Anybody have any cool pirate slang? Also, are privateers a thing? What do we call ships (and soldiers) that are loyal to the government? What would the pirates call them?

Pretzel Heart Well, Angelica and Joey are not together 100% of the time, and I'm sure once she figured out that Iksel was afraid of doggo, she'd approach without him as needed. And I also figured that she keeps an eye on him from a distance- like, it's just blatantly obvious to her that he's not savvy at all and she needs to watch out and intervene when he's about to get in trouble, like a mildly terrifying and inscrutable guardian angel.

H-He's not scared of them! He just doesn't want any gross dog breath in his face.
Honestly he's probably getting into trouble 99% of the time.
I think eventually he'll warm up to her. Reminding him of his big sis. :3

Privateer = military member = soldier. Pirates call them what they are.

Yeah lol, undestandably. This other roleplay is also very high in quality and planning, but the OCC turned into the salitest blame game I've seen in my life somewhen last month. It's a nice, fun, enjoyable taste of salt though!
