Walking up to the group almost ended up with Takia getting shot by an arrow, he quickly put his hands up as if his surrendering. Oh god please tell me I didn't just walk into a kidnapping scene. When the boy put away his bow and arrow he exhaled in relief. Names Takia, and I was walking by myself around the school, when I thought about the rumors. So since I saw y'all from a window, I decide to come and chill with y'all. Mainly so I can't get kidnapped. @Kazehana @Drakerus @Cruor Flumine @Morlac

Solbi the Nimbi

Solbi wasn't much paying attention beause she was too busy trying to figure out where they should investigate. She glanced over at the two boys and let out an exasperated sigh. "If thou can'tst take care of thyself, why should we be cursed with thy burden, prithee?" she asked in annoyance. She only wanted independent people to come along so she didn't have to babysit. And this guy was so far proving yo be too dependent. Soeaking of, was everyone here a male? What she wouldn't give for the company of another female in a world of flopping penises. "Skye, can'tst we go now? 'Tis most boring to standeth around when there ist a potential murderer on the loose," she commented in a cadual tone. She looked over the area with a hint of boredom, indicating that she was most ready to leave at the moment.

He let out a sigh and nodded. "Yea, let's go. How about we all get a bite to eat before we confinue on?" He asked, his stomache rumbling quietly.

Takia sighs and cuts his eyes towards Solbi. Give her a chance Takia, don't reap her soul yet. She'll probably come around. He looks at her and stands his sword straight up on the ground holding it by the butt of the hilt with one hand on top of the other. I see you're still mean, can't even say hey. But if you must know, I can take care of myself. Yeah I came to join you, because I didn't feel like being in that type of situation at the moment. I just got here, I'm not trying to be a target already. The sword disappears in a small flash of light. He looks at Skye. I'm down for some food. He turns back to Solbi. Solbi the Nimbi

Solbi rolled her eyes, but said nothing more on the matter. "I believe I saw the cafeteria before orientation. Shall I takest us thither now?" she asked before snapping her fingers. Translucent rectangular prisms surrounded them all, trapping them all in near impenetrable (But not totally because that's OP lol) shimmering cases that grew out of the ground at their feet. She wanted to waste no time, and since she had already seen it before, this would be no problem for her to do. She supposed she would allow the other man to come, but very reluctantly. This group was already getting too big for her to handle without becoming overly irritated as it was. She wasn't even hungry at the moment, so she was only allowing this because she didn't want them to all complain the whole time about how hungry they were.

Skye looked around him in surprise, pushing on the prisms experimentally. "Hey Princess, what kind of magic is this?" He asked, still prodding the translucent material. Seeing that it was sturdy, he began to tap on it with an arrow and trying to scratch it, but yielding no results. He shrugged and replaced the arrow in it's quiver before nodding at her. "Yea, go ahead and take us there." Skye said, ignoring the question he had previously asked.

Solbi the Nimbi

With no further objections, she snapped her fingers, which caused her own prism to shrink at a rapid pace, removing her from the area in which she was just floating. Shortly after, Jeremy's did the same, as followed by Skye and Takia shortly after. In the cafeteria, the prisms arose at just the same pace, placing each member of the party next to each other. But there were minor miscalculations, as she wasn't the master of this magic. So Jeremy was casually nearby, Takia was quite a ways away, and Solbi and Skye were directly next to each other (for the lolz). She immediately moved away from him, as she quickly remembered what happened last time she was that close to him. It wasn't worth the risk. "Anyway, eateth now so we canst go as soon as possible," she urged, looking around the room for nothing in particular. The better she could remember this place, the easier it would be to come back in the future.

Skye nodded before quickly grabbing a roast beef sandwich and an apple, sticking the former inti his pocket and biting into the latter. He let out a moan of approval at tge food before swallowing. "Can't remember when I had food this good last..." He said, trailing off.

[Morlac]

Jace turned around just in time to see the prisms shrinking and disappearing. Glad to finally be rid of the people he had stumbled upon, Jace decided to try flying again. He spreads his wings and gives a hard push down. After several beats, he is several feet off the ground. "At least this goes the way I wanted it to now." Jace says to himself. He begins to fly toward the school dorms, where he plans to sit and read for a time. About halfway there, "Not again!" Jace exclaims as he feels the all too familiar feeling of weakness in his wings right before they start to give out. He is forced to land once again, and continue the trek on foot....and alone...

Aero

Aero could eat. He hadn't eaten yet that day, and not until she mentioned it did he realize how hungry he was. Aero was always kind of hungry, perks of being part dog, so he had learned to ignore the hunger pains. "Yeah, sure, let's go." His tail calmed down, but his ears perked up higher, listening for any kind of noise that would lead him to where the scream had come from. He hadn't fully given up, but he knew that he wouldn't be able to find the cause unless he had another scream to follow.

