Since the Artifact gives a specialty and an Eclipse Charm and since Presence is an Eclipse Charm maybe Hunger Clad in Eight Broken Chains could get the specialty Presence (Instill intimacy) and pick an Abyssal Presence Charm he qualifies for?

No Greater Terror would work and ties in with his theme.

I had fun handing out candy to the kiddos with my wife. This is the first year I didn’t escort my eleven year old out in the neighborhood. She was very good and responsible. It makes me happy to see her growing up.

Since Hunger Clad in Eight Broken Chains doesn't have much to add in terms of mental stuff I fill out his posts with what he's doing.
