[The Master]

Leon turned his attention back to the water, growling as he left Kat alone. Leon stabbed a few fish rapidly before eating them, satisfying his hunger. Leon's body shifted back to his regular four armed self. He glared at Kat, his territorial tendencies kicking in. He didn't care that she touched him, since he understood she was just a smaller animal. He was bigger and out of instinct he wanted her to know that he was in charge.

She sensed his attitude and growled at him. "I was here before you. How dare you come in and start acting oh so tough...and going up to people like they are animals...I even spared you when I saw you. You are not the alpha here. Nobody is. So go back to wherever you came from, or you can shelter with us. I was nice. You have the chance to be nice to me, or you go piss off."


She was not afraid of him. In fact she was angry with him for acting so pissy towards her.


She slowly turned into a panther, her pupils turning to slits. She flashed her fangs at him and hissed, fur standing on the back of her neck.

 

[Aeron]

Eden burst through the jungle and onto the beach, a couple feet away from the beast. She heard the road and her demon pushed forward, dominating her will and taking over. Her eyes were darker then ever, her every vein black. Shadows crawled around her in smoke as she saw the beast carrying Jennifer and standing close to Kat. The demon growled and got into a defensive position, ready to keep he beast away from the two people the demon reconized as harmless.

[The Master]

Leon's eyes widened, and in a deep growling voice that sounded nothing like his own he shouted "Spared?! I! SPARE! YOU!" He roared at her. Leon then noticed more people arriving. Immediately he took a step back but only while his body became more adapted to the situation. He roared, sharp spikes and scales growing on him, as well as a tougher hide. As he changed more, Leon looked like a battle-ready monster, every part of him adapted for a fight.

Kat roared as loud as she could, her eyes growing white. 6 more panthers appeared by her side, ready for a fight. She looked at them and gave a low growl. Her claws sharpened and came out of her paws, digging into the dirt. She looked at Eden, approving her for fighting. She then looked straight at the new beast.


This guy thinks he is so much better than us She thinks.


 
(Okay, my parents are telling me to go AARGGRHHOOBAFOGOPHP. I was so close!!! But I will be on later tonight. Wait for me pleeeaaaase.)

[The Master]

Out of Leon's back came four large pincer looking appendages. He moved them around to check their ease of use. Leon struck the sand with one of them at a speed none of them could keep up with. He roared, stomping onto the ground.


(Yeah, same for me I will be back in like three hours or so.)

The demon grinned at Kat and took on stage one of transformation.

She blinked as her darkness flew forward, darkening Kat's shadow.

Jack seen Eden take off and seen her and some others and a beast. So he ran next to her and one and was engulfed in flames and one by lightning.* what's going on here.(okay )

Kat;s eyes glowed at the shadow darkened, smiling hysterically and growling at the beast in front of her. The other panthers growled too, in connection with ther thoughts and movement.

 

[Aeron]

The demon let the panther take control of the power it gave her and made its self taller and wider them the beast. As the demon began to growl and approach the beast, The shadow of Éden snaked along the ground and rose up to Jennifer. "Jennifer, I need you to come with me, okay? Is it okay if I pick you up?" The shadow asked her gently.

 

[The Master]

Leon gave a loud, almost sonic, screech of pain as he began to grow in bulk and size to match the opponent. Because his new size he was able to strike at the other panthers and gash them all fatally from where he was at. Leon growled and readied his pincers as a warning to the massive panther. Anyone who knew animals could tell that Leon was simply a scared and cornered pup, but he would kill and attack if it meant his survival.

[Vulpes]

Carl woke up on he beach, he must have fallen asleep. he looked up, he couldn't see Kat, he paniked 'where was she?!' he had just lef her 10 km away from the camp and had let something happen to her. He quickly got up and started running back, hoping that Kat was alright, she must be, kat is a tough cookie.

Kat looked at him, anger rising up. But then she looked as he was matching her. She realized that she was only doing this because he had an attitude with her...and there was really no reason to fight. He had not attacked her yet...and she promised herself before that she would only attack if she was attacked.


There is no reason for this. she thought


So she transformed back into a human form, her eyes still white and fangs still showing and looked the beast in the eye. "I will not attack you. But I will not stand arrogance. I will not fight you unless attacked. Like I said...I am an outsider like you. But if you would rather fight then that is your choice. We had this camp first. And you are not going to take it over just because of your animal instincts. I will not fight today. Have a good day."


