Fantasy Angels VS. Demons:The Eternal War [Accepting!]

"Madam Angel" Elicia said to Light "I don't want to sound rude, but you couldn't even fight off the weakest of demons, meaning me, in your current state, it would be best if you left to return to your home in heaven and recuperate your strength" she smiled "My Master is always willing to accept a formal challenge, and if it is Electra you wish to fight, he can make it happen"

Malias knew of very old ways to battle. The old demons used to have tests of strength against each other and even Angels were allowed to take place. Should an Angel formally challenge a Demon, no other demon or angel could interfere with their battle, no matter how much they wanted to.

She cracked her knuckles "I may be weak, but if you continue this futile search for your own demise, I will have no other option than to send you home by force" she clearly didn't want to fight, but had a determined look about her. She didn't want this beautiful creature to do something that would cause her death. She already clearly needed medical attention.

"I'd suggest you listen to your Princess, she clearly still needs you and getting yourself killed in a very crappy way won't help her in anyway possible"

@ChristinaXIV @Bambie

Meanwhile, back at the Palace, Malias arrived at the funeral site, seeing his sisters standing and looking at their mother. He stayed in the shadows and watched them quietly. The Queen wasn't his mother, nor did she care for him, he didn't need to be there. But he was there for his sisters. He watched them talk about the Queen.

Surprisingly, he had a favorite thing about her too. She was strong, not physically, but mentally. The woman hated the bastard children of her husband, but she dealt with it until the very day she died.

He sighed and watched as Malori turned to leave before he began walking towards them "Malori, if you intend to get information from the Angel, don't bother" he said softly "The likely hood of her knowing anything useful will be very low, she may be tough, but the highest she is on their chain of command is just above foot soldier"

He rubbed his face "She is the type of soldier designed to take orders and never come back, they don't expect her to come back alive and when she does, it isn't to praise, it is just to be sent off on another mission"

Malias leaned down and gently kissed her forehead and said, loud enough for Luna to hear "I'm sorry I wasn't strong enough to save the Queen" had he not been fighting with Electra in the hallway, they would have made it in time.

"I ask that you two, my dear sisters, forgive me"

Light & Deux

She gripped her knuckles together tight as she glared at the demon, "I am in need of no help." She stood herself up as she reached her hand back to tease the hilt of her knife as he fingers licked around the edge, willing to grasp on. "If it's a fight you want- Ugh..." She groaned as she stumbled to one knee, "Then it's a fight you'll get." She slid her left foot out in front of her and her right food behind her to steady herself, adrenaline rushing now, the pain was growing in her abdomen, but with a stronger will, she would fight this servant who had returned her princess, and she would not be defeated. She didn't want any formal sort of retribution for Electra, no, her revenge had to be exacted for a different reason, and a gentle and more mature approach wouldn't be an option. Not for her anyway.

Deux watched her in astonishment, walking in between the two slowly, "No... Please, Light, don't fight now..." He turned to the demon with her claws extended, "Look, she's not in any condition to fight, and there's no way she'll change her mind... Please, don't make this worse on her." This prompted a slight gasp from the angel as she gazed at Deux, "I... What are you doing? Don't interfere..."

Malori stopped at the sight of her brother Malias coming out of the shadows. While he spoke about the Angel, Malori sighed, he was right like always. When he kissed her forehead and apologized about not being about to save the queen, she looked back up, "At the time, I did blame you and Electra for not getting there in time but now I'm not angry anymore." Malori reached up to play with his hair, "I don't even blame the Angel, she came on orders." She smiled, she was glad once of their siblings came to the queen side before she was buried.

She then remembered the other Angel and the Angel princess, "Elicia is with them, isn't she?" She knew her brother well, knew he wanted an alliance of some sort with the Angels so that we could all live in peace. That would be difficult with Electra but even Malori wanted this alliance, not having one had killed their queen and mother. "I was wondering where your servant had run off to."

@Seraph Darkfire

Elicia chuckled "I was just going to knock her out with a burst of intense pain" she said "But if you think you have a better chance at getting her to leave without killing herself, then be my guest" unfortunately, she couldn't just leave them there. Her ability was the only way they'd get back to Earth, and if Light wouldn't go willingly, she'd have to do the same thing she'd done to Electra's Dragon. While Deux was handling Light, Elicia was focusing. Light was too weak to avoid the portal opening under her. Though transporting three people was nearly as difficult as transporting a Dragon.

