Fantasy The Lost Treasure of Creation

Kokoro Himura

Location: Ocean City - Marketplace

With: Vikishvok

The tigress's head tilted to the side as she watched the dragon pay for the materials with diamonds instead of the regular currency. The jewels were very sparkly and eye catching, and Kokoro found herself looking around the shop to make sure that no one was watching. Having diamonds like that were basically a calling card for thieves to target whomever was in possession of such things, and the tigress didn't want anyone to target the dragon.

Kokoro smiled and nodded at Vikishvok's suggestion that they return to the inn, walking with him out of the shop. Her ears were swiveling towards different sounds around them as they walked, alert now that she was worried about the dragon being targeted. She didn't notice too much that the dragon was walking so close to her, probably because she was subconsciously walking close to him, too, putting her in a better position to ward off any thieves looking to target him. Her expression seemed relaxed enough as she walked, though, and she looked up at Vikis with a small smile. "Oh, I wouldn't know what to ask for...Honestly, I mostly use weapons for defense more than anything else," she admitted. She thought for a moment, before deciding that she would let the dragon choose. "I'll let you surprise me, that way you can craft whatever you want. I always had more fun making jewelry when I made things that I felt like making at the time, rather than being told what to make. Then I could make whatever that person inspired me to make, instead of what they told me to do," she told him, looking forward again with a small smile. It had been a long time since she had made any jewelry, but it was still nice to be able to talk about it every now and then. It reminded her of simpler times.

They soon began to approach the inn where they were both staying. Kokoro slowed for a moment. The dragon had offered to let her join him in his room while he made the weapons, but at the same time the tigress didn't want to intrude. She looked uncertain for only a few moments before reminding herself, I'm sure he wouldn't have invited me up if he didn't want me there. I don't think I'd be intruding... "Which room are you staying in?" she asked Vikishvok as they approached, looking back up at him. For a brief second, a thought crossed her mind that he was, technically, someone she had only just met. For all she knew, he could be planning any number of things once he got her to his room...but, that thought was quickly put out of her mind. The dragon was too polite and friendly so far, and Kokoro was trusting by nature. Besides, he had helped her in many ways in the brief time since she had crashed into him, she had no reason not to trust him now.

@Mister Veeeee

((Kokoro's pretty protective too, even unconsciously
:P Also, it's a good thing she doesn't run into traffickers or the like, considering how trusting she is of others ._.))

Ireth grew very annoyed with Everyle. An elf with no regard of lineage was someone she considered rogue. It was a matter of pride what elf didn't care about lineage. She shook her head and looked at Arya "I'm with going through the tunnels." She stated simply and looked towards the door "the sooner we leave the better." She said looking at them all she hoped that Evaryle wouldn't be joining them or else it might make for an interesting trip.

Gregor Heartway

Gregor wandered the city streets with no particular destination in mind. It had been so long since he had arrived in such a large city that he had almost forgotten what it felt like to be in one. The noises and the smells were assaulting his senses and people blurred by like a harpy in an intense air current. He loved it. The pure diversity of folk and cultures was beautiful it almost made him want to sing and play a tune on his lute. He couldn't be sure but the area he was in seemed like it was probably a market. Although he was thoroughly enjoying the chaos it was proving to be a bit much on his mind so he began to weave his way through the various stalls, tents and booths that had made up the bazaar looking for a calmer area.

On his way out of the market district he came across a particular man who was very... cackly. The merchant wore a dark purple robe and a mask, obscuring most of his face. Gregor watched as the man desperately tried to sell goods (all of which seemed vary old and rare) to several a passerby.

30cd65df51861bac3fbbda0a8cce01bc.jpg

But almost as quickly as Gregor had arrived the man stopped. He seemed to be sniffing the air, trying to locate something. Gregor was about to leave when the man whirled around, a delighted grin present on his face. "Hellllloooooo." He quickly closes the distance between himself and Gregor. "Hmm. Yes yes. It is you indeed. Nyheheh." Gregor takes a step back, his smile never faltering. "Do I know you?"