Maria picked up the pace when Aero agreed. Not that she cared if he did, it was either follow her while she got food or wander alone. She was sure from the second he'd asked for directions he'd pretty much follow her like a lost puppy. ...lost puppy, half wolf. She giggled to herself at her own silent joke, it was very fitting. It didn't take them long whatsoever to reach the cafeteria. Lo and behold Solbi and crew had decided to get something to eat to. Shit...


Just as soon as she was trying to avoid them, or rather Solbi, she was here. Maybe she wouldn't notice her....maybe. "Alright boy. Get whatever you want. Just for the record...ignore her." She told him, pointing at Solbi. She quite clearly was making fun of his wolf features, but eh. He seemed decently oblivious to it so far. Walking up to the counter she simply got a turkey sandwich, cause why not? Finding a table she sat down and started eating.

He sat down next to Maria and took a large bite, chomping down into the meat. "Yummm!~"

As Alexa waited for Amy to even say a word, she glanced over as the cafeteria door opened. A girl and a wolf hybrid had walked in and the girl didn't seem to be too happy with one other person at that one table.

After a few minutes and the staring became to annoying she calmly sat her sandwich down, glaring at Alexa. "What's the matter chick? Never seen a harpy and a wolf guy before?" She shouted in question to her.

She shook her head. "n-no..." she blushes and looks away. She could only hear about every other word since she had her music going and she needed to keep starlight going to watch over Alicia. "I...I'm Alexa..."

After they had arrived, Jeremy looked around at the carefteria in wonder. The room was quite large and all sorts of foods could be seen being eaten by the other students. Skye's quiet comment about the food didn't go unnoticed.

Skye grunted. "The food tasted like dirt. I didn't really have a good home, so I would steal to survive. Most of the time it was food, other times it was thing that had worth. I would sell them off to feed myself. Life is hard when you live on the streets of a big city, trust me." He explained, continuing to devour his meal.

"Huh. I couldn't imagine having to live like that. I don't think i could muster the courage to steal from someone even if it was necessary. I'd just end up feeling guilty and returning their stuff." he admitted sheepishly. He really wasn't the most brave person in the world.


"So is that why you decided to come to the academy? To work towards a better life?" he asked. If that was the case, then jeremy wouldn't have to worry too much about Skye backstabbing him or anything. They were both here to ensure the success of their futures...right?

Solbi the Nimbi

She had grabbed a blue apple from The Overthere Stair after she sat down with them, listening to their nonsense small talk. She didn't really care about any of it, but it confirmed her suspicion that Skye led a rather unattractive lifestyle, which oddly both pleased and worried her. Without much thinking on it, she decided to dismiss it since it made her so confused. It also, however, didn't help her suspicions that he could be the one behind all of this. Who was she to know what he had done in his past? She simply kept shifting her bored gaze between the two, taking a bite every so often. The less she had to get involved with petty conversations, the better. But she was at least getting some character out of the two while she was there, so that was nice.

[The Elder]

Takia appeared a way from the cafeteria. He didn't know why, but he guessed because Solbi didn't want him with them, but he didn't care. He was hungry. He walked to the cafeteria and caught up with the group. He grabbed his lunch which consisted of some 6 tacos and a soda. He sat with the group hearing Skye's story.


It was bad story to hear but it's good that he wants to better his life. He puts some Taco sauce and his Taco and holds it up., to his mouth. At least you want to better your life bro. He bits into his crunchy taco. @Kazehana @Drakerus @Cruor Flumine

Skye let out a laugh. "Yea...it was certainly an interesting one, I'll give it that." He said, dusting the crumbs off of his face before leaning agaisnt the wall. "Done some good as well. I stole my bow off another theif after all."

Solbi couldn't help but roll her eyes to that one. "Oh yay, 'tis most admirable to steal with the stipulation that 'twas a thief. Thou art very noble," she said with such sarcasm. Seriously? That made him proud of himself? He needs to get over himself, like, geeze. His 'pride' almost made her want to talk to Takia, but she would rather not talk at all in this case. They were all irritating her, but what could she do? She very well couldn't go in alone without anyone to throw under the bus should something catastrophic happen.

She resisted the urge to roll her eyes again, but just to save face. "Whatever thou sayest. Art thou finished with thy meal yet?" she asked, glancing at the other two so as to not look at Skye anymore. He was starting to irritate her by contradicting himself so often. Plus, how repulsive was it that she was hanging out with the lower class of thieves? Very. By now, her apple was long gone, and she already disposed of the core. But she supposed it would be beneficial to allow them to finish their food so as to not be angry or hungry later on.