---

Malias chuckled "I am far too predictable I suppose" he said softly "Yes, I had Elicia rescue the Angel Princess, it is my job to deal with the stupid decisions our Eldest Sister makes" he sighed "I told her on Earth that kidnapping the Princess would only cause problems for us all" he shook his head "Unfortunately, she is a demon through and through and is stubborn as any"

Electra claimed she would get revenge on the Angels for the death of the Queen, but it was her fault that the angels had even attempted an attack on the Demon World in the first place. He wondered if she even realized this.

CHARMEINE KORTSY (THE QUEEN)

`"The Queen-" "The Queen!" "The Queen approaches!"

Their people, as she had expected, were gathered on the streets with worry etched onto their faces. Movement in the corner of her eye caused her head to turn and she saw a little winged child hiding behind the skirt of what she assumed was his mother. Shiny tears coated his face and it was probably the result of all the hysteria. It must have confused and scared the little one. Pity rose in her throat and not to anyone's surprise, her next words were as gentle as the breeze, but carried just the same.

"Please, everyone calm and be seated." There was a rustle of wings and clothing as people looked about to find an open place to sit on the cobblestones and grass. When they sat, she beckoned for the little boy and shyly he crawled from where he sat by his mother to the queen, rising to give a tiny little bow. She smiled at him reassuringly before sinking to kneel in front of him. "What be your name, child?"

"A-Abias," He whispered, a slight lisp coloring his voice. The Queen found this too endearing and gave a tinkling laugh. Abias giggled as well, though he didn't understand why they were laughing, he just thought she was very pretty.

"Will you sit with me, Abias?" She asked and he nodded, moving to sit by her side. He was careful not to rest on the silvery white dress that pooled around her. Charmeine refrained from siting the boy on her lap, deciding that it was not an annual visit to the village. She needed to calm her people. She, instead, took his chubby little hand and held it gently.

"My son,"
she began. "has informed you of the whereabouts of my children. This is very disturbing for all of us, but let us keep faith in our king that he will bring them all home safely. Do not take this as a winning point for our enemies. They have only made it more difficult for themselves. They have made the choice to take one of our own, and there will be dire consequences to this mistake. If you wish to help, the best way to do this is remain calm and pray for my children, that they return home well. Do not follow their example and open portals to Earth without the proper permissions. We excuse no one from the laws of the land and they will be rightfully reprimanded by both myself and the king." Silence followed her gentle but stern words, and she found her people soothed, at least for the time being. She waited for the questions she was sure to come quietly, welcoming them. When they did not come, she rose to her feet and everyone followed, bowing to their queen as a temporary farewell. She bowed her head sweetly back at them, and then patted Abias' head before turning back toward the castle. Having said her piece, she left, wishing she could take the child with her for comfort. She wished greatly for another baby, her own growing older and found deep sadness within her heart that they would not need her any more. Their youth ran through her head repeatedly and she delved into the memories for solace.

Having made it back to the castle and into the garden, she sat at the foot of her marriage tree, allowing her tears to escape from bittersweet memories and fear for her daughters' safety. Her guards did not approach, but watched in concern as Charmeine wept alone.

(ooc: I kind of made her trip to the village pointless, so I had to give it a point.)

She began to feel the soft hum she knew far too well, with a strong push of her wings, she ascended from the arms of the boy as the portal began to give way, half in panic, and half in awe, Deux glanced up at her, a look of betrayal on his face, "Ligh-" His words were cut off as he fell through the portal that had now appeared in the ground, devouring the other two, the demoness and the princess. She exclaimed as best she could, "Keep him safe!" And flapped once more as she rose into the sky, holding onto her waist tightly as she staggered in flight.

It was cold now, she was losing a lot of blood and needed to end this quickly, she could see the far distant castle, jutting out on the horizon like a needle stuck in skin. She had to land, and quickly, she was growing light-headed and her skin was grower gradually paler. She took quite some time, but arrived to a kingdom in turmoil, there were people crying everywhere, luckily enough, she had landed in an isolated sewer where she could hide. She took a deep breath as she slid down the cobblestone, a small blood trail following.
"I... I've gotta find Electra..." She hummed as she began to lose her sense of thought. "I've gotta..." She shook her head and snapped back to reality, "I need to ready myself..." Her blade gleamed behind her as her hand went back and traced the handle thoughtfully. "It's not time. Not time for you my friend."

