Skye spun on his heel and draped his arm around Jeremy's neck. "But what if I wanna hang out with my new pal, Jeremy?" He asked. He didnt care if he was pushing her limits, he was curious to see how annoyed he could get ger before she attacked him, or would attempt to, again.

She immediately stopped and stared at Skye in horror. How could this be? How could he have already gotten further with Jeremy than she? Did he somehow beguile the boy? Wait. Was he using some sort of charm on him? Magic! That's why she wasn't murdering him where he stands! He was forcing her to like him more than she normally would! With everything making sense, she knew she had to stop this. "Ceasest thy magic usage! I know thou usest magic to force me and Jeremy to like thee more! 'Tis a deed most foul, and a cruel way to win my affections," she said, obviously thinking she was confronting him. It was the only logical explanation to her for this sudden mix of feelings. She knew she hated him, but deep down she didn't want to kill him. It was too bizarre to pass off as him being likeable. Besides, just look at him! So vile. But maybe not? Anyway, she needed to think of more ways to gain Jeremy's attention. She had plenty from Skye, but that's not what she wanted so

Skye smirked, deciding to play along. "Oh damn, you figured me out!" He said sarcastically before holding up the arrow. "This magic arrow was useless after all!" Skye removed his arm from Jeremy and snapped the arrow, letting it fall to the ground. "And now it's broken, feel any different yet?" He asked, crossing his arms and raising an eyebrow.

Aero

"Umm...~" Aero's tail started drifting back and forth and his ears perked up again, no longer ashamed. "Where ever you want to take me!" Aero looked up at the girl and smiled, his tail wagging faster than normal. He extended his hand out to her and his smile widened. "I'm Aero D. Wolfe, but you can call me Husky. Or Aero. Or whatever you want to, really." This was a good chance for Aero to make friends. He hoped she would take his extended hand.

Maria Ann

Maria arched a brow at Aero as his tail slowly started wagging. Easily excited, much? Then again it could be due to her outfit. Not that she minded, she found it kind of amusing really. She sighed at his answer. Seriously? Well, she was hungry. She guessed they'd be going to the cafeteria, in that case. She frowned slightly when he introduced himself and offered a hand to shake. Talons and human er...wolf dog thing flesh didn't mix. She could literally gut him by accident. It wasn't that she was particularly affronted by the gesture, she just didn't feel like accidentally hurting someone. If she was going to hurt them it'd be on purpose.


Carefully as possible she extended a talon to meet his hand and briefly shook it, taking care the talons themselves didn't meet flesh. "Maria Ann. Just call me Maria, though." She told him before releasing his hand. "And in that case I hope you're hungry, we'll be going to the cafeteria." She added before simply walking in the direction of the buildings exit without even waiting on a reply.

She watched him snap the arrow, then inspected herself a bit with a solemn expression. Looking back up at him, she realized that nothing had changed. Then she scowled a bit, obviously displeased that the feeling didn't go away. "Thou usest not that arrow to channel thy magic! It musteth be a trick of the mind! How dost thou do it?" she demanded, inspecting him up and down. There must be some other device or something he'd been using... Or was he controlling her mind? The very thought horrified her! What if he made her his slave to do his bidding? She almost fainted right then and there from the notion, but managed to keep herself conscious so she could stay on alert. Who knows what might happen if she were to be knocked out right now.

Skye rolled his eyes. "I can't control minds, princess, only shadows." He said as she inspected him. To emphasize his point, he bent down andgrabbed a hanfull of shadows from her shadow. "See? Can't do any other magic. I promise that you're mind is your own."

She watched him on high alert, narrowed eyes suspicious of what he was doing. At least she knew he couldn't control her... Fully. There was still a nagging suspicion that her feelings weren't her own at the moment, especially since they were so out of place. "Then explainest thy influence on my mind," she demanded, a bit of her hostility returning. He was up to something, and she wanted to know what. She would do everything in her power to resist him so she could forever be with Jeremy, her rightful prince.