"Nyahehehe. No. But that smell, it's unmistakable." Gregor lifts up his arm and smells his pits. Clean. "No, no, no. Not that smell. The smell of destiny." The merchant moves his face closer to Gregor his smile widening. "Ha ha ha. You are terrifying. I like that. What's your name merchant?" The strange man takes a step back and bows. "You may call me Rat. I am but a lowly merchant. hehe."

"Well Rat, it's a pleasure to meet you. My name is Gregor Heartway, Last of the Outriders and Master of Funkromancy."

"Ooooh. Hhhhhmmm. An outrider. I never thought I would meet one in the flesh. Or at least not their living flesh. Nyhehehe. It makes sense why the fates have asked me to aid you in your travels."

"Aid me?" Gregor was perplexed and undoubtedly interested. What a strange figure he had met and in such a short time.

"Yes, yes. I've been told you are looking for the Treasure of Creation no?" Gregor's smile widened to the point where it almost matched Rat's.

"Well, c'mon, who isn't?" Rat's smile falters for a moment but he continues to grin devilishly. "Nyyyyesss. Well tell me Mr. Heartway, have you heard of the Dormant Volcano just to the west of this city? Rumor has it that a great treasure may be stored inside. Maybe it will aid you in your travels?" Gregor seems to stop and think about this for a moment. He mulls it over before replying.

"Do you have a map?"

"Yeesssssss. Of course." Rat turns around and begins to rummage around in a pile of junk before emerging with a scroll. "This map is a good one, it shows you what ever it is your heart desires. But be warned, the places it take you may not be Nyhehehe, what you expect." Gregor goes to take the map but Rat moves it out of the way of his reaching hands. "I need payment first." Gregor grins and whips his lute from his back and into his hands. "How about a song? I have no coin but a song to lift the spirits is always a good payment!" Rat ponders this for a moment, and then shakes his head no.

"Hmmmmm. Although a good tune is always a welcoming sound I'm afraid that will not do. Do you have something of nyyyyyhehehe, materialistic value?" Gregor thinks for a second and then goes;

"Aha! I know just the thing! Rat, you seem to be a busy man. Trying your best to sell your mysterious and probably cursed goods. How would you like a servant?"

"Ohhhh. A servant would be splendid!" Gregor quickly plays a pentatonic (or as he called it a pentagram-atonic) and from the infernal plane, summons an imp. A red scaly and yet almost cat like creature appears before Rat. The imp looks around and then up to Gregor and speaks in infernal.

"Hey Red! How's the family?" The imp shakes it's hand; so-so. "I'm sorry to hear that pal. Anywho your probably wondering why I summoned you." The imp shakes his head. "Well see this man? He's going to be you new master." Red sighs. "Pretty exciting right?" Red sighs even harder. "Alright! That's the spirit!" Gregor turns his attention back up to Rat. "I'll be taking that map now."

"Yesss. I do find your payment... satisfactory." Gregor snatches the scroll from the merchants hand and turns to leave but feels a strong grip on his shoulder. Turning around he sees Rat staring at him intently, smile now absent. "Be weary last of the Outriders. You seek a treasure lost by the ages. Stop and consider why it has been lost to those of this world before continuing your search. The human heart is tricky thing but desire is trickier... Now have a good day you! Nyhehehe!"