Deux

Deux had fallen, and he had fallen hard as he hit the ground, "-t!" He exclaimed, the wind being knocked out of him as he landed in a soft meadow, a blue sky above him, beauty all around. "Where... Is this earth?"

After everything had gone on that day, Electra had just stormed off to her room. She was in serious need of some peace and quiet. The day that she thought was going to be a great day had turned sour in a matter of hours. The angel that she had so cleverly captured was surly being taken back to heaven by now, her mother was just killed and now her body was going through some sort of transformation from the new power that she had absorbed. She was tired.

The demon princess lye in her bed for hours. She didn't so much as move, not even for her own mother's funeral. Electra loved her mother, but she could not be seen in the state that she was in nor could she be seen showing any emotion at this time. Not only would it be unbecoming of hell's newest leader, but because everything in her was going haywire. She couldn't stop thinking of capturing the angel princess again and snapping her neck with her bare hands, she couldn't stop thinking about drinking Maliases blood, she couldn't stop thinking about how much she would miss her mother. Everything was just pouring out and was being reconstructed. What the demoness needed was time and to protect herself. She knew that if ANYONE new what kind of state she was in right now that she would be taken advantage of and would probably be killed. Everyone hated her and she knew this; even encouraged it. It did not matter whether people hated her, as long as they feared and respected her. And though in that moment she was probably one of the most deadly beings the world has ever seen, she was also the weakest. Electra would have to learn how to control her power...and quickly.

"Ambrose, huh? Sounds familiar," he tried to remember where he heard that name. "Oh, so little boy Ambrose thinks he can restore the family name? I haven't forgotten what happened. Do you think you can bring peace to your family so easily?" Inias leaned in closer to Vesher, only being a few inches from his face. He commanding voice turned into a low growl. "Well, for your sake, let's hope it is that easy." With that, he backed up, turned around, and went back to the front. He cleared his throat before beginning.

"Listen up. You all have decided to dedicate your lives to fight evil on the Lord's behalf. You have chosen to protect your friends, your family, and your people. Your sacrifices will not be in vain. I promise you that. I also promise you that this will not be easy. You will lose fellow soldiers, loved generals, and maybe me one day." He sighed. "But as long as you have the will and ability to fight, you will at least make it back with most of yourself attached. It is the truth. Of course you all are still young and I understand your insolence, but it is time you grow up. We might be heading into another war and I can't take losing such a large amount of gifted soldiers."

"Train like you've never trained before. Fight like you are fighting for something. Don't be a child. Children die first on the battlefield." He took one last look at the recruits. "You are dismissed."

As he headed back to the castle, Inias saw his wife crying underneath their marriage tree. He started to talk as he made his way towards her. "Charmeine, are you okay? I understand that this is a sad time for you as well as for me. We have to stay strong for the good of our people and for our children. Did you do what I asked?" He got on

a knee and held his wife in his arms.

When her husband spoke and approached her, Charmeine wiped at the tears streaming down her face. He kneeled in front of her and pulled her in his arms. Charmeine would hardly admit it, but she found solace there. She found safety and she found guilt. She knew Inias was the best of them , strong and loyal and so in love with her. Charmiene knew that when she battled her feelings for him, it hurt him deeply.

In answer to his question, she nodded.
"I spoke to them as I often do and warned them of creating unauthorized passages to the earth," She explained, rubbing her eyes and sniffing, before rising to her feet and pulling her king by his hand up with her. "I did as you asked and now, My King, am deemed useless. I have nothing but grief that My Children and those retched demons have caused me. What if our dove is dead, Inias? What if our son, so bent on making us proud, gets himself killed? What if those demons know that our daughters are on the earth and are working ways to kidnap them as well? I tell you, My Love, if that is so, I will not sit here and allow it. I will go to Hell myself." When the Queen spoke, she was not yelling as she was earlier or sobbing as she had been seconds ago. She was as calm as a blue sky and determined as an ox.

