[Midnight Phantom]

Falzar places the Merchant Escort poster back on the board.


"Fine, no traps. Then we just need to predict where the Golden Touch will strike next."

 

[electroShogun]

"Correct. I suggest we visit Hargeon. That is the largest port town in Fiore. Surely we will gain some information there."

 

[Midnight Phantom]

"Hargeon... It's worth a shot. Lets get going!"

 

[Flame Demon]

Sakura is humming a song while waiting "Luna check them backside of the house" she says and adds "Fight full power if needed". It wasn't a big house and she knew her familiar could handle one side "Be careful" Luna says looking at Sakura who nods saying "Same to you". After a minute or ten she jumps down hearing footsteps "A crap, a mage" a male says and Sakura smirks "Ice make: prison" she says and a giant cage appears arround the men and she opens it to let the one Luna obviously scared in before closing it again "That's all" the small familiar says landing on Sakura's head. Sakura shakes her head "One more, but he's not here yet, maybe he trusts his men and decided to stay behind" she says and enters the house.

Tzeng nods at Falzar, and the two head to Hargeon.

 

[Midnight Phantom]

After an extremely long carriage ride, Falzar and Tzeng arrive in the Port Town of Hargeon. They begin to ask around on recent sightings of the Sea-Devil.

 

[electroShogun]

A few hours later, Tzeng and Falzar sit in a cafe. They haven't found any leads all day. Tzeng sips his tea, looking at Falzar.

 

[Midnight Phantom]

"You would think that a Pirate would be easy to find. I guess not."

 

[electroShogun]

"Indeed. But we mustn't give up," Tzeng says, setting his teacup down. "We will find and subdue the Sea-Devil!"

 

[Midnight Phantom]

"You're Looking for the Sea-Devil?"


Falzar turns his head to the raggedy sailor sitting in the cafe.


"Yes, we are looking to find the Sea-Devil."


"He strikes during the night, usually in the midst of a storm." The man ponders his words for a second, "In fact, there will be a violent storm here tonight. You may encounter him. There are supposed to be precious goods being held up in the Dockside warehouse. That would be his target."

 

[electroShogun]

"Thank you for the information, sir. Rest assured, we will defeat him and protect Hargeon."

 

[Midnight Phantom]

"Well, we have our answer. Lets go catch us a Pirate."

 

[electroShogun]

Tzeng nods, and the two head to the Dockside warehouse. Some negotiating with the warehouse manager later, the two have set up a trap at the warehouse, and now lie in wait for the Sea-Devil to fall for it.

 

[Midnight Phantom]

As a large storm begins to rage, a large explosion blasts the warehouse wall down, and he arrives.


"Hand over the goods ya bastards!" The Sea-Devil cried, blasting open a shipping container full of gold with a strike of lightning.

 

[electroShogun]

Tzeng takes out a brush and writes the kanji 罠 in the air, then sends it toward the Sea-Devil's feet. As it hits the floor, bars spring from the floor around him, creating a jail cell.

 

[Midnight Phantom]

"An unfriendly bunch are ya? Fine!" Sagashi removes the empty sword hilt and casts lightning through it, creating a spark cutlass. He spins and slashes through the bars, cutting the cage apart.


Falzar hurls a Chaos Orb at the Mage, but he leaps away.

 

[electroShogun]

Tzeng draws the kanji 遅 and sends it at the pirate-mage. "Oso! (Slow)"

 

[Midnight Phantom]

The Sea-Devil slows in mid air, before casting a lightning bolt at the ground near the shipping container, magnetizing the gold and drawing it towards him.


Falzar sprints at the mage before being blocked by a wave of magnetically charged gold.


"The properties of electricity come in handy quite often!"

 

[electroShogun]

Tzeng puts his brush away and charges at the Sea-Devil, focusing his magic into his palms.

 

[Midnight Phantom]

A canon ball blasts through the warehouse wall as a large Pirate Ship arrives at the docks.


"Ay Sagashi w'at the ell is takin ya so long!?"


A Hoard of pirates stand atop the ship, awaiting their ally.


"Sorry fellas, just dancin with some do-gooders!"


The Slowing Spell wears off as the floating Gold creates an orb around the Sea-Devil and he begins to float towards the Golden Hand, the Pirate Guild's Headquarters.

 

[electroShogun]

"Stop! Come back here!" Tzeng shouts as he takes his brush back out. He quickly scribbles the kanji 逆 and fires it at the Sea-Devil. "Gyaku! (Reverse)"

 

[Midnight Phantom]

The floating ball of gold flies back into the dock rapidly, exploding and sending the gold bars everywhere. The Sea-Devil pulls himself up and notices the mess.


"Damn!"


The members of the Golden Touch begin leaping out of the ship and running through the harbor, some collecting gold and others running into town. Falzar notices the raggedy old man standing among the Pirates remaining on deck.


"It's the old guy!"

 

[electroShogun]

Tzeng sharply exhales. "It was a set-up. Come, Falzar. We must protect the townspeople," he says as he rushes after the pirates that went into town.

 

[Midnight Phantom]

Falzar hurls a large Chaos Orb at the Golden Hand, but the Elderly Mage blasts it out of the sky with Ice Bullets from his Magic Shotgun. Pirates Flood from the town, valuables and women in hand. "Tzeng! There are too many! Don't let them get away with any people!"

 

[Midnight Phantom]

"Aye Captain! Why are we capturing the ladies!?" The Sea-Devil shouted towards the ship, while a burly dark hair pirate shouted back to him.


"The Boys agree that our beds have been empty for too long! If we can take what we want, may as well grab some entertainment!" The Captain of the Golden Hand, and Leader of the Golden Touch Guild replied, booming with laughter.
