Tekkan had heard this Herald. It sounded exactly like the kind of thing he'd like to do. As a vivomancer, he'd be able to best contradict teh necromancer's powers, and vivomancers were a dying breed. With the power he would have, he could help make vivomancy popular again, and make there be more of those like himself.

He decided He would ask the artificer for his help, they could work together well as magicians. He asked the serving girl where his room was, and rapped sharply on his door, calling "Hello? Are you in there?"

While Caym was setting up in the new town when he heard the news. He smiled a little bit and looked at Yopi "guess they're going to need a blacksmith won't they boy?" He walked over and signed his name then went to pCk up again to begin his journey to Broan "we'll make a fortune making weapons" he wasn't really worried about the danger, he was a demon, he couldn't and will never die.

Hearing the news richter thought about joining, but there was no one to watch Jeni, and a human in an army of creatures and wizard, he wouldn't stand a chance, maybe he could help build war ships or war balloons. He nodded, now all he had to do was find someone to watch his sister. He rang the bell of the counter in the inn to see of they were still serving dinner, that was the most important thing right now.

"Those are nice thoughts" she nodded and swam back to the edge leaning her arms on the stone floor "I would love to go with you, where ever you're going, I guess I could I would just have to stay beside the shore" akieta laughed a little. "What am I saying, some day I'll find a way to go further into the mainland, for now I rely on the drunken stories of the sailors.

Kitaru hummed softly in thought. "Have you ever thought of possibly exploring the oceans and shores around the main land? no just here but all over?"

Akieta shrugged "I figure everything underwater looks the same, like the shipwrecks, nothing changes" she sighed "shipwrecks just sit there, the same every day"

Azalik woke up from the darkness, the forest folk can't dream, they could be mistaken for dead when they slumber. She looked down at her leg, it was still cracked but sinew and chloroform had formed a temporary fix stretching over the tear and stopping the bloods escape.

The girl forced herself to stand up, she winced as she placed some weight onto her wounded leg. Her eyes darted back and forth, side to side; scanning for danger. The forest had grown sick as of late, death bubbled up from the south poisoning the ground and the ones planted in it.

"Are you okay young one?" a barley audible whisper floated beside her. Azalik turned around startled. She saw a tree, and old tree. It's leaves were dark dark green. She looked closely wondering if the whisper came from the tree. "Do you not recognize an ancient when one is presented to you?"

Shocked the forest girl dropped to her knee and bowed her head. "I am sorry father tree, I could not tell" She had an embarassed tone flowing under her words.

"It is okay young one." The whisper grew louder, the forest elder's voice was low and full of bark. "One like me must hide among the trees, otherwise men would take an axe to my ancient wood."

A long pause followed after the ancients voice. Thoughts of the tree had fallen asleep floated around the plant girls mind until she decided to speak. "Would you like me to dance for you elder?" She grew excited for she loved dancing, Though her wounded leg would make it difficult.

"No seedling. No......." answered the elder. "I have something much more important for you" The elder let out a sigh that almost sounded liek pain accompanied it "You must travel south to man forest of Broan, for death is growing there."

"Yes elder" Azalik had no choice, for the forest folk must follow every word given to them from the ancients. "Where is this Broan forest? and what must I do there?" She raised her eyes to the tree, only to be greeted by mossy bark.

"Head south.... Follow the man roads..... Fight the necro.... necroman..." With a sigh the tree fell silent.

Wide eyed and a little scared Azalik waited for more words. After a long while and no answer from the ancient she left, heading south.

Chickadee left the bar after a while, deciding to just fly through the night. It wasn't like she had not pulled all-nighters before. She would be fine. The girl made sure Barry was safely tucked into her bag before putting her hat back on and leaving the bar. Chickadee took to the air and headed to Broan. She had to deliver something there. Barry looked out of the bag looked around, his floppy ears swaying in the breeze.