In a flash, a shadow appeared behind Elektra. "My dearest daughter." a voice came behind her, and footsteps could be heard. "I have woken to an unfortunate state of affairs." He was very articulate when angry. "It has come to my attention that the Angel who has murdered your dearest mother is somewhere in the kingdom." He touched her shoulder, in order to make sure she noticed him. "Pray Tell, where is this culprit?" He smiled an evil, sadistic smile, one of pent up rage...."I want to have a...conversation with this person..."

Jude Vesheriah Ambrose

Vesher's breath stagnated in his lungs until the pressure was nearly unbearable. He decided immediately that he preferred the amused looks of the other angels (even the more mean spirited ones) to the multitude of venomous glares and angry glints of recognition. Especially from the towering Inias. Vesher didn't enjoy being laughed at, but he'd learned long ago how to accept it as a form of attention. He knew deep down that most of the "friends" he'd ever had kept him around for just that. Sometimes he could convince himself they actually liked him if he laughed along, too. It was much better than being openly despised.

Ambrose is just another last name, he'd told himself the day before, Surely I don't need to change it... maybe nobody will know we're related. And besides, this is what dad wants. For me to clear it. Surely it won't be bad, I'm just another angel. And I'm obviously not brainwashed from Hell.

He could feel the blush in his cheeks draining. He felt the immense gravity, and secondhand guilt, of what Kehethel Ambrose had done, but the whole catastrophe was tinged with surrealism for him. Vesher was young and lived at home when his brother caused devastation. His memories of his brother were those of his best friend, and to be reminded of his death, let alone the horrid reputation it left in its wake, was enough to make him feel like dissolving. He felt static electricity buzz in his fingertips, an oddly numb static heralding restrained panic. The king, gratefully, stepped back, and Vesher remembered to breath and blink again.

I'm not like him, he ached to speak, And he was brainwashed, he didn't know what he was doing. He was good. I AM good. I swear. I promise, the only thing that matters right now is that I will do my duty. Please, please let me prove myself. I'll do anything. Please.

Vesher ignored those still singeing him with their eyes and focused on what the king was saying. It should be far more important than his personal issues. Fight like you are fighting for something. He couldn't let his motivation be selfish and only to save face, or because he was forced to fight (which, he basically was, but he didn't like to dwell on it). He had to focus on serving the others, and working for the greater good. That meant facing the dirty work with a brave face.

Vesher followed the others as they broke formation, trying to concentrate, but still hearing Inias's words in his head. You look like you've come from the darkest depths of hell. It was as if the king knew. Maybe he's right, the Ambroses are all doomed. How could I think it would be easy? He tried more earnestly to stop the warm river of blood snaking down his face and neck.

He could feel the other recruits maintaining a distance from him. At least I won't get knocked again. Heh. He silently wondered how many of the others saw his bloody face as a bad omen, or were mentally switching his brother's cherubic golden hair out for his own dark curls. Their faces certainly bore a resemblance, one that Vesher had hoped would be a half-forgotten bad memory for the angels by now.

Malphaerus Albyraux Agni, the Archangel

Michael.jpg

Since time immemorial there has existed a bell, one unlike any other- the golden bell. Seated high above on the crown of a great palacade built to honor the archangels of old, this bell lies- slumbering, waiting. It has remained silent since the last great war between angel and demon and it would seem as if it would remain silent for a thousand years more- however few may know what slumbers within.

After the final battle between angels and demons an Archangel no longer known to the world took his 100 best warriors and sealed himself within the Temple of Slumber, high atop the tallest peak of heaven. For uncountable time these warriors have guarded their leader, never to seize their loyal watch until he be reawoken.

The time was nigh, the emotional distress of heaven had begun to manifest- focusing onto the golden bell, the artifact. The watchers grew more active- leaving their almost hibernative state and ending their vowes of silence. soon, they though as their gazes focused on one individual, and one individual alone- the Archangel, their Great General.

Hours of absolute silence passed, the emotions amongst heaven swirling around the great halls whom were now the final resting place for the archangels of old. With anticipation up to the ears, suddenly- as if on que, the golden bell tolled and two eyes flashed open.

The golden bell tolled, and no angel within heaven could miss its unique sound. Some may have forgotten its meaning, but it was clear that it held some important purpose.

Within the Temple of Slumber the final Archangel has reawoken, at the call of his people he has but one purpose to do; aid his king- slay the unjust and liberate the world from evil. As he rose from the altar of which he had slumbered he marched straight towards the gate- purpose with each footstep.

