if the other hits for greater damage, or if it misses or is dodged. (@Nonalaka if you guys don't wanna fight, I'll edit this post.)

Ciel grins and a high pitch tone echoes directly in kuros ears throwing off his balance. Ciel doesn't move and the claws rake across his chin.