Kit sat with her legs crossed pix poking his head out of the hood awake once more and feeling curious he hopped down from her shoulder. "I might have something that can help!" She announced jumping to her feet and starting to rummage through her large back pack. Half of her body leaning over into it as she searched as her flutty tail swayed happily. "I found it along time ago... its a scarf that allows people the ability to change one thing about them selves as long as they wear it!" she explained while still rummaging through the bag.

Akieta perked her head up tilting it slightly to the side "what? Really?" She bit her lip "I can go farther into the mainland. But I couldn't take that from you, we just met" she brought herself onto the stone floor her tail in the water but everything else facing her.

"Eh I've had it for over 10 years and never used it." She surfaced from her bag with a shear tan length of cloth that was soft to the touch and shimmered slightly. "It was a gift for giving someone herbs that they needed. But I have no use for it. If it helps someone else I see no reason to keep it in my bag unused." She smiled offering it to Akieta

~~~~~Saruka, Old Roger's, Canterbury~~~~~
She heard the sound of the bells ringing through the town, the pale early morning light softly creeping in through the window. "Geez! what's going on out there?!" Saruka exclaimed, hurriedly dressing and collecting all of her equipment. Not that there was much to carry, she always traveled light. "It was about time to get on the road anyway, but I didn't ask for a wake-up call!"
Rushing out of the Inn, she saw the crowd gathering in front of the herald, heard his loud voice telling of a Necromancer, an impending doom, a uniting of a mercenary group to fight against the evil. "This is it! This is the chance to prove myself that I've been waiting for! If I can find a group to go with, this would be excellent practical exercise for my skills." She went back to the Old Roger's Inn, writing a note to Kit, telling her that she was going to Broan to help on this quest, and to wish her luck and perhaps meet again soon. She left the note with the Innkeeper and paid her tab on the room and beer. Then, she set out for the long road home to Kingsdale, and then on to Broan.
~~~~~Rectra'an, Motley Forest~~~~~

Slowly, Rectra'an turned his head. He had heard a disturbance in his forest, and he did not take kindly to disturbance. He stalked slowly through the forest, his great oaken body rustling as he lumbered between the branches and bushes. He watched as a harpy attacked a green creature, which he soon recognized as a Child of The Forest, one of his more recent kin. The Clearblood fought bravely, biting at the harpy's legs until it released her, and began to fly away. He watched contentedly as she lay down and began to rest and regenerate, but he turned again as he heard the sound of the Harpy's wings, returning to finish off what if had begun. "Begone, foul creature," he bellowed in a creaking voice, "leave the forest to itself, or face my anger." The Harpy cawed loudly at the sight of him, and then flew away, choosing to wait for a fight it could win. Rectra'an turned back to the Clearblood, seeing that she had awoken, but was in a dream-like daze. "Young Twig, are you harmed?" he asked in a gentler tone of voice than the one he had used to scare the Harpy away, like the wind blowing through his branches. "The demon-bird is gone, you are safe now."

Akieta gently took it in her hands "it's beautiful" she smiled and put it on closing her eyes, her tail and scales changing into the dress she was wearing earlier. She jumped up and spun around "this is amazing!" She laughed and went outside the cave, "I'm not drying up as easily either, it's still a little hot but it's not that bad" she nodded yelling back into the cave

Chickadee landed once in Broan. "That was quick," she said then looked at a paper with the address on it. "Alright," she said to herself then began looking around for the address. When she did manage to find it she knocked on the door and gave the person there the package. "No problem, sir," Chickaded told him when he thanked her then gave her a tip for getting it there so fast. Chickadee smiled then scurried off to look around the city before continuing her journey.

Kiran set the young woman down in the cave, being as gentle as she could. A small hiss slipped from her lips as she noted the blood on her hands. It seemed the wounds refused to heal. Why wouldn't it stop? She felt a bit of frustration, she wasn't familiar with this forest. Which at the moment, meant she wasn't really sure where she would find help or the correct herbs. Her attention turned to the blind one, as she got to her feet. "Will you watch over her? I'm going to gather more herbs to help her."