With a single wave of his palm the 100 soldiers, the Order of the Archangel, followed in pursuit- with great discipline and control, but also order- they seemed like the ideal elite force. As Malphaerus approached the golden gates the gates were unlocked, as if by subconcious command.

With golden wings clad on his back, as he walked into the gaze of the sun he was illuminated, as if a second sun had displayed itself. Carrying the armor of gold passed unto him by one of heaven's past kings. With his order at his back, he took flight- heading towards the royal palace. The golden wings glimmered and shined like a flying star.

Following the ways of old; the previous agreement between Archangel and the king of heaven, they would gaze upon their holy glory at the place of growing beauty; the garden.

The speed of which he flew, and his watchers as well, was hard for the eye to catch- therefore when he descended upon the garden and touched it with his own feet no one would be disrupted- nor surprised, for it would seem as if he had been there all this time- at his helm stood 100 Watchers of the Archangel, warriors of great splendor; and before him stood the King and his Queen.

Malphaerus understood the situation, the danger within mere moments. He had only been awoken during time of great distress, and whilst the Queen had managed to calm it, it lingered on still in their hearts.

"Rulers of Heaven- I heard the peoples call, I am here; I have reawoken."

He spoke as he stood beyond the pair, beyond the tree, and instead close to the golden lily: the flower of the Archangel.

He stood as the pair's equal, but at his back kneeled 100 warriors worthy of epics of their own.

Hells greatest...

After resting for hours, Electra finally conjured up the strength to get out of bead and walk to her balcony. She took a long and soothing deep breath, clearing her head and her aching lungs of all of the burning anger that stirred inside of her. Today was a long and eventful day for the young demoness. All she wanted right then more then anything was peace and quiet. Well...that and the little angel bitch that got away. That would be taken care of the minute she was back to her old self. IF she ended up being her old self again.

Just then, she heard a familire voice and a hand touch her sholder which made her close her eyes and sigh,"Hello father" her voice came across more tired sounding then anything. It wasn't that she was not happy to see her father, however, that was not the right time to interigate her for answers on what had happened that day. She was just to tired. Instead of giving him a full blown story on why and how her mother was killed (which was ultimately all he wanted) Electra simply turned to face her father, looking him in the eye and said,
"The queen's dead, the angel lives. Ask your beloved first born for the juicy details as to why he kept the beast alive." and walked past him back into the comfort of her room. Her father of course would not just simply take a answer like that, but she didnt care. He would have to find and ask someone who actually cared. Which in that moment she didnt. She wouldnt alow herself to care. To feel. To think. If she did, they would have much more to worry about then their little angel invasion.

@gogojojo331 @Seraph Darkfire

The exit doors closed in front of her. "That is not how you address daddy." He appeared behind her again. He needed answers, and now, it seemed he was locking her in her room until otherwise. "I will talk to them later...Give me your side of the story." He sat on the bed, and it seemed he was not leaving until she said her side. He tapped his foot in a rhythmic pattern on the floor.

It seemed that Electra had no say in the matter. She obviously wanted to be left alone. She wished that he would leave, but he was clearly going no where until she told him everything. 'Better make this quick...' she thought to herself before taking yet another deep and soothing breath, centering herself as she began to speak, "An angel had tip toed her way into the castle and attacked us. The very same angel that killed....mother. I didn't get there in time to save her. Maliase fought her into submission and he declared her the royal servant/guard or whatever..." she concluded, Walking over to the other side of the bed that her father was not sitting, "Your hire...your successor allowed that...thing to live. The very thing that wheesled its way into our castle and killed our queen." Electra felt herself begin to get angry all over again. There was a tight feeling in her chest and her head began to pound like a drum. "You would allow this father..? You would allow the future of this kingdom be soiled by the likes of him. You would appoint a leader that would show mercy to those who have wronged him. Wronged his family?" Her voice was still rather calm and mono toned, but there was also a hint of anger. Electra loved her father as he had loved and adored her since the day she was born. His little princess. His little monster.