'What a strange man...' Gregor begins to walk around, exploring the city, before deciding to find a place to stay the night. Tomorrow he would explore those ruins. Like Rat said, the treasure could be of value to him. And if it wasn't, he was sure he could trade it to Rat for something of value. Struggling to find a place to stay, the bard gets an idea. What if he used his new map? Pulling out the scroll and undoing the red twine, Gregor on rolls the paper. He looks down at the paper and notices... it's blank. Gregor frowns. 'That's not goo-' Suddenly! There is a burst of light from the map that slowly dissipates. Now on the map, is a black arrow. "Huh..." Gregor's almost constant smile began to grow. He turned the sheet of parchment from side to side and noticed the arrow pointed in one direction constantly. Thinking about it, the map was more of a compass then a map. Gregor began to follow the arrow, not really paying attention to his surroundings. If he did he would have noticed that he had just entered the slums. He continued to follow the map's muse until he bumped into a door. Gregor grinned and whispered to himself. "You have arrived at your destination." He knocks.

Ireth had already decided her fate and at this point moved towards the door waiting for the others. She nearly jumped when she heard a knock on the door and looked towards Evaryle wondering if he was expecting company.

The elf closed her eyes as her mind wandered out to see if it were guards that she could convince to leave. Her eyes suddenly shot open and she rubbed her temples in her attempt for telepathic abilities but she recognized this mind only barely. It held familiarity but also a coldness to it as though it had been tainted. "Could it be?" She whispered and she held up a hand to others hoping they wouldn't just spring into attack mode due to paranoia.

Ireth slowly opened the door peeking out just barely before opening the door wider. Her smile faded as she saw the man before her and she wondered if it was another one of Lyla's tricks. How cruel! She thought. In a seconds notice she pulled out her knife pushing the man at the door to the side against the house her knife to his throat. "I know who you are but its as though you aren't him. Something is different, darker, even." She whispered more cold than ever before. The elf was slightly surprised at how cold she sounded it wasn't like her and yet she found herself enjoying it. "whose to say you're not some trick from that witch of an elf, Lyla." She said pressing her blade closer to the skin. "Explain yourself, and I wouldn't lie to me I'll be able to tell." She whispered getting close to his face as she looked at him. She noticed his eyes were different too but yet the same. The elf tensed "Gregor?" She finally whispered hoping it wasn't another trick.

Gregor tucked his map away while he waited for someone to open the door. He had heard quiet chatter before but he noticed when he knocked that the residents had grow silent. He waited, and adjusted his hat, trying to look his best, and then was surprised when a familiar face opened the door. "Hello Ire-" He was cut short as the elf pinned him up against the wall with a dagger to his throat. Needles to say Gregor was surprised but the unexpected hostility.

Letting Ireth finish, Gregor just smiled as she ranted at him. Eventually she stopped and he chuckles to himself. "Hello to you as well Ireth. It's good to see you." Gregor snaps his fingers and dissipates in a cloud of smoke and reappears behind the elf. "I must say your greeting was a little rough but your still you." The bard turns away from her and looks at the house as if for the first time. "So... is this where your staying these days?" He runs a finger along the building, testing the grain of the wood.

@WeepingAngel525

The elf glared at the empty spot before her and then smiled hearing him behind her. She sheathed her dagger and turned to look at him. "No more just passing by." She answered his question. She couldn't help but smile as memories of him filled her head. "Sorry, it's been an eventful day and I didn't want anymore surprises. Lyla has already fooled me once." She whispered her hand rubbing her chest where she still felt the pressure of the stab wound from her shadow. She tried to shake it off. "You seem you, though." She said cheerfully.

Ireth looked inside and sighed she was glad to have a friend here someone she could trust. Although Kier and Arya were good but she didn't have history with them. however it still struck her has odd for him to show up there of all places. "What are you doing here?" She asked quietly her hand on the hilt of her knife ready to draw it if need be.

Arya listened to the others talk, though she had already made up her mind. She was going to go to the tunnels. She didn't trust the dragon that had offered to show them there, but she didn't trust Evaryle any more than the dragon, despite the elf's help in their situation. Besides, she didn't want to stay in the city any longer, and with the group of people they had, they should have no problem clearing the tunnels.

