Valentine stands atop the cathedral, watching the magic circle expand over Magnolia. "Everything is falling perfectly into place" Valentine turns to Evie, who was floating in darkness. Magic energy drains from Evie into Valentine. "Perfect, i have enough from you for now" Valentine snaps her fingers, sending Evie into the dream world. She holds her arms out open below the magic ring and close her eyes. "Realm of Horror and nightmares, open and reveal your terror to all!" Energy surges off Valentine as she begins to float slightly off the Cathedral roof. "Nightmare Realm, Open!!" The magic ring glows brightly before releaseing black shockwaves through the entire city. Mosters from peoples nightmares climb out of the ground and shadow versions of mages appear aswell. The sky turns black and almost all the lights flicker out. "Let the nightmares run free!" Valentine laughs as chaos begins to break out as the citizens of Magnolia run from the monsters that have just appeared.

[Flame Demon]

Sakura narrows her eyes and she says "This sure in interesting", Lea sighs and she says "We have to kill all the monsters, or at least protect the people", Sakura shrugs "I'm going up, let's go Luna" she says and the small familiar disappears and Sakura flies up with the wings that appeared, stopping just in line of sight for Valentine "So it there a reason you wanna do this?" she asks, keeping her guard up despite the fact that the monsters were on the ground.

 

[Midnight Phantom]

"Oh god dammit!" Falzar grabs the shoulder of a Gargoyle and launches onto the roof of the cathedral.


"Hey Valentine!" The Boy charges a black orb in his palm.


"Aye Lass!" Sagashi uses lightning to boost himself onto the Cathedral roof. "Why must you cause this much trouble? It would hurt my heart to harm such a beautiful young lady."

Valentine smirks, noticing the people around her, she throws her hand into the air in a solid motion, sending a powerful shockwave toward them all, knocking them away from her. "Its already begun. Nothing you can do now" She has a insane look in her eyes before vanishing from her position on the cathedral, now standing on Fairy tail's roof. "Try to fight all you want, but the nightmares will haunt you all" She creates a magic circle on both hands, creating nightmare monsters around Falzar and Sakura.

[Midnight Phantom]

Falzar looks up from the ground to see a figure with long black hair and gleaming red eyes.


"The fuuuuuck?"


"I am your shadow. Your true form."


Falzar leaps backwards and glares at the figure.


"So my own nightmare is me!? Shit."


The boy charges a black aura around himself, and grows to look identical to the copy. The only difference between them being the latter's lack of a guild mark. Teh two clash and blast a section of the roof into oblivion.


"Hey you stupid drunkard! Go get that bitch!"


"I'm on it ya hellish brat!" Sagashi laughs and leaps from the Cathedral, taking off for the Fairy Tail Guild Hall.

 

[Flame Demon]

Sakura smirks "I'm used to nightmares" she says and transforms to her demon form "Ice make: Hammer!" she says letting a huge hammer appear knocking most around her away before flying towards Valentine "Where is Evie?" she asks creating a sword. Lea punches the shadow Falzar "Damn, these are hard to beat" she says and looks at Falzar "Need a little help?" he asks.

 

[Midnight Phantom]

"Get away!" Falzar punches his shadow, blasting it away. "I am a death mage! So is he! If you get close you will die in an instant!"


"Yes. Your death will be swift and painful!" Falsezar lunges forwards with his hand coated in darkness, striking the real deal.


"Go fight off the other Nightmares. This one is mine!" He covers his head in darkness and smashes his skull into the clone, breaking the ground under them. Both sprout demonic wings and take to the air.

 

[Midnight Phantom]

"Well then. Shall we dance?"


"To the death."


The pair begin to move faster than the naked eye can make out, exchanging attacks and countering.

Sakura looks around and she picks up a girl before jumping out of the way "Go inside" she says and smiles slightly before turning serious again.

 

[Goddess Nebula]

A wicked laugh escapes Valentine as she looks toward Sakura. "You won't see what child ever again!" She noticed the transformation. "Playing Dirty, well so can I" her eyes flash as she created a large magic circle underneath Sakura. "nightmare Scape, Unlock" A black orb flies out of Sakura's chest. "release Sakura's Worst nightmare!" The orb expands around Sakura, trapping her in her worst nightmare.

"Aye, play fair will ya lass!?" Sagashi leaps at Valentine, blasting a bolt of lightning at her.

Valentine steps out of the lightnings blast and turns to Sagashi. "People like you never learn do they" She pulls a sword out of a magic circle and slashes in Sagashi's direction, creating a shock wave effect in his direction. "I'm this world, I'm invincible" She gives off a insane laugh as she looks toward the city in chaos!

 

[Flame Demon]

Sakura breaks free after struggling for a while "I'm not playing dirty, after all, thi is who I am", it had cost her a lot of power to break free from that spell "I overcame my worst nightmare some time ago"

 

[Midnight Phantom]

Sagashi spins and creates his own shockwave, cancelling out the attack. As Valentine had turned away, he flies forwards and slams his head into hers.


