"Oh gotcha," she smiled and ran around the back. It was huge. She began to climb up the rungs, but fell on the third step. Her scraped up knee slammed into the metal. She yelled in pain, but in her agony she also noted a hollow noise. "Hm. That's weird," she said to herself, still moaning occasionally about the pain in her leg. She began touching the cool metal, exploring it, but nothing seemed less than absolutely smooth.

Leila looked over the edge of the thing. "Are you ok? What was that sound?" She asked, eager to explore this thing.

Anthem blushed when she touched him but was surprised when she stopped "What? why'd we-" "Woah!" Anthem stared giant spaceship that was now visible to him. "A spaceship...?" Anthem curiously read the words on the wall of the ship. " the Okina? That sounds familiar..." He thought for a second "oh that's right! That's the name of the ship in the story my dad used to tell." Anthem smiled at his discovery.

"A ship from a story? This is starting to sound like a TV show cliche." Leila giggled.

"Oh Ok just let me think..." Anthem thought for a moment.

"Ok so in his stories Captain Smith [my dad] was the captain of the ship, Okina-3 or as he likes to call it the 'Star Catcher' and he fights like pirates, and aliens and fly across the galaxy and stuff. I really used loved his story's and I still would if he was still around to tell them..." Anthem's eyes sunk to the ground and his smile faded.

Aria was downcast as well. She knew Anthem didn't like talking about his dad. She felt bad for not being considerate enough. Going up to the upset Anthem, she hugged him really tightly and just sat there for a moment, trying to cheer him up a little. "It won't always be so hard, Anthem. I'm so sorry," she whispered, pronouncing his full name.

Leila stayed quiet, because she knew Anthem was really sensitive, and she was very good at comforting him. She had tried before, and it didn't go we'll.

Anthem's face turned bright red knowing she couldn't see it from behind him."thank you." Anthem smiled and hugged back. He backed up so he could talk face to face "Its fine I'm going to have to get used to it if we're going to find out what this thing is." He said patting the side of the ship. *pssssssst one of the side doors opened revealing the contents inside "oops..." Anthem backed away slowly.

Instead of backing away from the movement, Aria moved closer, intrigued, "Let's explore, guys," she said in a low voice, her face flushed with excitement.

"If it's anything like your story, we should be fine, Annie," she said, giggling as she stepped into the corridor. She wasn't surprised by more metal, but she continued onward, "Come along, Pond."

Anthem stayed quiet the second time knowing she was right again and notice the weird objects in the room with them. "An erector?" Anthem stared at the familiar looking machine.

"Oh yeah I forgot I have to explain everything to you. This machine has the ability to create anything you can imagine. "If the power was still on then I could show you how it works, but of course we would have to find the power gen first."

"Oh, cool. Did any of your dad's stories say where it was?" Aria knew the unlikelihood, but she decided to give it a shot.

Aria smiled, "Yeah, because no one else had that idea." She jumped out the door and started searching the outside. "Cars run from engines you can find in the hood, right? So why don't we check the front. Someone else should look for a map, too, i think. This spaceship seems pretty big, and a little map would be super helpful."

Anthem followed her outside "wait...but this is a spaceship so there isn't a ho-" his mouth dropped when he saw her getting ready to open the front-hood. "i'll help you open it..." Anthem sighed and stood next to her. "hey, so...if we do happen to get this ship working where would you want to go first?" he asked curiously.

@Amber KB

Aria thought for a moment, biting her lip, "I don't know... Anywhere that's not here, I guess. And somewhere with life, obviously. If there is anywhere..." Aria was disheartened for a moment. She wasn't thinking about going anywhere when she got it working. She just wanted to see if she could. Looking at the interior she decided it was too alien for her to coherently understand. Then she saw it. A big lever. "Well, that was easy," she said, proudly, as she pulled it toward her. The ship buzzed to life and Aria hopped off, grabbing Anthem's hand as she did.
