Isle of man

Ellen gets up and uses her overshirt as a bag to carry the fish around she tied the sleeves to herself creating a temporary bag. She decided to explore and maybe find some more food and supplies on her own.

As she walked she created alot of sound as she stepped on twigs and stamped down grass to make a path way. She thought it was a good idea to have pathways and finding more food before morning.

Clutching my wounded stomach, I walk out of the shack, leaving the loudmouth and italian in the shack.

Now where was the Brit....?

After walking a short distance, I realize I should have tranquilized them again...

Oh well. The door is locked from the outside.

THE SHACK

its a small shack.

door locks from the outside and a very small window, about the size of a textbook.

~Romeo/Seborga~

My eyes start to open.

Things start to sink in.

I'm tied to a post in a small, dim room.

I look to my left to see a wall.

I look to my right and see....

Alfred.

"Alfred....can you hear me"

I whisper beside me, in case the man is close by.

@Edlen

@Otakubeats

Alfred whispered back, slowly stretching the vines. "Sebo? You okay dude?"

As she and Natalie rested under the shade of a tree, Maria had noticed something, or better yet, someone, hiding in some nearby foliage aiming a gun at something not too far from their current location. With his shaggy blond hair and his enormous eyebrows, she instantly recognized him to be Arthur Kirkland, the personification of England. Her deep brown eyes lit up with curiosity as she began to wonder what exactly he could be aiming at with such caution, his nervousness and determination swirling in his emerald gaze.

Tilting her head a bit further, what she saw made her blood run cold. It was Alfred, her former brother, in a state of unconsciousness with his hands and legs tied together with the vines that grew nearby. Not only that, but he was being dragged by a man she certainly didn't recognize, to a shack hidden deeper into the forest. The unknown man also had a certain aura to him, the aura that all of them possessed, the aura of a personification. And that alone made the current situation much more complicated.

'Ano ang dapat gawin ko?' Maria thought to herself in slight panic, her expressive eyes betraying every emotion she was currently experiencing. Including an emotion she rarely ever feels in her life. Fear. However, she knew that panicking would get her nowhere, and thus, she took a deep breath to calm herself down. 'I shouldn't interfere. Not yet. Interfering now would only cause chaos. I should wait for either of them to make a move, and only then will I involve myself.' She decided in her mind, making sure not to make any noise as she directed her attention back to Natalie, but kept an ear out for any noises that'll indicate that something had happened

Natalie was in her own world, obviously not paying much attention to anything else then the ground that was right in front of them. She didn't carry her usual ''intensity'' right now since she wasn't really all that energized. Her eyes looked blank,  mind  elsewhere .  Her knees were held up to her chest as she curled herself into a ball. Wet clothes were uncomfortable but at least it wasn't freezing cold . A sickness was something she could do without.

Yes, it was really stupid of her to be acting all spacey and as soon as she realized how little attention she was paying to her surroundings she would probably be mad at herself but now she wasn't really caring about that. The thing that brought her back to reality was the sound of various things being trampled underfoot by something. She appeared to become fully attentive again, her guard was raised back to what it normally was or maybe even somewhat higher .   "Maria?" she whispered to her to see if she was also hearing what she was hearing right now.

Arthur could hardly believe his good fortune when Whitney left the shack alone, meaning for the moment, Alfred was alive - if he'd wanted him dead, why tranquilize him and drag him through the jungle first? -- and safe.  The door was locked from the outside, and, moving closer, he spotted a window, but it was too small to climb through.  If he wanted to, the Brit thought, he could shoot out the lock, but the subsequent noise would be enought for Whitney to notice, nor could he let him get too far away lest he go after one of the others still at camp.  And as for trying to capture him again?  He didn't want to risk that, since if it failed, both he and Alfred would be in peril

That settled it, then, Arthur decided.  He'd have to wait until Whitney got far enough away to be somewhere in the middle of the jungle, but nowhere near camp, shoot out the lock, hope that Alfred was awake, and get the two of them away from the shack as fast as posible.  Then, when all this was over, he and the other the nations could get up a larger search party and go after Whitney once and for all.

