"A... name?" She held the crystal "Don't you have one? Well I guess you're male so Ill name you.... Sitri. Do you like it?"

"Yeah it sounds good. Now ram that crystal into your chest. Oh I forgot." The cave was out of oxygen. The rumble closing off the opening destroyed filling the cave with oxygen. "Do it quickly."


 
Reed sat down in front of Rebecca. "It's time we talk about me kissing you."

Zaphkiel raised an eyebrow. "Sure make this about me. You like her" He kept walking across the cracking bridge, ignoring their conversation, pulling Ruby. Where he stepped it didn't crack "Relax Ruby or we're going to die"
"Some student I dont know getting covered in darkness and now a cave-in? Babe you're getting hot. Sure I'm not affected but... ouch. Want to go back in? What do I mean want. We have to!"


She smiled and extended her hand. "Sure. Hello Carter"

Ruby seemed to be in actual pain. It seems to slowly fade away. "I don't know what that was. Sapphire... what was that?"


"I don't know. I'll need to speak with you but I don't have the power to keep taking over. How about we try this."


Ruby raises a hand and darkness spills out of it. It molds into a body. "Is that what you'd look like if you were human?"


"Yes. It would be. We should go, I don't want to interrupt your adventure but something definitely happened."


Ruby nods her head and starts to cross the bridge. She continues to travel. The mountain growing closer.

Zaphkiel shook his head and followed the two.


"I guess that's cool. Would have liked something more similar to my parents though but I won't complain" She walked back to Cater and told him she found a way out and when he was done to follow. From there she left the cave and decided to go back to her dorm. She realized she picked the wrong day to leave and explore

Ruby and Sapphire seemed to be making conversation. The crystal bridge shatters after they cross it. Eventually they run into the group of trolls from earlier before. They seemed to be working together to get their meal. Especially since there are more people. Ruby and Sapphire held hands so they could access their powers. They seemed to work like a team and flow with one another. "Ruby! We need to take out their legs! Follow my lead!" Ruby nods her head and follows Sapphire once the dives out the way off a boulder. They both touch the ground and a wave of crystals erupt out of the ground and pierce through one of the trolls feet and legs. Ruby notices a boulder flying at them from the side. She raises her hand and a flat topped pillar of crystal slams into it. Sending it into the troll they've just attacked. It slams into its chest and knocks it back. Separating it from its legs since it's legs were pinned. The darkness oozes off of them and on to the dead troll. The troll disappears once the darkness is gone. The last two trolls try to make their escape. Ruby raises her free hand and crystals fly towards one and forms a collar while she still holds Sapphire's hand. Sapphire does the exact same and bring their free hands together. Making the collars drag the trolls to each other. Crystals grow on Sapphire and Ruby's connected arm and forms a gun. They have their combined hand form a hand gun. They both say the same word they did before. "Bang." They press their thumbs down and a piece of crystal fires out. Before it hits the trolls it shatters and starts to surround them. The crystals start to slash at the trolls like a tornado. Until it rips them apart. The darkness envelops them as well. Ruby seems to be tired and Sapphire seems to be wavering. As if this form would return to Ruby at any second due to exhaustion. Ruby looks up at Zaphkiel with hopeful eyes. "How did I do? Would they be proud? Can I finally make a difference?"

Zaphkiel looked at her. "Did you just ask me if they'd be proud of you binding yourself to a demon? Really? The same one of the group that has nearly wiped the species mother just loves to take care of. Would they be proud? Hmm. As for making a difference, yeah anyone can make a difference when they sell their soul for power dear sister. I personally liked it. It looked pretty cool. And I admire your teamwork. Now come on. You have a task to complete, yes?"

Ruby flinched at his words. She looks dejected, she looks at the ground. Sapphire notices this and clears her throat. "Well, I didn't take her soul. Since she'd need it and I wouldn't. Those weren't the terms of our contract. You people have always thought most all of us demons take souls. The mortals horror movies were horrendously stereotypical." Sapphire grins at this. She then looks around the area to see if anything's watching or following them.


Ruby looks up at Sapphire. That's the second time she's brought that up. "You say that like you've been around longer than the apocalyptic day. Do you mind telling me why?" Ruby was giving Sapphire a suspicious look.


