Ruby nods her head. "Sapphire look out for anything approaching or watching us." Ruby turns towards the mountain in the distance. "Our goal was to head to that mountain." Ruby smiles at Zaphkiel. Ruby holds crystals in her hand. Admiring them as she talks to Sapphire. "So there seems to be monsters in the area. You should be careful. If you hurry you can make it to the mountain and back hopefully in time."

Zaphkiel rolled his eyes. "I don't like this partnership at all. Whatsoever. God why didn't I bring my music? Let's just go"


Isabella stayed back a bit and watched the scene. "Whats a... forerunner?" She just watched them


Fariella just listened and watched. "I dont see anything."

Fariella just listened and watched. "I dont see anything."

Ruby didn't hear his previous comments but she hears the comment about music. Ruby grins as she walks back to him and links arms. She took a deep breath and grinned. Ruby starts walking while singing. Little did she know her voice was ringing throughout the forest waking things up. It seems like Sapphire wanted to speak up about it. "Ruby! You're waking things up!" Ruby seemed to be so focused on singing she couldn't hear the voice in her head. "Brother of Ruby! Would you mind doing something?"

The beast laughed at the boy. He stood up casting a shadow over him. "Turn back now or die." He staired at him.

"There you are...so...before I leave and never come back...where did you get all of those corpses...?" Carter asked, looking up at the beast.

Zaphkiel sighed and tapped her nose. "Listen big sis. I love listening to you sing but you need to stop! You're waking things up!"


Fariella looked up at the beast, lightly grabbing William's arm. "Well he's not lying it seems"

"Those corpses are merely the fools who challenged me. As you can see the fail. Now turn back before it's to late." He glared at the others. "If we fight I take no survivors to those who are not pure in my eyes." He was growing impatient.

Carter slowly turned, walking back . "We need to leave...now!" He said, going back to the entrance, noticing Isabella. "Oh...what are you doing here?" He asked

The beast roared in utter rage that the intruders approached him. He prepared to fight. He picked up a boulder and threw it at Carter.

Carter didn't noticed the boulder until it hit his back, making him fly a few feet away and hit the ground. 'Fck....fck....'


(Since Carter was already leaving the room.)

 

[Light]

Zaphkiel sighed and tapped her nose. "Listen big sis. I love listening to you sing but you need to stop! You're waking things up!"
Fariella looked up at the beast, lightly grabbing William's arm. "Well he's not lying it seems"

Ruby stops signing and looks around. She notices something she woke up and was following them. "Sapphire why didn't you say anything?"


"I was trying to tell you but you wouldn't listen. Well this looks like an opportunity to test our abilities. Depending on the creature. Remember the tip about staying calm and letting it flow."


Ruby nods her head as she takes Zaphkiels hand and runs. Ruby has a pillar of crystal rise from the ground and cut a tree down. The tree starts to fall down. Ruby and Zaphkiel run past the falling tree. Ruby hopes it'll fall on the beast pursuing them. As soon as it does Ruby encases the monster. She grabs Zaphkiels hand far too tightly due to excitement. "I did it!" Ruby approaches the monster that seems to be trying to break free. She puts her hand on to the crystal and suddenly the beast is enveloped in the murky darkness. Once it fades away the beast is gone too. "Zaphkiel who's that girl you talk to? Is she your girlfriend?"

William immediately grabs Fariella and exits the cave. He couldn't take dragon form inside there. The moment the demon exits the cave he'd kill it.

"Help...p-please..." Carter called, since of his arms was stuck under the boulder.

Zaphkiel was amazed. He kept scanning the darkness but couldn't seem to copy that. "Rachel? She's the daughter on Ryan and Gai- right you don't know them. Anyways she's theyre daughter. I don't know what we are. I guess we might be. But it hasn't been talked about. What about you and Daliah?"


She held on to him "Are you going to try and fight it? What about the kid?! William!"

"THANKS FOR LEAVING ME HERE..." Carter yelled, closing his eyes and waiting for the beast to kill him.

Seeing that he and the others left the beast focused Isabella. He picked her up and smiled evily. The cave engulfed in dark mist.

Carter opened his eyes and noticed that Isabella was nowhere to be found as he slowly try to push the boulder off his arm.

She started screaming for a second the stopped. Not like anyone would care. Not like anyone would even notice she was dead. She said screw it. She was already dead to almost everyone she knew she might as well actually be dead. She closed her eyes and waited

Carter finally managed to push the boulder off from his left arm and quickly stand up, reaching for his katana with his right hand.


"OI CREATURE! GIVE HER BACK AND WE WILL LEAVE YOU ALONE." He yelled, slowly walking towards the room full of dark mist.

 

[Skaggon]

The darkness poured itself inside the girl. Through every orifice of her body. The monster disintegrated into the smoke. The entrance of the cave collapsed sealed it of with ten feet of rock. Carter was barely spared.

The girl fell to the ground and laid there. She didn't expect anyone to care for her. Let alone whatever just happened. It happened so fast. She didn't feel like she was dying but she didn't know

"Sht....sht...sht..."Carter said to himself, running towards the girl.


"Stay calm..alright..?" He said to her, slowly lifting Isabella up.

She looked up at him. Why was some guy talking to her? She was a nobody "My back hurts"

"Oh ...my back hurts too... hit by a boulder." Carter joked weakly. "But we are going to get out of here, trust me."
