GryphonABLaZ(E). Lawful chaotic good
(I'm just gonna jump on in here 'cause I have absolutely no idea where anyone is! Woohoo, someone's gonna have to find my character..! ;
One, two, one, two, one, two, one, two. The almost melodic rhythm of her footsteps hammering onto the ground was a nice, consistent beat that gave her something to tune her focus to. Elsie's eyes passed over the ground, seeing no detail besides the occasional stone or hole over which she would suspend her beat, then resume as her sole struck asphalt again. She measured her breathing by the steps she took, each inhale or exhale the time of two steps. One, two, one, two, again and again.
Just about sixty seconds ago, Elsie Violet had fled the scene of her burglary, and her prize was limited regretfully only to a loaf of bread and a few apples. As fast as she was sprinting, though, she'd be far off once whatever authorities that remained in the remnants of this town were dispatched. Violet quickly turned into a narrow alleyway, nearly missing the mark left by her viola case standing guard by one corner, an instrument with which she shared her name, though most people she spoke with regressed into the habit of 'Violet' instead. She skidded a few inches on one foot that thrust forward to quickly stop her, then swept one hand down to sling one of the straps on the case over her shoulder, ignoring the handle, before she snuck into the small space between two walls of brick. Her eyes, their brighter colour that hinted to her usage of powers, glinted in the shadows like a cat's.
