So after talking to Psychie, I am not feeling Odeal’s character and so I am going to switch to a Solar Dawn Caste warrior. Something simpler. Thus Od’s suggestion to go and gather intel for the team

Thank you! I have an idea to make a Dawn Caste based on Sigrid from the recently released “Twilight of the Gods” series on Netflix . The first thing I thought of when I saw her on the series was that she was a Solar Dawn Caste Exalted ;-)

Barring any other diversions, Fat Cat shifts into his Catbus form and everyone climbs aboard. With a powerful down stroke of his large wings, the Lunar takes to the sky.

Man, if we had a radio right now you guys would be listening to this blasting through the air, wings flapping to the beat! Hee hee! (O.K., not really but I'm in a silly mood and I figured I'd share it!)

Ok, let's talk XP spending before I get Glade embarked on this mission. I've spent 12 Solar to get my Thrown up to 5; that's a done deal. With 23 normal XP, I could buy two charms, which is tempting - options would be:

* Thrown charms to Cripple the target; and either Silence them (including their death) for a while, or conceal the angle the attack came from, or enhance an Aim from stealth
* Awareness charms to double 9s, and make my sight or hearing superhuman

Alternatively, I could bump my quite low Strength, so my attacks are more damaging; or my not-maxed Perception, Intelligence or Wits stats, so as be a bit better at the scouting an infiltration thing.

What feels helpful? I'm kinda liking the idea of silent thrown assassinations, but for all my extraordinary Thrown prowess, my actual weapons are a bit meh.

Raising your Wits would help raise your Join Battle roll to be able to get off that first shot in a fight. That is always useful. Just saying.

Ah, except I'm generally going to be paying 3m to Join Battle with Dex + Stealth

The Thrown Charms to cripple a target might be good. Not every target you hit will require lethal force, and getting a disabling shot in could be useful.

Gotta say, that is the way I'm leaning... If I do so, then there are a few Stealth charms to let me re-enter concealment and roll Join Battle again mid-combat.

Looks like you have a good full group already, and I am not certain I can handle two Exalted 3rd games at the same time. I am with jaydude , am liking Essence more and more these days, I would enjoy trying a Liminal one of these days.
