Max smiled happily seeing Bill's name pop up on her phone. She answered quickly while she finished getting Erik's hair done "Hey! You get out early?" She asked while sending Erik off to get his shoes.

She nodded slowly “you’re doing so good. Just keep talking to me okay?” She coaxed, only leaving him when she needed to open the front door and stood to the side while they worked, finally able to call Ragnar. “Hi dad. Hey me and Noah won’t be able to make it tonight.” She told him and went on to explain what was happening while she got her shoes and jumper so she could ride with them.

He smiled a little, walking out to get in the car that his family had sent to collect him. “Something like that… told you I’d call soon as I was out.” He chuckled. “You having a good time with your kid?” He asked.