Before she had spoken up at all, however, a knock was heard at the door. Arya backed away, beginning to put distance between herself, the door, and the group. There were too many people here for her already. She was beginning to feel trapped, panicked even. Her expression didn't betray any of these emotions, but the girl herself wanted out of there, and quick. She glanced down at the other hybrid, who she had backed up towards, then looked over at one of the hybrid kids and motioned for them to come over. They did, hesitantly, and Arya leaned down and whispered something to them. The kid ran off, only to come back a few moments later with two bed sheets. Arya took out a few coins from her pouch and handed them to the kid, then took the bed sheets. She draped one over herself, using the fabric to cover her hair and cast a shadow on her facial features. Digging out a small needle and thread from her pouch, she then made a few quick, rudimentary stitches in the sheet near her neck to give the fabric a hood, turning the sheet into a makeshift cloak.

After her own features were covered, the girl dropped the other sheet over the hybrid on the ground. She knelt down beside him. "I'm not sure if you're awake or not...but I'm just covering up your features so we can leave, okay? Try not to use your wings for a bit," she told him quietly, hoping that he'd understand. She used her needle and thread to do something similar to the sheet for Raiquen, then stood and put the needle and the remaining thread away in her pouch. Now that that was done, she turned to the dragon in the room. "We need to go now." She was eager to get out of the cramped space and away from so many people.

Gregor Heartway

Gregor was only half paying attention to what Ireth was saying for he was incredibly occupied with the houses building material. The grain of this wood was really just atrocious. In fact it should have been illegal! It was like some one took a bunch of wood scraps and pieced them together. It certainly wasn't up to code. Assuming this city had a code.

Hearing Ireth ask him a question Gregor snapped out of his daze and turned his full attention back to the elf. "Hmmm? Oh what am I doing here?" Gregor's smile returns. "Well that's an interesting story..." Gregor continues on to fill in Ireth about his time in the market place, and his run in with the shady merchant Rat before finally getting the map that lead him here."... So yeah. I wanted a place to go and the map lead me here. It's pretty cool!" He flashes her a thumbs up. "Also who is this Lyla person? She sounds like a horrendous gal. And that's coming from a man who lived with a bog witch for a year!" He gives a hardy laugh before peeking into the house. "I see you've made some new friends, good on ya!" Gregor pats Ireth on the back before handling his loot and strumming a few cords and saying in a sing song voice; "
The friends you have, they're strong and just. As Firm as a sturdy trust." He laughs to himself.

Something seems... off about Gregor.

@WeepingAngel525

Ireth watched Gregor slightly impatient. She was even more annoyed with the pat on her back. "Friends..." She pondered the thought and wasn't sure if she could consider them friends. "Sure." She finally said and tried to shoosh him as he sang. She wondered what happened to him. He definitely wasn't the same.

"You met her once I think. We were inseparable considered sisters even." She explained "she fell into darkness and well she caused our entire clan to be murdered. Needless to say I used our friendship to get close to her and I tried to kill her for justice. She survived and is still out there bent on destroying me." She explained not wanting to get into the detail of the fight from earlier. However what happened before that cold dark feeling she slightly enjoyed was her from the shadow that was leaking darkness into Ireth's soul. Slowly and ever so slightly it would eventually consume her. It would be the perfect opportunity for Lyla to prove her worth to her teacher and master.

Gregor seems to mull the thought over. "Lyla, Lyla, Lyla... Oh that's right! I remember now! Really her? Turned to darkness? But she was such a sweet girl. Hmm. I guess you never know the intentions of ones heart until you strip away their flesh. Haha! How gruesome... " He trails off. "Let's not dwell on the past though. We are here in the now! Let us make of what little life gives us. Even death! Speaking of which did you hear about that dead guy by the pub? Apparently the suspects are still on the lose. You should be careful." He then gestures to the inside of the house. "May I come in?"

