[Assailant]

"What can I say?" Max winked. "People are the electrons to my nucleus." She paused for a moment. "Because... they hover around me... and there's a strong force of attraction... and they fight each other to get close... and..." She sighed. "It's clever, just trust me."

 

[KageYuuki]

Tsubaki snorted, patting Max on the back in a mock comforting matter. "It was good until you tried to explain it." In all honesty the moment someone tries to explain a joke it just kind of stops being funny. Or makes matters worse if it was a poor joke to begin with.

 

[Assailant]

Max pouted and looked around her. "So... this is slipspace then? Kinda underwhelming. I mean, it's exactly what you guys described, so I don't really know what I was expecting then."

 

[Karcen]

Katja listened to the jokes but she didn't care, all the jokes just bounced off her as she thought about what to do next.


" I would laugh but i can't feel humor" Katja said no doubt bring the mood down " Right now things seem calm but still Beowulf " She said and as she did a large warrior taller than any human emerged form nowhere now wielding a massive tower shield and huge mace " Stay close to her guard her" She said and he just nodded slightly.

Tsubaki shrugged looking around. In a few places she could still see the smoke from their battles not even an hour ago. "It is more on the quiet side right now, but I can't really complain." Her left hand rested idly on the hilt of her sword.

 

[Assailant]

"Wow," Max said looking at the guard. "Don't I feel special." That's when Max noticed the plumes of smoke placed around the town. "Those are previous battles, I presume?" Max seemed lax and carefree, though if one payed close enough attention they'd notice she was meticulously scanning everything. From everything in sight, to everything she could touch. One might even notice she was walking over to different surfaces, sniffing when she got near and licking her finger after touching the surface. All of this was cleverly concealed, and hardly noticeable to someone who wasn't paying attention.

 

[Karcen]

" They are in time they are likely to reset when things are updated" Katja said not really paying attention to what Max was doing as she didn't really care abotu her, she didn't really care about anyone she was here because she was told to be and no other reason. It was not malicious lack of care but simple and complete apathy towards just about everyone she only cared abotu one person and there were times she even doubted that.


" I do not feel any Yoma nearby, but we can go searching for them if you want or you can simply stay with one of us until one comes" Katja said not feeling any Yoma though that didn't mean there were none just none that she noticed.

 

[Assailant]

Max looked around nonchalantly. "I mean, I'd like to see a Yoma. Whichever would be less trouble makes the most sense then." She then frowned and began observing a building more closely. "Actually, I'd like to go seek them out if you don't mind. I mean, that gives me more of a chance to look around this place." She then knocked on the wall and tilted her head slightly in confusion.

 

[Karcen]

" Very well" Katja said not even trying to object the only reason she raised the idea of waiting was because it would take longer for the normal girl among them to walk than for the magical girls to run to a Yoma.


" Should we feel one in the distance Beowulf will carry you so we can go faster" She said looking to the inhumanly tall armored figure " It will save us time unless you would rather i carry you" She said thinking only of saving time should they need to move swiftly

 

[Assailant]

Max grinned and popped her knuckles. "It's cool. I think you'll find I'm rather capable of handling myself." She bounced on her toes and made a few mock punches into the air, still grinning all the time.

 

[Karcen]

" It is not a matter of handling yourself, you would die if you were to fight a Yoma, this however is a matter of speed magical girls and my servant can move faster than normal humans and in way normally impossible for humans. It is a matter of connivance " Katja said simply if someone couldn't see her point she would explain it without any sensitivity towards the others feelings. " until you make a contact you should not attempt to get near a Yoma, our bodies are different than humans we feel less pain and generally heal faster, you are human if you get slammed into a building you are very likely to die and i doubt everyone has money for constant hospital bills"

 

[Assailant]

"Thanks for the offer, but I don't exactly need to get in close, do I?" Max eyed the servant for a bit before eyeing the ground more. "I mean, it'd be safer to have me watch from a distance, wouldn't it?"