Sapphire looks back at Ruby and blinks. Seeming confused but she nods her head nonetheless. "That's a weird question. But I intend to answer. My race of demons, the Meta Demons have always been around but we've been secluded from the rest of the world. That was until the apocalyptic day. I don't remember what happened all too much. I just had a goal in mind, and I was carrying it out. I can't really remember all too much about that either. I only remember what I've done I can't remember why. It seems I've changed back to what I slightly used to be before the apocalypse once I've contracted with Ruby. I thought you would have known that my civilization isn't new since I've taught your our language. Is there anything else you'd like to ask?"


"Yes. Why did you and your people kill so many innocents? Why can't you remember why you've done it?" Ruby started to get up. She wanted to know, she didn't understand what was going on but there seemed to be a lot going on behind the scenes.


"I am sorry. I'm unable to answer those questions because I don't know. I don't remember why it just happened. Everything is blank when it comes to those questions. I can only remember doing it. I don't know why or how we ended up in this situation."





Ruby sighs and nods her head. "So... The moment you contracted with me those memories were wiped." Ruby turns to Zaphkiel and then shakes her head. She was going to ask him if he can look back into Sapphire's memories. It probably wouldn't work so she rejected the idea. Ruby simply holds her hand out and has Sapphire return to her body. Which shocks her, since she didn't notice she was getting this good at control. Ruby starts to continue to the mountain. Trying to avoid conversation with Zaphkiel unless he spoke up. She finally makes it to the base of the mountain which has been her goal. "Should we climb it or head back? Honestly heading back is good enough. I've gotten a lot done, even got something about the apocalypse out of Sapphire. Which makes me wonder about it. I'll look into later but for now." Ruby takes a deep breath. "I feel accomplished!" Ruby cheers into the sky and hugs Zaphkiel. "I love you!"

Morpheus was sitting on the school facing the direction on the mountain. "Yeah I noticed. Didn't think Id get serious but apparently it has. Apparently Decimus' other daughter, the quieter on, Isabella, has also joined one. There are these things of power these... crystals. I want you to keep your eyes out for one. Talk to Ryan about them."


He nodded. "Will do. And about the whole demon?"


"Ill tell Luna and Decimus and Rikka. Don't worry too much about it" Morpheus stood and disappeared


"Alright" He continued to walk forward silent

Ruby seems happy as she continues walking back to the academy. She starts to go ahead of him. Ruby decides to mess around with the oozing darkness in her hand. Letting it flow from one hand to the other. Once they finally reach their dorms several miles and battles later. Ruby has a good grasp over her powers. They could use improvements but practice makes perfect. Ruby closes the door to her dorm as she gets in the shower. Once she finishes in the shower she gets in her bed and goes to sleep. Sapphire makes sure to keep a look out while Ruby studies Meta Demon materials in the contract scape.

Zaphkiel went to his room and went straight to bed


Daliah was staring off the edge of the river of hatred. She stared and considered stepping in. She was unable to really come to grips with all these wild emotions and was just ready to end it. She extended her foot then stopped. That was stupid. She sat down and stared off into the distance, listening to the screams of the Damned

As he walked, Horus started to feel a pain in his gut. It was a sharp and quick pain that vanished quickly, but Horus sighed, it was not something he was unused to. He started walking again, distancing himself from the academy to ensure everyone would be safe, at least he thought. Passing numerous trees, it was about another minute before another pain shot through his body and he lurched forward violently. He placed his right hand on a tree to steady himself; he hadn't gotten too far but it would have to do.


Horus started breathing heavily, but he tried to remain calm. He took off his clothes as quickly as he could and the pain seemed to stop for a moment before it surged through his entire body. Collapsing onto his hands and feet, Horus' spine cracked into a new shape, his fingers began to shorten and small, white hairs grew over his body. He did his best to not cry out, he'd rather have people not knowing about him.


After a few moments, his shins snapped into place as his hands and feet became paws. A tail grew from the base of his spine and his head began to warp and change. After a minute of transforming, a white wolf stood where Horus had been, its eyes a deep blue. It shook off its pelt, reared its head back and howled.