She shook her head, shaking the whiteness from her eyes. She looked at Eden and the others and said, "Let's go. This is not worth it. He is just a kid. He does not understand."


She left, looking for Carl still as the shadows peeled off of her.

 

[Vulpes]

Carl appeared more or less right next to Kat, then he looked at everyone else around. what was this? there must have been some secrets kept from him, the other two people looked nightmarish, but Kat didn't look fazed,maybe a little pissed off. "what is happening?" he muttered to Kat urgently.

 

[The Master]

Leon roared at her before going back to his "regular" size and form. He scooped Jennifer up and put her on his back, growling at Kat as a warning. He understood her words, barely, and gave what seemed like a scoff. Leon understood just fine, but he didn't trust any of them except Jennifer, so he would show no kindness to them until they earned his trust back.

Carl heard the roar and looked at Leon, 'what the hell is that?!' he thought. He quickly stood to face it, feeling as brave as he did stupid, but he was fast, that thing couldn't touch carl if he didn't let it.

(And earn his trust BACK? He has no trust in anyone at all basically. He doesn't even consider the fact that they are just like him. They did not even lay one finger on him yet. They just got angry because he was being kinda "alpha-manly-man" on her...I am so confused, can you please help me out on the logic of this? lol @The Master )


Kat looked at Carl. She sighed at the boy/beast and said to him, "Could you please put Jenny down? You can't just go up to people and put them on your back like you own them." Then she turned to Carl. "This boy here showed up on the island...at first I was welcoming to him and said to him that there was nothing to be afraid of. But then he acted all 'alpha tough guy' on me and so I got angry and was about to fight him for treating me like that...but then I decided it is not worth it..." Kat said to him. She shrugged and glared at the boy/beast before storming off onto the beach.

 

[The Master]

(He's 13, he was hungry which made him volatile already, he was protective of Jennifer so of course he would growl when someone went near her, he is scared since he has NO idea what is going on and he is a KID, and he has NO memory. You can't expect good results from a cornered animal whose only purpose is to adapt to survive and do his best in order to do so no matter the circumstances. Stop being a baby )


Leon looked at the boy who stood up to him, he growled at first but cut it short. An image popped into Leon's head of a man who looked similar to Carl. Leon put Jennifer down quickly before growling in pain, holding his head. He took a few steps back, groaning as memories began flooding back. Leon retreated into the forest, not running but rushing a bit. He began to shift back once he was sure he was out of sight.





Leon rested against a tree, holding his head painfully. The rush of adrenaline and Carl's familiarity knocking his head back straight. His eyes widened as he realized all that had happened. "Those bastards... They did this on purpose!" He shouted angrily. "Those regulars!" He growled to himself.

Carl looked back at Kat and followed her, occasionally looking at Leon to make sure he wasn't doing anything. "why is he doing that?" he asked Kat, a little confused.

(Um, since when does this guy get so trusting to Jennifer? Kat was just as kind and he gets pissy. That is the only part I am confused about. Nobody cornered him until he got pissy. Like what in the actual heck? I can see that he is a kid and he is scared...and if he was mean to Jennifer too, I would be a lot less confused. It is just the fact that just because she hugged him, now he fully trusts her. Nobody does that. But hey, I am not being a baby, I just don't quite understand how that lines up. I am not against you. @The Master )


Kat sighs, feeling bad about the situation. She didn't want to make a bad first impression on a visitor...


"I don't know, Carl. He is probably hungry and scared...and protective over Jennifer...but I don't get it. I could have sworn I was just as nice to him but then he acted weird towards me...I will try again..." Kat replied.


She quickly ran into the ocean, transforming into a panther again as she caught a bunch of fish at her speed. She held 10 of them in her mouth. She quickly plopped them in one of the baskets in the camp and brought it over to the boy/beast in the forest, catching his scent. She looked at the boy/beast and said gently, "Look, I am not here to hurt you. I thought I was, but I didn't...and I am not asking you to trust me. I brought you this basket of fishes to eat...you must be hungry. Have a good day."


Then Kat ran away

Carl went over to the camp and picked up two peices of bear jerky , he sat and waited for others to come, he was sure that nobody had tried the bear jerky yet. he began to eat one, he liked it, it didn't taste much different from any other jerky to be honest. the moment he saw somebody he was going to insist that they tried it. he wasn't going to let Leon have it, leon had growled at him. Lines had been crossed.
