Solbi the NimbiShe felt a chill down her spine as they went, still unsure of where they were even going. Then she felt him do something weird with his hand, then realized that he was holding her hand apparently for other reasons than to guide her. Not like she was going to complain. Suddenly, and without warning, she jerked with him, finding herself weirdly pressed against his body. "'Tis not the time to make thy move," she hissed in a whisper, trying to follow rule number two. Then the hall became completely dark, and she suddenly had no complaints about his move. "Actually, never thee mind. This is fine," she said with renewed angst. This was getting 2spoopy4her.

Solbi the NimbiShe blushed, not like it mattered. "W-what?? 'Tis not the time for this!" she scolded. She had no idea where she was or what was going on, so she didn't try to go anywhere. But she really just wanted to get a move on. They had a creepy stairway to investigate! "'Tis the time to investigate the creepy passage, not my body, thou moron," she continued, hoping he would get the hint and move on already. There could be very little time, and here he was goofing off! The nerve!

Solbi the NimbiShe grunted, but didn't say anything. Well at least they were moving finally. As they continued down the weird hall, shew had to wonder where they were or haw far they'd gone. Though she had no idea because she didn't have any concept of spatial awareness at the moment. All she knew was that there were walls somewhere, a floor below her, and Skye leading her. She huffed, indignant that she was dependent on Skye, at least for the moment. So she was stuck with him and his smug attitude for a while. Great.

Solbi the Nimbi"How should I know?? Just takest one and if it goeth nowhere we canst always just come back," she suggested, though a little taken aback. She hadn't really expected for him to ask of her opinion since, well, she had no idea what was going on in the first place. A strange sound echoed through the hall from an unidentifiable source, sending a shudder down her spine. She squeezed his hand tighter and move a little closer to him, you know, for protection!

Solbi the Nimbi"W-what? 'Tis not appropriate for the situation to jest like this!" she scolded, though her mind was still preoccupied by the noise. Well that could have been anything! And it was rather unsettling that she still couldn't see. What if it came after her? What would she do? Well she would probably dimension hop. But still! The danger remained just the same. Now it would be great if they just got a move on, but she had little to no power in determining when they moved forward. She felt like she was blind or something.

Solbi the NimbiShe didn't know what was going on, so she panicked a little on the inside from his abrupt movements. But she only resisted a little and that was out of her panic. "T-this is nonsense! We hath a mission to attend to!" she objected, still listening for whatever that sound was. If it was dangerous, it could be sneaking up on them and they wouldn't even know it! While he was here babbling on about 'feelings', she was trying to save their butts! Well someone had to be the mature one here.

Had the path to the left been chosen they might of actually gotten somewhere. Infact it was one of the passages branching out to many that led to the Lifeweb itself. It was probably for the best they didn't take the left path, however. They'd of either gotten lost, killed by the traps on the false passageways, or captured and unceremoniously chucked o to the lifeweb itself. As soon as they were out of the opening of the path the wall behind them would slide shut, sealing off their exit. As they would walk down the room they'd enter a electrical oom of sorts where the power from the Lifeweb was stored and processed throughout the school. Nothing entirely special, and it'd be pretty much empty save for the machinery and a basic operation manual for said machinery. Once they'd entered said room the stone wall behind them would slide shut much like it did in the hallway.

There were two doors, or rather one door on the side of the room and a steel trap door which was padlocked on the ground. They had two choices, either bust the lock and take the trap door or the normal looking wooden door to the right. The trap door lead to regions unknown, going by the sunlight coming in from the cracks at the bottom of the other door it'd be a safe bet to say it led outside. It would also be safe to assume the long hallway to the generator room led upwards.

With a sigh, Skye looked around the room. "Alright, we got two choices. Go outside, or take this trapdoor and go down. Up to you princess." He whispered. He had no clue exactly where the doors would take them, but he'd leave the choice up to her.

Solbi looked around, still very confused about what was happening here. She wasn't sure they should move on at all considering they knew nothing of what they were looking at as it was. But there didn't appear to be a conspiracy here, so perhaps it didn't warrant their attention. Completely forgetting the fact that they were still holding hands, she floated to each of the doors, trying to see if she could see a difference between the two. Once she reasoned with herself, she turned her attention back to Skye. "Well, it wouldst be wise to keep their operations as low and well secured as possible. So maybe down?" she suggested, though clearly wasn't sure of herself. Whatever way they went, she knew it might just be a trap. There already seemed to be enough of those already and they had barely gone anywhere! She searched Skye's eyes and awaited his response.

He nodded, keeping eye contact. "Yea, sounds good." Releasing her hand he walked over to the lock and bent over, pulling a small wallet from his back pocket and flipped it open. Pulling out a couple metal slivers, he flipped it closed and stuffed it back into his pocket. Lifting the lock, he quickly set to work on it and after a moment, pulled it from the hatch. "There we go." He said before lifting the hatch a small bit and looking down it.

(Had a little time so here's a post :P )

Jeremy - Passageway

Jeremy had been silently following behind the other two as they seemed to forget all about him. It was good that they were beginning to get along now but he now felt strangely lonely. Oh well. It wasn't really that big of a deal. As they navigated the eerie pathways of the schools basement, he couldn't help but wonder who had built them and for what purpose. Sure, it was a big school but did they really need something like a network of secret passages? Something was definitely unnatural about all of this but there wasn't enough solid evidence to point towards anything specifically sinister. As they approached the trapdoor, he couldn't help but fear what might be lying in store for them down there. Sure, they hadn't come across any traps thus far but that was probably just a farce to catch them off guard as soon as they started to feel secure. In any case, he would continue to follow Skye and Solbi silently, ready to spring into action if it was needed.

Solbi the Nimbi

Well of course he could do that. Stupid thief. Though she supposed his skills did come in handy, no matter where they came from. She went over to the hatch to inspect it with Skye. This one seemed lighter so she assumed she would be able to see down it, much unlike the other corridors they had to go through. At least she might be able to make the pace and go faster if Skye stopped them again. And she could get away from situations she didn't feel comfortable in.

Upon opening and looking down the hatch a ladder would be immediatelt noticeable on the left side. The hatch itself was only wide enough for one person to go down until some distance was cleared. Inbetween the wrungs in the ladder were lights leading all the way down to the bottom about thirty feet below. At the bottom the only thing visible without descending would be a tunnel entrance going right, it to was lit up as far as any of them could see.