Carter followed Isabella back to the academy and looked around, trying to find William or Fariella.

Reed had no luck talking to Rebecca. He woke up and did his morning workout. He double the intensity and had to get stronger.


Kaylee woke up and took a shower.


Rachel woke up and started building weapons.


Sitri watched over Isabella while she slept. He didn't trust the others to attack her.

Carter went to the H&M Practice class , trying to find Ryan. "Ryan?" He called, looking around.

Fenrir padded through the edge of the forest, he was hungry, he wanted something new to hunt, something he'd never hunted before. Humans were too slow, deer were too easy to surprise. He shook off his pelt, maybe there would be a clearing nearby or maybe a stream of some sorts. He started padding, unbeknownst to him, back in the direction of the academy.

Zaphkiel woke up feeling a mixture of still tired and annoyed. He looked over to Rachel who was up and doing her thing. Of course. "Hey sweetheart. Whatcha working on"


Rebecca woke up a bit early and just went straight to class, Health and Medical


Daliah was wandering the endless realm of Underworld. She had started to grow numb of the scent and sound and figured she was ready to finally go back. She didn't understand what she was feeling so she went with the next best thing, turn it off. So she did. She rose up in her class of the day, Beast taming


Isabella dreampt of the destruction of the world as a demon, through their eyes. She was destroying houses and crushing people with ease. Anything that came up was immediately crushed with no hesitation. So much fire and blood. It was horrible. But she couldn't stop. Endless lives were lost at her hands specifically. She shot up and looked around, sweating. Of course no one noticed she didn't know why she bothered. She took a quick shower then went to class, Castle Guard. She had forgotten about Stiri. It all seemed like a dream. But she did feel like today would be better, different.


Brooke hadn't found Telieos. It hurt her a little but it was okay. When she woke up she went over to the little doggy bed she got for Charles. "Hey buddy! Today I have Battles Studies. It's gonna be really fun. Come on!" She bounced a bit and ran around, getting dressed When she was done she picked up her buddy and was on her way to class "Ooop. Forgot I'm sorry. Let's get breakfast we have time" So she went to the kitchen to eat and feed Charles and would go to class a bit later


Morpheus had given Luna the night off but this morning was serious. "Luna. We need to talk"


Damian sat in his class, as usual, Castle Guard. And worked on his usual paperwork


Decimus laid there holding Rikka as usual. But something was on his mind. He could feel Isabella had become... Different. He didn't know what. But that something was definitely up. He let her sleep for the night but would talk to her in the morning. Daliah however had returned recently. He smiled at that


Angelica bounced on her husband a bit before kissing his cheek and running off to Mortal Conflict

Carter went to the H&M Practice class , trying to find Ryan. "Ryan?" He called, looking around.

Ryan was in his office, as per usual, getting ready for class. "Yes Carter? Have you injured yourself again? This time I will remove your spleen. Get on the table"


Fariella had gotten home thanks to William but didn't let him in. Not yet. But she felt like she was close. She had accidentally called him babe. It had slipped out. But it was far too soon. She wouldn't let that happen again. Around 5 or 6 she flew over to her classroom like usual and sat there, waiting for class


The Headmaster was looking out of his window, overlooking the school courtyard. He was starting to get a bit anxious but nonetheless everything was fine. He looked around and made sure nothing negative happened

Hikari rised out of her bed, used to sleeping in a coffin. She opened her eyes and smiled. She felt better than she did yesterday...but she knew she had to go again tomorrow. She sighed and raced to Weapon Compatibility Class, sitting there and waiting once again for the next adventure.

After a short while, Fenrir had reached the edge of the forest and he could see the academy. He padded forward, curious at first, looking at first for a meal of some sort.

Kaylee went to health and med along with Rachel.


Jack waoted in weapon compatibility and Gaige waited in crafts for their students.

Fahy dragged himself into into battle studies and sat in the back of the class room, his eyes had bags under his eyes and his hands kept twitching from all the hours of writing. Fahy barely realized that he had missed his last day of class and finally decided to go to battle studies today just to see if he could do it.


Connor was sitting in Ocean survival class glancing around waiting for students while Dax stood at his podium talking to a goldfish in a bowl.