The emotions that she had been fighting so hard to hold back where threatening to spill out at any moment. She really needed to get out and away from everyone. Perhaps taking some time away from home would help her with controlling herself. Still, she would have to get rid of her father first before she did anything. Her father was upset. Pissed rather at the fact that his wife of several centuries was now gone forever. Of course she didn't blame him. However, this was a really REALLY bad time to deal with his fit of rage which she knew was soon to come.

@gogojojo331

"Whoever really said I was giving it to him?" He looked at her, anger in his eyes. "As you may remember, I decide all that goes on in this realm." He snapped his fingers on his right hand. "I can destroy everything with the snap of my fingers." He looked at her. "I can disown anyone in a matter of seconds. Remember that." He got up, and teleported to see the Firstborn.

Light

A weakened gasp escaped her lungs as she'd found herself drifting off into sleep. For how long, she had no idea, she stood up, the dim and ominous light of the demonic city was within its own way, relaxing, casting its low light upon her feet and slowly working its way up her body as she stepped out near the rushing water. She needed to follow it to obtain an easy access into the castle, but how, surely there was some sort of a pass? She turned to look into the darkness of the sewers,
"No good... too dark." With a heavy sigh, she looked up, "It'd be far easier to just crash through the front door..." She held up her left hand which she had been holding over her wound, as she gazed at her blood, she couldn't help but mutter to herself, "My clock is about to expire... Dammit!" She slammed her fist against the wall, hard, "I don't have time for this..."

Light's eyes were fading of their natural color and becoming dull as the reflected the lights on the streets overhead,
"Not much time... Left..." She felt the comforting tap of her sheathed sword on her back, "Is it really time? I... I need to defend the kingdom... But how?" She extended her wings, "Right... Not much time..." She pushed hard against the ground and descended into the sky, causing an uproar as her mix of golden and silvery armor caused a stir, forcing her to stick out. She kept climbing and climbing, oblivious to the children hiding in fear, or the men and women gawking as her. As soon as she reached a pinnacle point where she could no longer feel her wings, she let go of her effort and began to fall effortlessly to the stone city below.

Within six-hundred meters or so, she spun to face the castle as she extended her wings once more, letting her glide firmly into the front door of the castle, smashing into it with blunt force, she felt her body hit a tumble on the floor, she rolled several times until coming to a halt on what she felt was marble. She had made it, the throne room. The dust cloud was preventing anyone from knowing where she was however as she stumbled up to one knee, then got herself onto her feet entirely. Staggering a bit as her crimson blood ran fiercely down her armor.

With a very commanding voice, she called out,
"Come out O' children of the demonic family, your present is right here!" She extended her arms firmly as the dust pushed itself to the corners of the room, her figure remaining.

Elicia frowned as the portal shut. She knelt down and took a deep breath, watching as Light flew away "Stupid wings" she mumbled. She was one of the demons who didn't have wings so she had to walk everywhere. Now, weakened by her own ability, she wouldn't be able to run after Light in order to stop her. She slowly stood up and began walking back towards the palace. This was just a shit storm left and right now.

Malias frowned and his eyes glowed as he felt his father appear near him. This wasn't going to be pleasant. His father was an easily angered man and with the events prior, this wasn't going to be the best conversation, though they never really got on the same foot anyway. They didn't really hate each other, it was more along the lines of Malias not being the demon his father wanted, despite having the innate ability to be far more demonic than Electra.

Against his father's wishes, Malias fought against his demon side, doing his best to keep his humanity intact. However, the fact that Malias made better decisions than Electra was a major contributor to the fact that he was next in line for the throne. He sighed and turned to face his father "Hello Father" he said calmly "I assume you've heard of the events that have transpired while you were indisposed?"

He looked towards the body of the queen before looking back at his father "Before we get into a lengthy discussion of my actions, you should at least see your wife before she is buried" he looked towards the palace, hearing someone shouting from inside "Meanwhile, I'll deal with the newest addition to our enemies"

Malias headed into the Palace and into the Throne Room. Here he was met with the sight of a bloody angel, one that had clearly seen better days. He remembered her from Earth. She was gravely wounded and from the amount of blood she was losing, she wouldn't survive a trip back to Earth or Heaven. She had no hope of surviving and looked like she understood this.

His scythe appeared in his hand as he watched her
"We meet again" he said calmly "Seems like Elicia couldn't convince you to leave" he knew the Angel Princess wasn't here anymore, he couldn't feel her presence. It seemed that this Angel had another mission, one that she was willing to die for.