Raiquen Nguyen

Raiquen didn't really react to the knock on the door. He barely even heard it. The ravens jumped slightly, however, and watched intently as Ireth went to deal with the stranger. They caught sight of the glint of a dagger being pulled out by the elf. Then, she disappeared from sight. A discussion could be heard outside. Hmm, I wonder what's going on out there? Berhtram wondered. He considered exiting the building to investigate, but thought better of intruding. Besides, he was unlikely to understand most of their words.

Meanwhile, Merle kept her eye on Arya, who seemed to be trying to cover herself with a cloak. It wasn't long before she attempted to do the same to Raiquen. He pulled away a bit at first, then gave up and let her put the sheet on him. It could be challenging to not use his wings for a while, as they were almost completely necessary for him to move around efficiently, but he would try. He did realize that his appearance was a bit too noticeable, though he wasn't sure if putting another makeshift cloak on top of his existing one was any less so. He tried to stand up, immediately having to use his wings to push himself up. So much for not using them. Once he was on his feet, he nodded. "Yes... go soon." Raiquen agreed.

Ireth looked at him and then inside "well we had some trouble along the way." She laughed a little and began to relax. "It's not my house to allow you entrance but I suppose I could introduce you. We were working on a plan to get out of here." She explained as she walked back in "this is Gregor." She said and looked toward Arya "are we ready to go then?" She asked seeing her makeshift cloak. She looked at Gier and nodded then looked at Evaryle not wanting to know if he was coming or not. She looked at Raquien as he spoke and nodded.

Gregor follows Ireth into the house and waves to the motley crew that stood before him. The house was... a bit run down, but that was of no surprise considering the quality of the exterior. He noticed one person in particular had secured themselves a makeshift cloak out of what appeared to be linens. Odd... But odd was good. All in all the group were an odd assortment, many who might see through his persona lest he keep it up. Pushing the thought to the back of his head he bows elegantly. "Gregor Heartway, Last of the Outriders and Master of Funkromancy. It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance." Above Gregor's head his official title appears in bright blue and glittery letters before bursting in a shower of sparkles. "And who might you be?" Gregor says to the groups, a smile present on his face.

Evaryle Avelis

Location: Ocean City - Slums

With: Arya, Keir, Ireth, Geir, Raiquen

Evaryle walked to a separate room for a moment and came back. He could feel it, Ireth was thinking ill of him. He wasn't too surprised, but he didn't really care. He had several reasons to hate lineage. He hated it sometimes. It had been what drove him out of his home to begin with. He walked back n the moment this "Gregor" person asked for introductions.

"Evaryle. That's my name," he said with a decent smile on his face. He then walked over to an area of a room and pulled out a box which held cured and dried meats in it. Clearly things to last a long time. He then turned his head and said, "It's been a long time since I traveled, maybe four to six moons. I think I'll come with if not to just get out of the city. I'm really sick of this place and I've done my fair share in this city. I'm patient, so you won't have any problems from me."

He continued to say that with a somewhat stupid grin on his face. He knew it was half faked, but he didn't care, he needed to stay positive for a little while longer. After all, he had no further worries about this place. The children knew several skills as well. He just hoped none of them did anything stupid. Not many of them would be accepted outside the slums. In fact, no one cared at all about what happened to those children. No one in the slums had anything to gain out of the halfbreeds or the purebreeds that mingled with them. However, he was placing a minor hope in all of them. Maybe, they could create some change together.

"I hopefully don't plan on sticking with you people for long if I'm not welcome, but allow me to follow you out of here atleast."

Keir Sullivan

"Funkromancy? The heck is that?" Keir asked as the newcomer introduced himself. He had never heard of such a thing; heck, he had no clue what an outrider was, either. The way the man said it, it seemed as if it was supposed to be common knowledge, but Keir, being the uncultured product of the streets that he was, certainly didn't know what the man was so proud of. The shower of sparkles and wide grin didn't give Keir much reason to think highly of him either; he was being all together too friendly. Either he was an idiot, or up to something. At least the teal haired dragon had acted sensibly, and the elf had helped Arya, as had the hybrid child. Though this man seemed to know Ireth, Keir wasn't sure if that was anything to go by; Ireth's friends seemed to be a little questionable to him. He didn't pursue it though. It was probably just him being overly suspicious and seeing problems where there weren't any, as usual.

