also why is it so hard to find steampunky dog pictures. and it's also hard to find pictures of Rottweilers looking grumpy because they have such gentle eyes that they always look like sweet babies. and i was gonna play as a dude but there's like a ton of dudes already so i'm gonna be a girl, yey.

I'm just stupid picky. And I was thinking about making doggo slightly cyborg-y (e.g., artificial eye, augmented limbs, etc.) but decided that'd be a bit overboard and decided to just go with lots and lots of scars. Also doggo's name is Jojo now. Jojo has seen some shit, yo.
Diablo can be whatever the heck he wants. Joey-boy doesn't care as long as he gets to follow his girl around and nobody touches either of them.

As far as the fractions go, time signatures tell you:
number of beats in the measure
what gets the beat
So.... if I wanted to say 10:30, I guess it would be something like
630 (minutes)
60 (the minute is the amount used to measure)

Take your time finding pictures. In the meantime, I would focus on fixing your character's background. Did his father leave Rowan alone completely at the age of four? This would likely not happen. There would have to be some other caretaker around. I don't know about you, but I haven't met a lot of four-year-olds who could even change their own diaper, let alone another infant. Additionally, Rowan would likely be confiscated from his house by child care services (yes, those exist, too). That's the only thing that really stuck out, otherwise, great job!