 

[Karcen]

" The attacks of yoma can never be predicted and so transport is helpful or do you feel like running faster than humanly possible to keep up or letting people die those are the options best to let yourself be carried to the fight then deposited in a safe location to watch it then to run all the way there Katja explained if she could use voice tone she likely would be annoyed but for now mere words would have to expense the annoyance she did not feel.

 

[Assailant]

Max grumbled. She didn't like being helpless and being carried was the pinnacle of that. However, she'd rather be helpless than a harm. "I guess I'll take your friend over here then." She quieted up, constantly observing the land around.

Tsubaki remained quiet as the two next to her went back and forth, her crimson gem resting in the palm of her hand. It glowed ever so faintly but she didn't feel the strange pull that came with the last Yoma's appearance. Strange, figured there'd be more of them lurking around. "Do we have a limited range for sensing Yoma or something?"

 

[Karcen]

" Very well" Katja said then Tsubaki spoke up and she wasn't sure. Katja had noticed that they seemed to sense Yoma only from a certain distance but they could also feel them halfway across the city at other times. " I don't actually know that it would be best to simply wander until we find one, it is what i do most of the day when i am not in school or doing homework" She said making no mention of anything outside of the two because that was all she did.

 

[Assailant]

Max began to walk along with them, pondering silently to herself. She then turned to Katja. "Sorry if this is too personal, but you can't feel emotions, right? I wonder... if you could wish- and I don't mean like a Kyubey wish, like a snap your fingers wish- to feel emotions, would you?" She grinned. "Do you see them as an unnecessary burden, or an asset?"

 

[Lil Shirou]

"Kyubey there something or someone in slip space. Who is there now? " yui worries about her new friends. She hopes it not going to be to dangerous for them especially tsubaki.

" Katja, Tsubaki, and Max I bielive they are looking for a Yoma Max did seem rather interested in seeing them, i do not know why when her body is so weak, really humans are not naturally suited for fighting " He said with a sigh he would never understand humans and their emotions and that was a good thing but still it made them a hassle. " They shoudl be fine it will be around a month before everything starts, but at least they would be a good influence on you "


" I would take the chance to wish them back if i could, or i think i would i can't really feel the desire needed to want them back. It is not a matter of me feeling they were unnecessary or wanting them gone, I didn't have a choice in their loss when i was 10 I came down with a rare sickness so did my mother, she died and I lived but it left me like this I can barely remember ever feeling anything anyways" She said her logic in wanting them in a way was more to just go back to normal despite what it may cause she was likely to live better if she had emotions as most people that lost them in the end killed themselves.

 

[Assailant]

"Oh. Well, yeah, I get you didn't have the choice or anything. Still, always wondered what people thought from the other side." She paused for a moment, and considered apologizing. She considered saying how sorry she was for asking the question, and making sure Katja was okay. But she didn't. Something about Katja gave Max the feeling she wasn't the kind who wanted pity.

 

[Karcen]

"It is either calming or depressing you simply are and yet you can't get mad about it" She explained " Emotions are both weakness and strength I suspect that is why those lose the ability to feel end up killing themselves it is just a matter if time" she continued not at all bothered by the idea she may likely one day take her life.

 

[Lil Shirou]

"Then i wanna go to slip space to. Just in case things dont go as plan." Yui says to kyubey as she turns down an alley way. She begins her transformation. As with before water forms her her clothes and changes her appearance. She the enters slip space and sees other girls not far from her. Yui runs to them. "Hello gals. Did you miss me?"

 

[KageYuuki]

Tsubaki looked back at her with an eyebrow quirked. "What happened to going home and going to bed? Weren't you complaining earlier about being exhausted? You know, when you decided to use me as a pillow out of the blue?"

 

[Karcen]

" She encountered our rouge magical girl and apparently she wants friends Kyubey said appearing in slip space " I cannot understand her need for them though "

 

[KageYuuki]

"You understand the importance of allies though, don't you Kyubey?" Crimson eyes peered down at the creature. "Think of friends as kind of like that but there for more than just battle."