"Anyway, I'm Keir. I suppose it's nice to meet you," Keir introduced himself, almost curtly. Then, he turned to Evaryle. He had mixed feelings about the elf's decision to join them, especially since the movements of such a large group would be hard to conceal. The man was one of the three people here who was wanted, though, so it probably would be a good idea to help him get out. Keir just hoped that all of the others wouldn't stick around much afterwards; such a large group could only start fighting amongst themselves if they did find a treasure worthy of trying to split. "We keep getting distracted," Keir decided abruptly, shaking himself from his thoughts, "we should really get going."

Vikishvok smiled warmly at her as she mentioned her jewelry making and gave him an idea about something. As they approached the inn hhe gave her another warm smile, "Just follow me, and say do you have room somewhere yet? If not you can stay in mine and have the bed, i'll be fine with the confines of the floor." He spoke in a warm voice as they walked into the inn and towards his room near the back. He figured since he would be helping her that it wouldn't hurt to share sleeping quarters, and being oblivious to the underling fact the rest world sees with a woman and a man sharing a room typically. He opens the door to his room, holding the door open for Kokoro. "After you Miss Kokoro" He says with a friendly smile and was also happy to see the barrel of water was delivered to his room.

Geir sighed at the makeshift linens being used as cloaks -- they weren't necessarily the most unassuming of disguises, but he supposed that they would do as long as they stuck to the shadows and no one looked too closely -- then nodded to the hybrid about it being time to go, before Ireth came back in with the man who had knocked on the door. "Flashy one, aren't you?" he remarked with a raised eye brow and a half-smile on his face. He wasn't sure what to think of the newcomer, but it didn't matter much. It was starting to get dark out, and they needed to make their move to the tunnels if they wanted to get there and have time to search it before the dragon had to leave. He had his orders of where to go, after all. "Geir Brandr Ignatius. Pleasure to meet your acquaintance," the dragon spoke up. At least the strange man had actually bothered to asked for his name, anyway -- the others had just been going along with him without bothering to ask. A strange group they were, that was for sure.

"Whoever is coming with me, now's the time," he called back to the rest of the group, before pushing out through the door. Let's see...there was an entrance in the slums, if I remember right. That will make it easier to avoid the guards, the dragon thought as he moved into the shadows, beginning to walk towards the worse parts of the slums. He would lead them to a specific tree in the worst part of the city's slums. From there, the entrance was down the nearest alleyway, and around the corner by the city wall. A specific brick had to be pressed in, and it would cause a few bricks in the ground to depress, almost imperceptibly. From there, pressing down one last brick in the ground causes the ground around the pressed in bricks to swing down, opening up the trap door that led down into the tunnels. This was, admittedly, one of the more difficult entrances to get into -- others around the city had fewer steps, which made for a quicker getaway, but there were further traps within the tunnels that would have to be avoided. The slums entrance was the most complicated, but it was the safest one to enter by.

Arya watched blankly as the man followed Ireth into the room, introducing himself in a flashy manner. The hybrid frowned, though the action was hidden by the makeshift hood. She wasn't liking this man so far, though she could be biased by the fact that there were so many people, and she was feeling trapped already. She bent down to grab her scythe, which had been left off to the side, then scooted a bit closer to Keir; Ireth was farther away, and standing close to the strange newcomer, and Keir was the only other one in the group whom she actually sort of trusted. Staying near the man, the hybrid glanced back at Raiquen, wondering how he would do with the linens draped around him, then looked forward again. "Let's go," she stated quietly. She hadn't given the newcomer her name, and at the moment she didn't intend to. She just wanted to leave, to get away from so many people. She wasn't going to stick around for introductions.

