Mostly depends on how quickly you could react and maybe even how many times you'd been hit with Snarl before that.

Against Drizzle, I imagine her game plan is 'Bait it into the Ocean and then fry it with ThunderFang', unless Laurie was too passive and let her get off too many Snarls, then she might decide she can neuter its water move via stat drops and then just go to to do down with Sucker Punch & Thunder Fang

GGs Drizzile, then yea, the match definitely swings on how aggressive Laurie is out the gate, Esther would use the ocean as cover to bleed off some of the damage from water type attacks if he was really aggressive but if not, she'd probably play snarl to get Drizzile at -6 Sp. Atk. or something

Bringing in the pain by abusing the 8 move slot system. Duel screens with prankster ensures great survivability while swagger and t-wave brings in the annoyance. 1/3 confusion chance and 1/4 paralysis makes around 50% chance to make your opponent unable to move.

Foul play goes to town on swaggered +2 mons while draining kiss brings recovery. One physical attack and one special attack ensures it'll never be walled by mons that are defensive in one area.

You think this takes time to set up and you can boost while all the screens and status comes out? Well protect is there to instantly parry any +6 attack so klefki lives another day to fish for confusion and paralysis. And don't even think about taunt, secret technique, magic coat. Now who's taunted?

A truly diabolical 1v1 set that makes me feel a little evil.

Edit: Oh right contest. But if all your opponent does is fumble while you parry everything it probably makes you look better by comparison.
