Fantasy The Twelve Gatekeepers

[Capricornus]

"She's wonderful, isn't she?" Aquarius asked again, slowly letting go of Capricorn's hand to grasp Belle's neck within both his hands. He brought the pegasus' head up from her bow to scratch her head with an excited grin on his face.
Belle was a playful creature, and once she was removed from her bow she begun her playful streak. He raised her head, but she rose her head even further and placed her head on top of Aquarius', much to his dismay.


"Wha-.. Belle..!" Aquarius tried not to laugh and maintain a serious attitude, but he couldn't with Belle. 'Belle, behave..!" The equine disobeyed and kept nudging him forward with her nose, making quite the scene. He wrapped her head beneath his right arm, locking her in place in a strong grip. It would seem like she was hurting her but it was actually far from it, a playful wrestle that Belle enjoyed, she even calmed down quickly in his arms. Aquarius looked back towards Capricorn, sheepish grin on his face and his left hand scratching the back of his head. 'Sorry, she's a bit crazy.. Belle, she'll be coming with us today, okay?"


The equine uttered a neigh, and easily forced herself out of his arms. She never let any other individual ride atop her unless Aquarius allowed it. If they attempted to do so, she would spin in circles while in the air until they fell. If she was on the ground, if she was on the ground she would gallop at high speeds until they fell off.


"Once we make it to Earth, we'll be at a distance from the nearest town. If you wouldn't mind walking, that is. Or we can land nearby and risk it, I've never been caught yet so.." Aquarius responded with Capricorn's worried question, hand patting the leather saddle for Capricorn to take a seat. "Belle's a bit wild when she's flying, so I recommend sitting in front of me so you don't fall."


@Capricornus (You're fine I've been napping these last few hours anyway. Ahah, enjoy the last week! Hope you get a lot more! jk)

Capricorn laughed, watching Belle and Aquarius playing and fooling around. "Indeed, she is.", she chuckled, answering Aquarius first question.


She walked closer to Belle, nodding at her. "It will be a pleasure for to ride on you.", she talked to her in a formal way before turning her head to Aquarius. "Oh, walking is totally fine for me.", she replied, not wanting to risk a thing. "And this isn't my first rodeo. I've ridden on many animals before.", she added in a confident way, thinking that riding on Belle would be just like riding on any other animal.

The grin on his face hid nearly nothing, still not believing that she wouldn't be caught off guard by the equine's flight.


The mare also seemed to disagree with the male zodiac, proud of her flying and trying to disregard Aquarius' warnings. She did whip the back of his head with her tail however, much to his surprise.


"Belle-! What was that fo-.. nevermind.." He patted the saddle on Belle's back again, signaling to Capricorn that she was ready to leave. "I'm still leaving you in the front, I'd rather not have you flying off. Oh, and since you're so skilled, why not you take the reins? Quick tip, don't pull too hard." The teal-haired male tried to hide a grin, staying beside the equine in case Capricorn needed a lift up to the mare's back.

Capricorn fixed a few loose hairs behind her ears. "Belle is...?", she repeated as she turned around to the Pegasus. Belle, as well, seemed to disagree with Aquarius. "See? Even Belle thinks that you're exaggerating.", Capricorn pouted. She couldn't hold back another chuckle as Belle whipped her owner with her tail.


"If you think so... ", Capricorn replied as she was helped up onto Belle's saddle. "And I'll very gladly take the reins.", she agreed, still fully convinced if her skills.


(Ah, don't worry! Your posts are completely fine and still longer than most of mine lol. And feel free to take as much time as needed to reply, I can wait ^^)

Aquarius left the reins to her then, swinging himself up behind Capricorn on top of Belle. He adjusted in his seat slightly, trying not to uncomfortably press himself against Capricorn. "My hands'll be here, yeah?" He told the other zodiac, hands placed on her waist for a secure place to keep himself on. He hardly got to get her allowance before Belle began to trot, heading for the edge of the island with white feathery wings becoming oustretched on either side of them. Aquarius' hold around her waist grew tighter slightly, a slight fear creeping up on him about whether Belle would actually understand Capricorn as well as she did with him at the reins.

Gemini shook his head as he stopped speaking with his sisters and got up. He gave Sagittarius and Pisces a little wave before he hopped off the rock with a little stumble but recovered and just walked off. Wandering around a little, Gemini stumbled upon Libra and a... crate of apples? Seriously? The sight was rather funny to him as Libra always wore extravagant clothing to meet his title yet here he was, munching on an apple beside a not-that clean crate full of the fruits. "This is an interesting sight..." He said as he approached his brother. Though Gemini in human clothing might just be an equally fascinating sight.

Libra

Libra looked at gemini and smiled


The apple in his hands dissapeared as he walked towards gemini to greet him


"Hello, brother" Libra said with a joyous voice.


He then looked at Gemini's clothe and tried to hold of a frown, He then waved his hands and it turned to his old Prince-ish clothe.


"What can i do for you today?" He said with a smile

Libra looked at gemini and smiled


The apple in his hands dissapeared as he walked towards gemini to greet him

He then looked at Gemini's clothe and tried to hold of a frown, He then waved his hands and it turned to his old Prince-ish clothe.


"What can i do for you today?" He said with a smile

He gave a tiny smile before he blinked, puffing his cheeks up a little. "Undo what you just did.. I liked those clothes and I want to wear them as long as I don't have my powers" He said, reaching up to cover his left eye since that eyepatch vanished too. "Why did you change them though?" He asked. "You never struck me as someone to go buy a crate of apples in the human world though, Libra" He said, giving a smile. He didn't know why that little tidbit made him feel pleased.

