Fantasy The Twelve Gatekeepers

It took a while for Pisces to snap back into reality. A shudder went through her body and she looked in Scorpio's direction, seeing through him for a moment. But ultimately, her gaze focused on him.
"I don't know how to deal with it either..." her voice sounded stiff, and her aura was uncomfortable. Pisces closed her eyes, and begin breathing audibly and and quickly, to clear her head and anchor herself.

He was used to Pisces' antics so he was patient in waiting for a response. When he received one, he was surprised. Pisces may strike an impression of somebody who could careless about the world but the truth was if there was any opinion he would listen to, it would be Pisces' for they always proved correct to him.


Scorpio turned concerned eyes onto his best friend and patted her on the back in an attempt to get her breathing back in control. He sighed "Calm down. I suppose things really have gotten out of hand after all."

Gemini, finally able to realise something was definitely wrong, pushed Sagittarius away from him the best he could as he spewed up more blood.. but there was more black in it, much more of it. He stumbled to the window and slid down the wall, shaking as he curled up. His aura, usually pure white like the snow with glimmers of blue, was turning black, red and purple before it turned completely.. demonic. The Zodiac's hair turned pitch black and his eyes became as red as hell fire. Gemini was no longer in the same room with his brothers and sisters, the only way to explain what was going on was; Satan took over Gemini.


The devil let out a sinister cackle and giggle as he stood up, the fan vanishing from the floor and appearing in his black nailed hand it erupted in hell fire, getting torn and destroyed. "My.. getting into this pathetic boy's head was so easy it was like stealing candy from a baby..." The devil purred, licking his lips as his devilish and dark eyes scanned the rest of the Zodiacs.

Scorpio jumped out of his seat, his hands already clutching his beloved Pandemonia Scythe. Now he finally understood where that flow of negative energy came from, it was Satan all along. The reason why he couldn't trace it back its owner was because he had never been in direct contact with any amount of energy condensed into one being that could rival with God's. Gemini must have put up a fight but nobody could resist the force that was Satan's manipulation. He hissed "You have been possessing Gemini? How typical of you. I suppose you are also behind Sagittarius, Leo and Aries turning their back on us?" While he was saying this, Scorpio was thinking through all the chances of him taking down Satan. It was a hair breath away from a flat zero.

As Carpicorn was about to leave, she heard a weird noise. As she looked back, she noticed that it was Gemini, who had fallen to his knees. She wanted to help him, and rush to him to do so, but she noticed that something... wasn't right. She noticed that the blood that he had spit out had some black residue in it. She stopped midway, as Gemini got up and stumble towards the window. His appearance started to slowly transform into something different.


Capricorn felt a menacing aura, a sadistic vibe come from his direction so she summoned her double edged scythe, as she shifted into a defensive stance. She wanted to attack him, but soon realized that this meant that she'd also hurt Gemini.

Pisces' eyes were rooted to Gemini's poor form, as his aura changed, the amount of negativity thick in the room. Her heartbeat quickened as Gemini stood to his feet, though she could tell he was no longer himself. Scorpio and Capricorn readied their weapons—and Pisces felt compelled to draw hers as well, though she was no fighter.

Satan or.. Lucifer grinned, tilting his head as he watched the Zodiacs bristle up like a bunch of scared cats trying to look intimidating. "I wasn't actually, for which I'm rather sad but then again. I think taking over the middle child's mind was far sweeter. The poor and confused and lost Gemini, so unsure and anxious of what to do watching everything he knew and loved being slowly torn apart long before this happened and none of you even bothered to notice" He laughed with glee. "It was so pathetic and worthy of pity I couldn't help myself!!" He said, hugging himself or better said, Gemi's nearly broken body. "Who knew taking over a Zodiac's being could feel so good" He said and summoned Gemi's red fan with a happy grin. He let it burn just like the blue one, destroying two of the only three things God gave him as gifts, the only things he was properly attached to more than his brothers and sisters.


"Now, is there anyone else I could corrupt? Or will I have to make due with Gemini's fragile body and work on breaking it and his mind before you lot can move a finger?" He asked, throwing the destroyed fans on the floor, their energy fading away and rendering them useless pieces of junk. He was also backing up towards the window. Did he plan on falling out? "This is a fun little tidbit; are you sure your precious Father is even there? Are you sure he didn't leave his throne and you as well?" He asked before he swiftly turned and jumped out the window, vanishing in a puff of black and red smoke.

"Scorpio!" I shouted on him "You moron, no, he didn't take over my body." I got angry, how could he think that? But that wasn't important right now. I saw Satan escaping. "Dammit, w-we need to rescue him!" I called everyone else.

Taurus looked around the scene in shock. Satan was involved? What? How? He had never interfered that way before, why now? Was he just taking advantage of the 'human situation', or was there something more. She couldn't believe what had just happened to Gemini. Her brother... They couldn't let Satan just take him! She voiced her thoughts. "We need to free Gemini.Now"

Capricorn unequipped her weapon and stared out of the window, where just moments ago Gemini had stood. She didn't like to raise her voice against her brethren, but this all was just getting to much for her to handle.

"Oh, so you prefer Gemini dead? Or worse, him joining bloody Satan! We don't have a lot of choices, sister. I don't care whether I'll end up dead or not, I will rescue him!" She shouted at Capricorn, she herself knew it wasn't the smartest idea, but at this point? She didn't care.


As she finished this sentence, she started opening a portal to hell, that grew from a red fire. "You're in, or you out?" I asked them, entering the portal.


I stepped into hell, leaving the portal open and changing into my fighting form:

She took her arrow and started searching for Gemini, ready for a fight.

She glared at Sagittarius, and let out a heavy sigh. "You sound pretty confident. And since I'd prefer having one friend die instead of three...", she sighed again, pausing mid sentence, as she moved towards Sagittarius, "I guess I'll have to go with you."


Capricorn couldn't believe what decision she just took, neither did she understand why, but she just felt like it was the one and only possibility.

Just then, I saw a monster running towards us. "Eh, what a despicable creature." I said in disgust and aimed my arrow at it.
