That is similar to the Acid Seed Cannon, the acid only does like 1D4 SDC to organics...although I think the projectile still does 4D8 MDC of force...at least that is my understanding of how it would work, its designed to fight the machine.
Going back to Splicers here, that's one thing I like about many of the Splicer weapons - they're organic-friendly!

See? There is new stuff out. You just need to know where to find it. lol
New stuff also comes out of us gamers! There is stuff in my games that does not exist in any book because I made it! It's mine! I'm proud of it!

Children often make rules on the fly. The other children agree, and *bang!* it's a thing in their games! Why be any different in roleplaying? I'm completely unafraid to make a game my own or add something to a chat to ask my Players, "Hey! Is this exciting? Do you like this or should I shelve it?" You get one life to be this person that you are - make the most of it without boundaries! =)

Sherwood Sherwood Hey, Bud? Did you answer this and I missed it?
O.K.. Sherwood Sherwood Re: Advanced Senses. On page 79, the main book says "Biotics, Gore Hounds and Wing Packs (only) can acquire Advanced Senses by spending Bio-E points." However, in Legion, which was written after the main book, page 35, the Black Talon War Hawks under Other Sensory Enhancements, "Any enhancements can be applied."

Which is the case in our game, please?

Note: I have forgotten that Black Talon War Hawks can transmit both visual and audio data to their human. However, the Bio-Comm can only pick up within 30 feet. If the Advanced Senses is O.K.ed, then Woodstock can pick up a whisper at 300 feet. Even if the Bio-Comm can't transmit it, Woodstock can still hear it, potentially to Cerberus's benefit.

Here is what I posted earlier; haven’t had time to do a deep search of the rules yet.

It makes sense that you can add sensory upgrades to Woodstock. As you said, the book’s with the war hawk came later on.

I’ll have to take a look at the books to see the extent of the bio com for the delivery man and the birb and let you know.

Another case of our inexperience in the system. No harm done.

To be more clear than I was then, you are able to add any advanced sense to Woodstock given enough bio-e.
I realized that as I was posting that saying it makes sense is not the same as yes you can do it.
Right! Details matter! And I thank you for the clarity as well as the GM permissions! (You clearly trust me a great deal - you know I'm out to add to your games. I'm not surprised by this; I just wanted to show my appreciation to you for it.) =)

Okies, let's see what I can do here with what I've been given (which is lots!) =)

I'm updating Chaska's and Woodstock's BIO-E selections.

Okies. Sherwood Sherwood

Three topics. First, I'm going back over all of Chaska and Woodstock's BIO-E to make certain my total number is absolutely accurate. If I'm over, I'll swap something out. EDIT: After spending over an hour to audit myself, turns out, I'm under for Chaska and by 24 BIO-E! I hadn't added up some of Chaska's BIO-E from level advancement. Better than over! =)

Second, that necessary purchase of the Organic Thrusters threw off some of his gimmick/sensory game, but Chaska is far from hurting; in fact, he's deadlier than ever in melee. That because he's now able to capitalize on his martial arts. Yay!

Third. =) Chaska is officially Hell On Wheels in melee. When using the Bio-Energy Blades in WyldKat using Zanji, he's got a +18 Strike. If you are allowing that +1 from Damage from Zanji to add to M.D. strikes (which you allowed in Rifts with Gradicus, but it's your call here, of course), he's netting 3d12 + 36 M.D. per single strike (which lines up very close to the numbers I provided here before, much to my satisfaction).

His Automatic Parry (+9) is almost half of his Automatic Dodge (+17 with all WyldKat's boosts active, slightly more when flying). He's got Automatic Roll and Breakfall (again, thanks to Zanji) at +9. Chaska has become a pretty versatile guy!
Birbs go first! EDIT: Just two because I screwed up on Woodstock's BIO-E (the details are two posts down from this one).

Woodstock's upgrades.
Advanced Senses (Main 79. Can hear a whisper at 300 feet, taste and smell are twice that of a human's, sense magnetic north, amplify voice to 80 decibels.) 20 BIO-E.
Simple Light Cell (Main 104. Replaced prerequisite Glow Cell with Simple Light Cell as it can be seen further and brighter.) 1 BIO-E.

Chaska's upgrades

Non-weapon upgrades and additions include the following:

To further add to WyldKat's feline look, he added non-retractable foot claws:
Claws, Small, Non-retractable, Hands & Feet (Main 95. +1D6+3 M.D. to punch). 12B.
Like Woodstock, he upgraded his Glow Cell to a Simple Light Cell.
Simple Light Cell (Main 104. Replaced prerequisite Glow Cell with Simple Light Cell as it can be seen further and brighter.) 1 BIO-E.
Electromagnetic Vision (Main 78). See and feel the flow of electricity in 5 foot radius. (+20% to Land Navigation, +10% to Surveillance except when Tailing, +5% to all Electronics Skills. Help detect machines in people's heads a.k.a. Legion). 10B.
Enhanced Leaping Ability (Main 86). Can leap 10 feet high or across. If running for 40 feet, can jump 50 feet high or 100 feet across. 5B per 10 feet (purchased once).
Grip Hands (see Lore). Mini-holders. +1 to Initiative for items held. 2B each, 4 purchased (maximum), for 8B total. Have them hold canvas bags?
Heat Pits (Main 81): Feel and see heat in 30 foot radius. +1 to Parry and Dodge. Track by heat: 70% (+2%/level) + I.Q. bonus. 10B.
Macro-Vision (Main 79). See details up close like tiny particles, skin cells, nanobots. 20 foot range. 5B.
Organic Thrusters (Main 93): 200 mph (combat bonuses under Special). Max Ceiling: 25,000 feet. Underwater: 100 mph. 35B.
Shell Vault (see Lore). Small. 5B.

New Bio-E Weapons
And then there are the vents and Bio-Energy Blades. At a whopping 60 BIO-E, I think it's quite fair to say that if you hadn't allowed BIO-E via credit purchase, he wouldn't have these bad boys. =)
Dual Bio-Energy Expulsion Vents (Main 98. Does 4d8+P.E. bonus in M.D., no bonus to hit. Works in water.) 20B total. (See Blades.)
Dual Bio-Energy Blades (see Lore). 3d12+35 (bonus equal to P.E.) per individual hit, can be used with Zanji (Paired as Daisho). Up to 5 feet long. Placed in forearms. +3 to Strike, +2 to Parry, useable 210 min./12 hrs. Any use after causes weakness in pilot. 40B total.

Sherwood Sherwood Crud. After my self-audit, I see there's no way Woodstock gets Stealth Field and not for some time (he's 30 BIO-E short and gets 1D6+2 per level). Then again, we can buy BIO-E now. That's definitely a good thing!

See, after auditing Woodstock, I misread, screwed up, and thought Woodstock received 50 BIO-E too. That's where I thought I could get Stealth Field from. My mistake. And no biggie; he'll be just fine. Live and learn! =)