"Powers?" He asked "As time passes, you powers will return to you"


He then grabbed Gemini's hands and put something in his hands that looked like fans.


"Here is your power, you can change your clothes if you want to" He said "But, not all of it has returned... Tread lightly with those fans or you will die of exhaustion "


An apple then appeared at his left hands then he took a bit of it.

Libra looked at him and grinned
"Powers?" He asked "As time passes, you powers will return to you"


He then grabbed Gemini's hands and put something in his hands that looked like fans.


"Here is your power, you can change your clothes if you want to" He said "But, not all of it has returned... Tread lightly with those fans or you will die of exhaustion "


An apple then appeared at his left hands then he took a bit of it.

He had quickly moved his hair over his left eye to avoid Libra seeing it before he looked at the fans, really confused. "Fans?" He asked, unfurling one and spinning it around like a traditional danger before he flicked it and his clothes changed back to the human ones. "If they were back, I would've already made my wish for Lucifer's bad luck come true..." He said, scratching the back of his head. "But, thank you, Libra" He smiled. "I guess you like apples a lot, buyig a crate-full, huh?" He hummed.

He then went to the high seat and sat

"Libra, do you have a book or something where you keep written how many sins everyone committed?" He asked. "I'd like to check something.." He sighed, his expression becoming a bit more serious but guilty.

"I have a book of all the sins everyone committed and even all of the trials, but i dont usually show them to anyone" He said "But it's you.."


He then flicked his hands and a golden book appeared right infront of gemini

He gave a little nod and looked through the pages. "I guess there will be two sins for me" He said to himself before he frowned. "I wonder how one even manages to commit so many sins in a single lifetime.." He mumbled, indicating to Lucifer's sins. "He won't stop at anything then.." He sighed and shook his head. "Will you fight this pointless little war, Libra?" He asked his brother, looking him right in the eyes.

Leo arrived back at the Zodiac palace. "GEMINI!" she called, anger apparent in her voice as she moved through the halls, looking for him. "GEMINI, WHERE ARE YOU? We need to talk!" Mostly, she needed to punch him, but still.

Leo arrived back at the Zodiac palace. "GEMINI!" she called, anger apparent in her voice as she moved through the halls, looking for him. "GEMINI, WHERE ARE YOU? We need to talk!" Mostly, she needed to punch him, but still.

Gemini jumped when he heard Leo's shouting. "If you do.. please don't kill any of the Fires, it's important none of us die" He said before he gulped. "But I think she wants to punch my face the way she's shouting..." He said before he hesitated out and onto the hall but still in Libra's view. "Leo..? Why are you angry...?" He called cautiously, his hands shaking a little as he wouldn't exactly be able to do much against Leo's wrath once she reached him.

Seeing Gemini, Leo made her way over to him. "There you are! I need to talk to you about an early conversation. You're not listening to me, and nothing pisses me off more than people not listening to me. What the actual heck, Gem? I'm trying to keep everyone from dying and you're over here like 'you gotta fight everyone'! Not cool, man."

Seeing Gemini, Leo made her way over to him. "There you are! I need to talk to you about an early conversation. You're not listening to me, and nothing pisses me off more than people not listening to me. What the actual heck, Gem? I'm trying to keep everyone from dying and you're over here like 'you gotta fight everyone'! Not cool, man."

He blinked before he shook his head. "You have to fight, not kill but just fight" He said, sighing before he grabbed her hand and lead her towards the bridge connecting the House of Wishes to the palace and said aloud she may come in, making her able to pass through the barrier protecting the floating island and bridge.

 

[Shadow Alpha]

A heavy sigh escaped Aries once the conversation between her siblings ended. She never enjoyed having their voices in her head but she assumed it was necessary. After Leo was ignored, Aries knew that she'd probably go on a mini rampage. "At least we'll have a short temper in common." Aries stood up from her slouched position in order to get some more answers out of Gem. 'There's no way this'll go off without a hitch.' As soon as she stood in front of the door, Aries could hear Gemini getting chewed out by Leo. A pissed of fire zodiac was a terrible force to reckon with but she entered anyway. "Honestly Bro, did you expect the most vicious signs to go along with this suicidal stunt?" Aries said as she appeared beside them while riding Ra. The hound gently flapped his wings as he kept up with their pace.

He sat on his chair thinking of what Gemini said to him earlier


'What am I gonna do about the war?' He asked himself


'stay neutral...and fight if need be' He said to himself


He then walked out of the room and the golden doors behind him closed shut.


He climbed up the tower on the high palace and saw Gemini leading leo and aries towards the house of wishes.


'If you do.. please don't kill any of the Fires' He recalled what Gemini told him earlier


'I would never kill any of my siblings... ' He thought.

He invited Aries and Ra to pass through the barrier. "Look.. just like he did with our followers, Lucifer would find a way to make the most vicious signs get themselves and other signs killed. You guys starting this war or whatever it's supposed to be only sped up his plans. There could be a way for me to get around this contract and help you figure out what his plans are so I can try" He said, sitting down at the edge of the island and looking out. "What can Lucifer do with a soul of someone that just died?" He asked, knowing it'd be probably a bit complicated to get around the whole contract.

Leo growled through gritted teeth. "You're not listening, again! If fighting speeds up his plans, will not fighting slow down his plans?" Turning, she faced Ares. "Do you get what I'm saying? Not beating up anyone until after the Lucifer thing passes?"