The dragon, Geir, was beginning to leave, and Arya moved to follow, gripping her scythe tighter in her hand as she knew that she would have to pass through the others to follow. She walked a bit faster going past the others, in a hurry to get out of the crowded area and to get to the tunnels, which would lead her out of the city.

Kokoro's eyes widened, her ears shot straight up in surprise before flattening against her head, and her face immediately turned beet red at the dragon's offer to share a room. She might be used to a different culture, but even she knew what sharing a room with a man usually meant in places such as these. Her tail swayed back and forth nervously as she attempted to stammer out a response. "I-I, uh, I mean, t-thank you, but...that's not...I couldn't -- I...." the tigress trailed off. She was still following the dragon, but mostly unconsciously, as her mind was busy reeling over the offer that had caught her so off-guard.

Finally, she managed to blurt out the words, "I-I already have a room, t-thank you for the offer!" she kept her eyes averted from the dragon, more embarrassed now than before. She blinked, though, as she looked around. She had followed the dragon to his room, and had already entered the room without even having realizing it. She supposed that's what she got for letting herself get so flustered...but it wasn't a big deal. She had been invited in, and while she didn't intend to stay the night in the dragon's room, she was interested in seeing him work while he made weapons. Her eyes scanned the room, looking for a place to sit that would be out of the dragon's way. There was always the bed, but the tiger was more hesitant to sit there now. "S-so, is there enough room here for you to make weapons? I thought smiths usually needed a large work space," Kokoro asked, changing the subject from the dragon's offer and back to crafting. She still avoided looking at the man for the time being, though, as her face was still very red and she was still too embarrassed and flustered to meet his gaze; instead, she focused on the water barrel, staring at it as if it were the most interesting thing in the world -- it was certainly the least embarrassing thing that she could look at at the moment.

Pansa yawned as he looked around his forward camp. He folded up his bedroll but left the camp set out in case he needed to return. Scoping out the worn stone path that lead to a very weathered grand arch to the water temple, he looked around the ruins to see if there were any clues to why the temple went into disrepair. Usually even if a good majority of a deity's followers abandon a temple, some very devout followers would still stay behind to keep it in good shape. The nature weathered ruins said no one had been renovating the grounds for a while. The overgrowth of plants added an exotic lost civilization feel to the temple as if it had been found inside a vast unforgiving jungle.

Pansa noticed some ruins with markings and cut away the leaves and vines. Running his fingers over the barely legible carvings, he was able to recreate the writing on the wall. His eyes were caught by a fresco of weather marred paintings. It looked as if her temple had been unattended. He cpuld only hope she wasn't angry.

Ireth rolled her eyes at Gregor unsure why he was being that way. It wasn't like him, "I'm heading with them to get out of the city and help Ar..." She began but figured if Arya wanted him to know her name she might of said so. "With the group and in return assist me with killing Lyla once and for all." She muttered. "You want to come? I know you were heading on your own mission but perhaps I could help you?" She said hoping Gregor would come. As odd as he was acting he was a friend to her one that was untainted by the darkness Lyla had created.

The elf watched as Arya left and noticed that Evaryle would be joining too. She sighed and decided that at least he would be a good ally to have.

Vikishvok was confused by her response and didn't hear her when she mentioned her room because he was lost in thought. Then all the sudden it hit him what she must have thought about his offer. "I'm very sorry miss I didn't mean it like that, I was only thinking since we'll be traveling together we should stay close enough to watch each others back, I didn't mean anything of such a lewd nature." he stammered out turning red in embarrassment that he forgot to be clearer on his intentions. He couldn't think straight till he saw her staring at the barrel and was reminded why he was here in the first place. He calmed some and spoke slowly "Again I must apologize for not being clear, please forgive my rudeness." He was sincere in his apology and still worked up over the fact he possible just made the girl uncomfortable. He set the materials on the table by the barrel and started organizing them into two piles, one for his clients stuff the other for Kokoro's. "Also please have seat on the bed, sorry I didn't have a chair brought in. I didn't think I would be needing it." he say little hurried cause he still bit flustered by the situation.