Azalik; Motley Forest

Azalik looked over to follow a voice that greeted her and was amazed to be graced by a Dryad's presence. She gave the keeper a smile.

"Thank you Keeper." She said, Azalik felt special to be adressed by both an ancient and a Warden of the Wood on the same day. "The old ones call me Azalik."

She stood still for a moment and looked over the bark skinned creature, the Keepers were large and strong and always defended the children of the forest.

"Did the elders speak to you too?" She asked raising her eyes to the willow giant. "The forest has tasked me to investigate the death growing forth from the man forest of Broan." she stopped and paced around the Warden "Would you join me?"

Furattā was shaking a little bit as she was set down. Her skin was almost snow white. The girl's eyes opened and she whimpered weakly. She felt cold and in pain. To try and conserve heat she attempted to curl up, but was stopped because of the burning sensation on her back. She hugged her bunny instead. It didn't really warm her up, but it was nice to be able to hold something soft close to her.

Kit smiled seeing her new friend so happy. "That's great! I don't know if there are any side effects to the magic on it." she scratched the back of her head. "I don't thin it would be anything terrible but just be mindful"

Aria nodded hearing the foot steps of the other girl leave the cave. She put some more wood onto the fire to warm the cave for the butterfly girl and sat down next to her. "You're going to be ok, I promise" she nodded and sighed ring the girls hair, as arias mother might have done with her if she were hurt.

Akieta nodded" I will" she grabbed a shoulder bag out of a chest and started to pack a few things for travel, it wasn't much, she had no money so instead she traded her trinkets and treasures for services or food. She put the bag over her shoulder and smiled "shall we get going then?"

Kitaru grinned scooping up Pix and putting him on her shoulder "Yes! Uh... only thing is I need to restock on food."

Furattā coughed a little bit. She slowly stopped shivering though as the cave warmed up. Her body still shook very slightly though. The girl's back eventually stopped bleeding, but by then she had already lost a lot of blood. Enough to be dangerous. Furattā closed her eyes, feeling tired again. She let herself fall asleep there. She needed the rest.

Her steps faltered as she heard the little butterfly woman awaken. The pain could clearly be noted just with the subtle movements made. Silently she bit her lip, wanting to stay but knowing she'd do no good if she did. Instead, she simply said a quick good bye, "I'll be back soon." Without allowing herself to hesitate any longer, she quickly headed out of the cave and set off into the forest. Dark eyes scanning the forest for any medicinal herbs that might be growing. Honestly, she wasn't entirely sure what she'd be making. Just that they needed to be herbs to stop pain and help the injuries heal up.

"We can stop back at Rogers. During the day they sell food I'm pretty sure" she nodded and put her bag in the boat. Hesitating to get in herself "is it strange that I'm kind of scared?" She looked behind her at kit.

Kit followed Kiki out of the cove. She shook her head with a small smile "Nope, its compleatly normal!" She hoped in the boat. "But adventure awaits so fear cannot stop us!"

Akieta nodded and pushed off the boat from the shore hopping in. She started to row "I'll have an entirely new collection of treasures." She laughed a bit and got to the shore in a few minutes pulling it onto the sand. When she stepped off she buried her feet in the sunned warmed sand "it feels so amazing!"

Over and over again, she thought and reminded herself of herbs and remedies which could be made with a combination of herbs. More specifically those that would heal injuries like the butterfly woman's. For a moment she considered finding a magic user, one that could heal. Admittedly she was no fan of magic, but she wasn't entirely against it as long as it wasn't used on her. This caused her thoughts to momentarily have Scatter Brain cross her mind, the only mage she'd met. Probably the only one she'd feel relatively okay with, as he seemed pretty kind hearted. But she had no idea where he was, so he wouldn't be able to help anyway. Which was really quite troublesome and useless, but nothing she could do about that. A few herbs were gathered in her hands, hands that were now stained red from the butterfly woman's blood, and green from the plants she picked. Luckily she'd come across a spot where some helpful herbs were growing and picked as many as she thought necessary.
