My thought is that we can try to make “friendly” contact with them and learn what we can about their army and how they travel between Creation and Autochthon. Once we have some info on that, we can discover how to get the Contagion into the heart of their population.

I would think a version of the Contagion that doesn’t show symptoms right away and would allow the population to spread the disease for us would be ideal.

IIRC, Infernals has not been released yet. The latest documents out are the early rough drafts for the Abyssals.

On a related note, I'm a backer of the new Autochthon book. It is almost as if our good Psychie called it with her game. lol

Did you purchase the Language Merit? You get your Native Language for free, but to be able to speak Old Realm you'll need to have put in a dot into that. If you can speak High Realm and Low Realm, you can try a Int + Linguistics roll to try and get a message across.