"O-oh, I see," Kokoro let out a sigh of relief at the dragon's explanation. Her face slowly started to return to it's proper color. She still didn't feel right about staying in the dragon's room, however, when she had her own room to go to. Especially since she didn't want to force him to sleep on the floor. "I appreciate the offer, then, but I already bought a room earlier, and I'd really feel terrible if I took your bed when I already have one," she told him, finally looking at him again with an apologetic smile. She felt bad for assuming that he had meant anything else. "My room is only a few doors down, though, so I will still be close by," she mentioned quickly.

She looked over at the bed again, as if considering whether it would really be okay to sit there, before finally moving to it and perching on the corner of the mattress. Her blue eyes looked over curiously as Vikis organized his materials for the weapons he was making, watching him with interest. She stifled a yawn; it had been a long day for her, and it was getting dark out. "What are you making for your client? The one who's paying you, I mean," she asked, rubbing at her eyes to keep the sleep from them.

The caverns that Pansa was exploring were beautiful. Light reflected off of the ocean water that flowed in, casting blue light on the cavern walls and sandy ground. Ivy grew along the walls, covering the rocky surface with beautiful green. In darker corners of the cave, large mushrooms grew on the wall that glowed with blue light, causing an eerie glow. Other strange plants sprouted up around the cavern walls -- spongy-looking plants of various shades of purples; spiky orange tubular plants with white flowers at its base; black, slug-like forms with red and blue leafy structures emerging from them; the list of strange plants went on.

Under the dark waters that bordered the sandy ground and the rocky cave walls, something moved, causing ripples on the water's surface. A few small bubbles rose to the surface near the beach part of the cavern, just behind where Pansa was inspecting the ruin writings. Suddenly, out of the water shot several sharp needles, heading straight for the Enkidu man.

Vikishvok sighed in relief when the misunderstanding was cleared up. "Hey don't worry about just thought I would offer, and as for the item I'm remaking a sword I previously made for the client since he manage to break it somehow, though he asked for it to look the same, which it will, though ima change the color scheme so it matches the other sword I had made for him. As for you I think I might actually make you some light armor since you said you don't really need a weapon. A don't worry my works are the best in existence besides rare and legendary artifacts as far as I know." he says gloating a little at his skill happy that Kokoro has taken interest into his work some. He picks up all the bricks of rock and metals for his clients sword and stacks them in one hand and places his other hand on top of the stack and slowly begins to melt them all together with molten materials hovering between his hands as he concentrates on crafting the sword. After a few minutes, the materials are all well mixed together properly the way he mixes them. The sword starts taking shape and when the shape is complete, Vikishvok grabs it by the handle and dips it into the water which boils up and steams some from the hot sword. He pulls out the cooled blade and admires it. It looked like it was the sister of the other blade he made for Grier so many years ago. He turn to show it to Kokoro "So what do you think of it? awesome aint it?" He asks with a satisfied grin on his face.

Kokoro smiled at Vikishvok as he talked about his work. He sounded proud of his work, and the tigress was eager to see him create the sword for his client, and the armor that he had decided to make for her. She watched as he set up the area for his work and started to melt the metals down, struggling to keep her eyes open. She was getting very tired, and the warmth from the dragon's magic was helping to lull the girl to sleep. I'll just stay up to watch him make the sword, then I'll head off to bed... she decided. She laid down on her side and propped her head up on her hand to watch while the molten metal was being mixed and shaped, her eyes slowly closing more and more as she struggled to stay awake. Before the dragon had even finished shaping the sword and cooling it, the tigress had fallen asleep on the edge of the bed, and was unconscious by the time he had turned around to show her the sword.