"Sorry about that. But I can't be lettin' ya destroy the city."


Falzar and his clone continue to exchange high speed attacks.


"Demon Blast!" The two cry in synch, shooting large beams of purple energy. Their beams clash and push each other back and forth, before Falzar's slides upwards and hits his duplicate in the face. But in the process, his copy's attack shoots him in the stomach.


"Damn!"

 

[Goddess Nebula]

Valentine stumbled back from the attack and looks at the two. She created another large magic circle at the end of her hand . "Nightmare Scape: Haunting Blast!" A large black beam streams from her hand, straight toward the two. "You children are obnoxious! But I already said, I'm Invincible in this world!" She suddenly glows making her beam stronger.





Evie feels more magic energy drain from her from within the dream world. "I... Can't break free..." She screams in pain as more energy is drained from her.





Valentine laughs as she has more energy flow into her from the dream world.

[Flame Demon]

"You there pirate guy, I might have a way to find Evie, however, you have to cover for me" Sakura says dodging the beams, it would be risky, but she had to try it "I'll be at half strength" she explains "But if we can get into the dream world we might be able to find her". Luna appears making Sakura land on the roof "Let me do it" she says and Sakura sighs "Alright then" she mumbles putting Luna somewhere safe. She glares at Valentine "Evie is part of Fairy Tail and Fairy Tail wizards don't abandon their comrades, we will bring her back".


Lea leans against a wall, she was halfway through her magic, she looks at the roof and she sighs "Things I do for the guild" she mumbles and starts fighting of more monsters.

 

[Midnight Phantom]

"Tyrants Thunder!" Sagashi blasts his own massive attack from his hands, and golden bolts of lightning clash against Valentine's attack. He slides backwards but holds his ground. "Well then, you get into dreamland!"


"Chaos Orb!" Falzar hurls a pitch black orb at his clone, who flies backwards into a mountain. All the plant life and small animals in a mile radius dies instantly.


"Cataclysm!" Black runes surround Falzar, as a flurry of runes spiral into an orb around him. Purple spikes blast out and repeatedly stab the Demon, before the entire orb explodes.

 

[Goddess Nebula]

Valentine Smirks. "that attitude will get you all killed! She is fulfilling her destiny, she only postponed it by locking me away. But no more" She leaps into the air, dodging his lighting and firing a blast toward Sakura. "I have no reason to give you fools my true power." She extends both hands, summoning more monsters. She summons a Shadow Lea in front of Sakura. She summons her sword and bolts toward Sagashi, slashing toward him.

Tzeng and Jay prepare to assist Falzar, when two nightmares rise from the ground. One takes the form of a girl, about 16 years old, with long, messy black hair, wearing a black shirt under a grey jacket, blue jeans, and round wire glasses. The girl looks up at Jay and smiles, sharply contrasting with the murderous look in her eyes.


"Jay!"





"Oh, crap... Not you."





The girl giggles. "Oh, don't pretend you didn't miss me. I missed you, you know."





"I thought I'd finally left you behind..."





"You'll never forget me, Jay. You'll always have a reminder of that day..."





"Shut up! You're not her!"





"Oh, but I am... as you'll soon see."





The girl raises her hand, which glows with an orange energy. Jay draws his sword, glaring at the girl. Meanwhile, the other nightmare takes an indistinct shape, a constantly undulating mass of darkness. Tzeng silently takes a fighting stance, his hands glowing white.

As Falzar falls from the Sky, he is caught by another spell.


"Fenrir!" A column of light envelops Falzar, as he screams in agony.


"Roaring Storm!" Sagashi lifts his sword blade to the air, and summons a swirling thunderstorm. Blue Lightning strikes his blade, and forms a powerful weapon.


"Thunderbrand!" He lunges forwards, swiping at Valentine with powerful bolts of electricity.

 

[Goddess Nebula]

A slight smile escapes from Valentine as his sword passes straight through her, she lands on the roof, not hurt. "I've said it many times, but you don't listen. I'm invincible here!" She laughs as the wounds vanish completely. "I AM IN CHARGE HERE!" She points her blade toward Him and fires a large black blast at him. "The nightmares will live forever!!"

[Midnight Phantom]

The black blast collides with Sagashi, and he staggers back. He curls over and pukes off the roof.


"Time out. Hangover problems." He breaths, before hurling again.


Falzar struggles on the ground, puking blood when he manages to stand.


"Why don't you resist‽" The false demon demands.


"That kind of dark magic... It has the potential to destroy this whole city. I won't use it. Not here."


"THEN LET'S TAKE THIS TO A PRIVATE PLACE!" Falzar is grabbed in a choke hold as the pair are teleported to a nearby valley.

 

[Goddess Nebula]

Valentine laughs. "You think your so SMART!!" She snaps her fingers, releasing a large energy blast around Sagashi. She speeds toward him and slashes his back. Skidding to a stop. "Now. To deal with that foolish Devil Slayer" she laughs as she walks away from Sagashi.