Once he was sure Whitney was a good ways into the jungle, Arthur dashed out of hiding and over to the shack, splintering the wood around the lock in a single shot.  He yanked open the door and hurried inside, eyes widening when he saw not only Alfred, but Romeo, tied up inside the small room.  He rushed over to Romeo, who was nearest to him, and began working to unknot the ropes around his wrists.  It took him a moment to free the Italian nation, and he muttered a few choice words under his breath, realizing that the time he'd need to free both of them would put their escape in jeopardy.

"There, can you get the vines around your ankles?" he asked once he'd untied his hands, then moved over to Alfred, hastily loosening his bonds as well.

"He won't be gone long, so we'll have to hurry."

"I couldn't agree more."  Gesturing for Seborga to follow, he led the way out of the sack, listening carefully for any sign of Whitney's return.  "And this, by the way," Arthur grumbled, tossing a quick glare over his shoulder at the other two nations, "is why you shouldn't leave camp without damn backup."

"Alright then, next time you can rescue yourself and see how well that goes."  But there wasn't that much malice in the remark; he was too relieved that Alfred and Romeo were safe and, if all went well, they'd be back at camp to warn the others before Whitney had a chance to take one of them.  But as they rushed through the jungle, Arthur spotted a person - make that two people, he realized as they drew closer - under one of the trees.  Squinting in the bright sunlight, he recognized them as Maria and Natalie, the Philippines and Belarus.  And not far from them, Ellen.

"This way - some of the others are here as well."  He changed directions, heading towards Maria and Natalie, waving a hand to get their attention, then holding a finger to his lips to signal silence.  If Whitney heard them, he'd know where they were, and any one of the group could wind up getting shot by one of his darts or taken, and they'd be in the same predicament all over again.

She might of been able to take whatever was making those noises by surprised if she managed to be silent enough, assuming she and Maria hadn't already been spotted. If luck would have it the mystery thing would be something they cold eat like some kind of animal. What a time to have lost her knives. She sat there, contemplating what they should do exactly. Out of the corner of her eye though she spotted some other movement and instantly switched her attention  to the movement. ...Britain? she thought as she got a better look at what or rather who  it was. Natalie tapped Maria's shoulder gently before looking back at him.

The Brit had a finger over his lips, wanting them to keep quiet most likely. She wanted to know the reason why he wanted them to keep their silence though. Was the ''thing'' that was nearby dangerous? She cocked her head slightly but was now trying harder to not make much sound. She made a attempt to quiet her breathing and thought it best to pick her steps carefully if she would have to move from her place anytime soon.

Before long, Arthur and the others had reached Natalie and Maria.  "It's good to see the two of you," he said, keeping his voice low.  They were far enough from the shack that they could speak without much risk of being heard, but he wasn't taking more chances than he had to.  "We and some others have a camp not far from here, but we've got to get there as quickly as we can; Alfred, Romeo, and I ran into the island's personification, and he's hardly the sort you'd call friendly considering he's attacked us with a dart gun."

He could still glimpse Ellen through the trees, and noted she seemed to be trying to make some sort of trail.  In most situations, that'd be clever, but at the moment, noise meant danger.  They'd need to tell her about Whitney soon, before he heard her.  "Though first, we need to find Ellen."  He nodded in the direction of snapping twigs, indicating where she was.  Realizing the others might not know who he was talking about, he hastened to explain.  "She's my sister, the Isle of Man."

"A ha ha! You are the campione England!" he yelled.

(Switching to third person, because its easier for me to use.)

Romeo ran down the beach with the 4 other nations. We had managed to escape whoever that was!

One question was still....who was that man?

He was about to ask Britain, when a sudden gunshot ran out.

All the nations froze and turned around, to see the man pointing a double barreled SHOTGUN at them!

"Uh....amico, how does he have a shotgun!? Holy merda!"

~Whitney Zarrof~

"Ha ha ha! You fools thought you had escaped!"

He fired another round into the air, enjoying the winces of the 5 people.

"Listen, my...lets call him, my SUPPLIER, wouldn't be pleased to see you all escape so easily, now would they."

He lowered his rifle, pointing it directly at the heads of the Italian, Brit, Loudmouth, and two new women.

"Stay completely still. The slightest movement you'll be having my rounds for dinner. Survive that? You'll have earned yourself seconds."

He chuckled.