His smirk, which had faded, returned in full. "Maybe you love me!~" He teased, dragging out the 'love'. He had to admit, teasing this girl was too much fun to pass up.

At that, her blush returned, but not by design. "Thou liest! 'Tis impossible for me to have fallen for yonder detestable men on disgust! The very idea! Laughable!" she insisted, pouting quite a bit at his rude teasing. She didn't have to put up with this, and she was going to put him back in his place. Which was obviously below her even though technically he was taller than her. Either way: Revenge!!!

Skye laughed. "How ironic this is. The princess falling for the lowly theif!" He shuffled his wings at her pout. Whenever he stole, he stried his best to avoid stealing or harming women, that was his golden rule. So to see one pout in front of him made Skye feel a bit uncomfortable.

Her face reddened as he kept going, caught between distraught and angry. "'Tis most laughable. I shall never fall for the likes of such ugly toads such as yourself. But if unrequited love pleaseth thee, keepeth dreaming," she said in a monotonous voice. She was rather glad he was uncomfortable, mainly because it served him right for being so rude. Her bored eyes held his gaze and blinked lazily, signifying that she lost interest in talking with him. But that didn't bother her, as she was rather glad that she was no longer interested in this conversation. She would prove him wrong.

He let out a sigh. "There she goes again, the beautiful princess thinking everyone should bend their knee to her." Skye stretched before dumping the hanful of her shadow onto her head. "I don't want your shadow, it will probably want me to praise it or something" He said.

Alicia Red
Alicia stared nervously at Respen and his silence. What was he going to do? Attack back? Run? Do nothing? She was kind of scared of getting squished. It seemed that Lawrence knew him though. Either he was friends with a crazy person or Respen wasn't really crazy. She relaxed fully when Respen introduced himself, and as Lawrences brother. Seemed fine..wait what? She blinked and looked between them completely confused. An elf and a Fairy were related? How, even? They didn't even look alike at all.


Though it was soon clarified by Lawrence that he was adopted. "Ohhh! That makes a lot more sense now! Nice to meet you Respen!" She replied. "Sorry for uh..hitting you with the water ball, kinda thought you were some kind of crazy attacker. At-least I didn't form it right? It was meant to be a spear.." She explained with a shrug.

She continued following his aimless wandering in silence until he stopped and turned to her. Chuckling she shook her head, "Now why would I help you? If you can't find where that came from you're useless to me, really." She replied. "Buuut I guess I will just this once since I don't have anything better to do. Also..that came from the vents, so it's unlikely that you'd ever find it anyway." She added. The guy seemed fairly amusing to her, really. Trying so hard to find a sound. It hadn't sounded like a scream at all to her, so she wasn't exactly concerned. She found it cute he was though. "Now this help depends on where you want to go. Sooo..where do you wanna go?" She asked.

"A pleasure to meet you, too~!" Respen took Starlight's hand and shook it eagerly. "I'm so happy little Lawrence finally spread his wings and made some friends—he is quite the loner, it's kind of sad, really—because that's why we came here~!"


"I thought it was because of training for fighting—"


"That too! And of course I forgive you, Alicia. I thought it was hilarious!"


Lawrence rolled his eyes.

Solbi let out a tsk as she stared him down. "I am not a god. I wanteth not praise. I wanteth thee to ceasest thy unwarranted teasing," she said indignantly, though not really hostile. The worst part about all of this was she was actually enjoying the attention he gave her, which she didn't want. Who would want Skye's attention of all people? Not her! She could totally do wothout it! "If we're dumping things on the heads of others, canst I dump lava on thy head?" she asked, genuinly curious. She would gladly do it, especially if he gave her cause to. If she couldn't slap him, she could dump things in his head at least!

"A pleasure to meet you, too~!" Respen took Starlight's hand and shook it eagerly. "I'm so happy little Lawrence finally spread his wings and made some friends—he is quite the loner, it's kind of sad, really—because that's why we came here~!"
"I thought it was because of training for fighting—"


"That too! And of course I forgive you, Alicia. I thought it was hilarious!"