Spinning the scythe he focused, using his free hand to pull his hood over his head. If this Angel had a death wish, Malias couldn't call himself a warrior if he just let her die of her wounds. He would give her a worthy death, one he'd hope to receive from an enemy should he ever be near death.

"It is unfortunate that we had to meet again under these circumstances, I'd much prefer a more peaceful meeting, however I can see that you are not in the mood for niceties" he moved into a battle stance and stared at the Angel "I am the Eldest Demon Prince, and I'll be your opponent" to himself he thought 'and may I be forgiven for the life I'm about to take'

When you'd cry I'd wipe away all of your tears

When you'd scream I'd fight away all of your fears

And I held your hand through all of these years

And you still have all of me.

The rhythm of my heart...

A'Merie tried her hardest to convince Light to go back to heaven with her or at least let her heal her wounds. It broke her heart that Light had made the decision to stay in hell and fight in her condition; and what made it worse was that Light knew that she would not make it out of there alive. Of course A'Merie wouldn't have that. Hell, she would stay with her if given the choice, and though she wouldn't have fought anyone, she would have at least been able to heal her worrier if she were to get to injured.

After a long period of tear filled pleads and protests, A'Merie found herself being sucked into a portal and was being dropped on her rear end in a familiar field of lush green grass, successfully being separated from Light. As the portal closed, A'Merie jumped to her feet and tried to fling herself across it again before it closed. She failed. Falling to her knees, the water works started up again as she covered her face in her hands. Light was gone and she had no way of getting back to her. 'No light please...please...come back...' the little princess wept, knowing full well that she would never see her friend again. She was gone for good and there was nothing that she could do but honor her wish and return home to her kingdom. She owned her that much for her brave sacrifice.

She knitted her brows at the challenger to her resolve,
"I remember you..." She slammed her left elbow backwards into the tip of the sheathe as the blade sprung from its leather scabbard and landed swiftly in her right hand. A longsword, a strong celestial design to it indicated master craftsmanship as the sharp and pristine blade hummed with a very dim blue light. She rested the blade and let the tip of the sword touch the ground as she glared at him, underneath her gauntlets, her knuckles had whitened with a steel grip.

Her hair was falling down in tattered strands as blood poured out from the corner of her lip and from her abdomen,
"Prince Malias, yes?" She could feel her heartbeat now, it was growing stronger as she moved her sword in front of her and ascended her left to hold the blade firmly, "I'm Light, and I'm here..." She groaned and coughed out a substantial amount of her life force, growing two shades paler than she had been, "To... Take your life... I will end this war long before it can get out of hand..."

He watched her as she spoke. This angel was trying to do the same as he was, though she had a much different view on how to do it "Death would be a nice relief from the drama of this family" he said softly "However, I cannot allow you to do that, I have my own goals for ending war between Angels and Demons, and it involves the least amount of blood shed" he shot forwards, intending on ending this as fast as possible. There was no need for further suffering on the Angel's part.

To honor his enemy, he would slay her and take her wishes upon himself. Then he was in front of her, bringing his scythe down in a powerful strike meant to kill her quickly and painlessly. Unfortunately, his body was still sore from the previous battle. High speed battle wasn't the best on the body. His wings were tired and even his arms were weaker. He'd misjudged how much he'd recovered. Even in her current state of injury, if he wasn't careful, she could really kill him.

Malori froze when their father appeared near Malias, she thought he had been asleep. Then Malias left after mentioning another enemy and it dawned on Malori about that other Angel. She didn't want to leave her twin here with their father alone so she closed her eyes and hoped Zania could sense her wish. Malori wish for Zania to assist Malias.

Zania blinked, she was in dragon form sitting on a rafter on the throne room's ceiling. She seemed to sense that she was to help Prince Malias, so she dropped down and sat on Malias's shoulder. She didn't intend to leave but she probably wouldn't be needed either, the Angel didn't look as if she could stand much longer. Dropping from his shoulder, Zania turned human, "Angel, why fight? Prince Malias gave you your princess back."