A... "Supplier"?  Arthur wasn't sure what Whitney meant by that, but the new language caught him by surprise.  Russian, perhaps?  He couldn't be sure, but definitiely something of Slavic origin.

"What'd he say?" he asked, muttering the question to Natalie out of the corner of his mouth in hopes Whitney wouldn't notice.

He still couldn't come up with a reasonable explanation for why the personification of an uninhabited island would be in contact with someone else, this "supplier", but he could take a guess at the supplier's nationality - from one of the Slavic nations, possibly Russian - since it would explain why Whitney would slip into that particular language.  A hunch started to form in the back of his mind, one he hoped he was very wrong about, because nations working with humans wasn't very common, and Ivan was still missing...

Whatever was going on, he thought, they didn't have many options, but maybe they could at least figure out what Whitney's plan was.  "Why do you need us, and who's this supplier of yours?" he asked, tempted to add a few insults in as well, but not wanting to risk a bullet to the head.

Alfred murmured under his breath. "He said eat your dinner..." Quicker than anyone could blink, Alfred snatched his gun, jumping to the side shooting several bullets at Whitney.

The loudmouth jumped, shooting his gun.

I'd fire one round of shotgun before being hit in the abdomen.

Romeo fell back.

Arthur had two bullets hit his arm.

Whitney would let out a small croak.

"You may have beat me American....but at what cost...."

I'd stand completely still.

I don't want rounds in my head.

When England started talking I braced. but Whitney started to reply.

Suddenly gunshots rang out.

I flew backwards.

I lie on the ground, I think I'm bleeding.

And then close my eyes.

America shot another round at the enemy and rushed over to seborga. He immediately used his jacket to stem his friends bleeding. Then grabbing britains jacket to do the same for his arm. He slung the brit over his shoulder and carried seborg bridal style back to camp. Alfred began to properly treat the injuries.

Feliciano hadn't been expecting the group to come back to camp the way they did, too injured and and two newcomers with them.  But when he saw one of those injured was his brother, worry turned to terror.  Not again, not with Gilbert and Kiku already hurt.

He dashed over, taking his brohter's hand in his.  "Noyoucan'tdiepleaseno... "  He bit his lip, which had begun to tremble and wiped a hand accross his eyes.  "Not you, too."

Arthur could feel one of the bullets had shattered one of the bones in his arm, and while it wasn't as painful as it would have been for a human, he found himself gritting his teeth and clutching his arm to his chest.  It'd heal soon enough, though; nations tended to recover quickly.

Glancing around the camp, he spotted most of the others.  Once his wound was treated and the bullets removed, he got to his feet, adjusting his jacket to be a makeshift sling, then made his way over to the nearest nations, the Irelands.  "Is everyone here at camp?" he asked, his main concern now warning the others about Whitney.

I had limped over to the crowd to see something terrible. Mein friend Italy, leaning over his unconcious brother....Who had obviously been shot.Arthur was also wincing with two wounds in his arm.

I listened to Alfred's explanation of Whitney.

"He needs to DIE!"

Thoughts began to run through his head.

"What if he has Germany! or Russia, Spain, Switzerland, any one could be captured!"

His mind was set to kill.

"Why would he do something like this?" Feliciano wondered aloud, glancing up at GIlbert and Alfred.  "It doesn't make sense... What does he want?"

"The sick bastard who attacked you went after all of us," Arthur explained.  "He's taken a few bullets, but I don't think we've seen the last of him.  We've got to make sure everyone knows not to go into the jungle alone, and then we've got to get a group of us to search for him."

I look back at Kiku.

Then down at Feliciano...and Romeo.

Kiku is right. What matters is not letting Romeo die.

And getting Arthur healed.

"Your right Kiku...."

I start to yell at every nation

"Get Arthur to the cave. Alfred, and Kiku, you two get Romeo to the cave! GO! GO! GO!"

A flash of lightning strikes behind him.

Just for dramatic effect.

"He harmed you, kidnapped Alfred, shot Romeo... He can be as bloody angry as he pleases!"  Now that everyone was safe, Arthur's thoughts were set on vengeange.  And overhearing Gilbert's remark that any of the missing nations could be captured as well, on rescuing them and stopping Whitney.  But Gilbert's shout made him jump, startled.  "What is it?  What's wrong?"
