Am I understanding correctly that there's not a specific limit on the number of moves we use in the appeal stage? As long as they're on the lists we submitted, I mean.

Correct, as long as they're one of your 8 registered moves, then there's no limit to the number of moves used on stage.

Is this how trainers chase back up to the podium to have a second chance of winning? If so, how would it go?

WHOOPS, meant to replay to this yesterday but totally forgot.

So the tournament is Double Elimination which means you need to lose two times in order to be eliminated.

So if you look closely, the matches are numbered:


Altair vs G – 1
Saga vs Anju – 2
etc.


That's what is being referred to here:



So the the loser of Match 1 (Altair vs G) and the loser of Match 2 (Saga vs Anju) will end up battling each other. While the loser or Match 3 (Laure vs Nejime) and the loser of Match 4 (Esther vs Heizou) will battle each other.

Win your loser's bracket match and you'll advance to face the loser of Matches 7 or 8, so on and so forth. Does that make sense? I can do an annotated diagram if you'd like :v

We're going to aim to have all the appeals finished off by November 29th—that means two more weeks to perform your appeals and make any comments/interactions you'd like in the waiting room.

We're making good progress! The Appeals are nearly half done but I do know Thanksgiving and then Christmas/School Finals/etc. are coming up and people will be busy with family events and likewise; so here's the plan. We're going to aim to have all the appeals finished off by November 29th—that means two more weeks to perform your appeals and make any comments/interactions you'd like in the waiting room.

Following that is the Battle Stage and I want to see what the posting is like in the first week and a half of December before I try to lay out any timelines.