She slammed her left foot out in between his legs as she raised the blade protectively with both hands firmly on the handle as the steel clashed, the tip of the scythe close to her eye as she took a brief glance at it, then back at the prince,
"No!" She pushed the two weapons apart as she dashed back from the force, "I'm here to end this personally, this is something I have to do!" She swung her blade twice and readied it, "And I intend to end this with the least amount of bloodshed... On my people, the ones I love!" She let her left hand go as it slid back to the scabbard on the back of her hip.

Her fingers closed firmly on the knife as she brought it out, wielding it with a reverse grip, her sword behind it, her stance made it quite clear that the knife was for parrying, and the scratches on the metal would suggest heavy use.
"Today... You die!" She began to run forward until she closed the gap and slashed twice, overhanded as the first attack built momentum off the other, keeping the knife in front of her torso to protect her vitals. Whatever she was, she was a trained fighter. She disregarded the comments of the dragon as she kept herself steeled for a fight.

CHARMEINE KORTSY (THE QUEEN)

The Queen, with no surprise, nodded to the Archangel, her intricate curls falling over her sweet face. She still held swift to her husband's hand and waited for him to speak to the general. She gave his hand a gentle squeeze, warning him not to let go of her, because, despite her calm outer appearance, she was on the brink of falling apart. She was already secretly planning a trip to earth to bring back her princesses without harm.

The Earth was calm again, no storm raging amongst the different climates. Instead, it was a constant overcast, an omen of more to come at any second. Charmeine needed her children. Any loss she would take would surely send her into a downward spiral. Unfortunately, it did not cross her mind that Light, their esteemed warrior, would not come back with A'merie. In her mind, they were one in the same, bound by an unbreakable bond. She did not think that Light would forget her one true purpose, to protect her princess, in the hindsight of something that the king was already preparing for, the death of the Demon royals for their unforgivable mistake.

So with no thoughts of Light's plan, The Queen cooked up one of her own, thinking hard on how she would locate the girls that ran wildly on Earth. She knew her youngest was very close on Earth, easily findable if the Queen could picture her little face. Winter was harder. She was older, more shielded in her mind from the magic of the portals. A'merie was unreachable if she still resided in Hell, but there was no way of knowing-

The Queen shook her head. She was being very unrealistic. She needed to remain level headed. Would it help if she, as well, disappeared to Earth after telling her people not even to think about it? Here she was lying out the blue prints.

But she was desperate. What was she to do? The more the Queen thought, the more tired she looked. Her intricate silver wings, reflecting the sunlight, remained still on her back. Not even twitching or fluttering as would be the norm. Though her appearance was put together, little clues were left behind of her inner turmoil. The red rims around her one ice blue and one spring green eye, the clench of her gentle hands, and tenseness of her slender jaw all gave away her silent distress. She wanted to yell and scream as she had earlier, demanding her children. She wanted to stomp and throw temper tantrums and items about the room in her rage and fear. She wanted to find her children herself, not having to rely on strangers to retrieve them in her wake.

But she was queen and queens could not throw things, they could not stomp around demanding her wishes, and most importantly, they could not put themselves in the wake of war without the clear
grounds of war. It was custom for the king to battle in war, but the queen only battled in dire situations. It was the way of the culture. One ruler always remained behind to govern the people. She sighed inwardly watching her husband and the general speak. She, the dutiful queen, remained silent.

Hells greatest...

After her father had left her room and her to herself, Electra gritted her teeth and picked up a jar that was placed neatly on her night stand and threw it at the door; then, as if that wasn't enough, she began throwing and knocking over everything that she could get her hands on. Her once beautifully decorated haven was now being trashed. After her little fit, Electra sank onto her bed and placed her hands over her now tomato red face. 'W-whats happening to me...' she thought, just before she heard someone yelling from down the hall. This made her rise to her feet and ball her fists at her side. Electra knew exactly who the yelling came from, which fueled the emotions raging inside of her.

Within a instant, Electra was out of her room and had appeared in the thrown room where Light and Maliase was; and from the looks of it, Maliase was just about to kill the angel. Within another flash, she appeared beside Maliase and extended her arm in front of Light to shield her from the blow of her brother's syth "No. You will not kill her." the demoness stated as she stared down the angel before her. Electra then shoved her hardened arm back, attempting to get Maliase out of the way. "She is mine" Electra growled, and after that everything went black. Her eyes slowly shifted to that horrific pitch black color, her nails grew in length and her canines grew longer, more so into fangs.