Lawrence rolled his eyes.

Starlight nods. "Well if we are going to go exploring. I say we go tell Alexa now so she does not worry, right?" He says and spins around. Starlight floats under Alicia so she is sitting on his shoulders.


Alexa grabbed Amy's hand and waited for her to say anything.

Skye leaned in close to her, his face inches from hers. "Try it, Princess." He taunted, the smirk on his face still present. He prepared to use his shadows to dodge an attack if she actually chose to do so.

Solbi wasn't one to back down, so she held her position and held his gaze the whole time he was close to her face. But after a second or two of that, her face returned to its reddened state. "I wilt do it! Watchest me burn you!" she said with more indignance. "Preparest thyself!" she warned, huffing in preparation. But she didn't actually do anything besides puff out her chest. She was sort of frozen, unwilling to progress but desperately wanting to do so.

Skye didn't move, keeping his eyes locked with hers. "I'm waiting, Princess. You gonna do it, or are you scared something will happen to me?" He asked, teasing her, but also curious to see if she would actually do it.

Jeremy's eyes were practically sparkling at this point. Yup. These two would make a fine couple. He would make sure it happened. As they hinted towards making an exchange of attacks, the boy tensed a bit. He was pretty sure Solbi wouldn't do anything rash but just in case, he prepared a little device behind his back to make sure no one got hurt.

She glared at him for a while longer before doing anything. "I destest thee and thy destestable face!" she declared. Before she knew it, however, she found herself suddenly kissing him, an event that horrified her so. It was almost like she was no longer in control of her actions, like an impulse or an instinct. Either way, she was not happy about it. She abruptly pulled away, face beet red. Then she simply turned around and walked back to Jeremy, ashamed that she had already cheated on her prince. "Canst not we go now?" she asked, but it was more of a demand. She began dragging him away once more, not stopping her stride to even talk about it.

Skye's eyes widened as he felt her lips against his. Now, just like hers, his face was very red and his thoughts felt like mud. What just happened? To say the least, he wasn't expecting her to do it, nor did he reject it. He was just about to push into it, but she pulled away. He watched her as she began to drag Jeremy, unsure of what to feel about this new matter in front of him.

Solbi, while dragging Jeremy, cast a glance back at Skye. "Comest thee with if thou wishest, but dost not testeth me," she declared, resuming her mission. She really didn't want him to come for a variety of reasons, but she couldn't just leave him. Besides, she could still dump lava on his head if she needed to. But for now, she reasoned that she would keep her enemy close to study him for later use. But we all know it was just justification to keep him close by. She wouldn't let herself believe that though. She had pride to maintain, after all!

Skye shook himself from his stupor before nodding. "Alright, no promises princess." He said, a small smirk making its way back onto his face. He had no idea where they were going, nor did he care. Any chance to tease the girl would be taken by him! He laughed to himself before flying over the tree where his arrows were before, speedily, grabbing them all and replacing them into his quiver. Flying back over to the two, he landed beside the girl. "So, where are we going again?" He asked.

While Solbi was relieved he wanted to come with after all, she wasn't going to admit it. She stopped and faced Skye, her face neutral and unreadable. "We are investigating yonder dwarven scream from earlier. 'Tis quite troubling and might proveth to be a grand adventure! 'Twas supposed to be an outing for just the two of us... but I supposeth thou canst come if thou insistest," she explained, blatantly putting the concept of Skye's tagging along in the context that he made her take him. After all, she didn't really want him to come. How was she supposed to catch Jeremy's attention if Skye was always fussing over her? She still fully intended to catch Jeremy's attention, but wouldn't mind catching Skye's in the meantime. After all, she doesn't need that much attention to keep her happy. Just enough for one prince.

He shrugged. "Apparantly others are looking too. Like I told the last person, I saw a dwarf walking one second, and the next he was gone." Skye informed her, pointing over to where he saw the dwarf last. He still wasn't fully convinced, due to recent events, that she didn't want him along. But for now, he'd go with it.
