Pretzel Heart Well, Angelica and Joey are not together 100% of the time, and I'm sure once she figured out that Iksel was afraid of doggo, she'd approach without him as needed. And I also figured that she keeps an eye on him from a distance- like, it's just blatantly obvious to her that he's not savvy at all and she needs to watch out and intervene when he's about to get in trouble, like a mildly terrifying and inscrutable guardian angel.

whitepaperplates Angelica takes exception to that. Kid needs to toughen up and get smart damn fast, but tearing him down ain't gonna help with that.
