I was actually thinking of how to tackle that. I was going to use the non-deity figures to operate like Alpha from MMPR, if you know the reference. They'd have more of their own personalities though.
I'm still work shopping a name for their group(First-Borns?). It's a combined effort, so expect a lot of dysfunction and clashing.

Anyway, I will give you guys an option: your character can already be recruited by the First-Borns, with the knowledge of everything going on, OR your character could be out of touch with their demigod status and be living a semi normal life, with the caveat of having an awareness that something about themself is off.

Either way, the first arc will be about our characters discovering their godlike nature and learning the depth of the Darkness of Hearts.

K questions:

- if we know early did we have some kinda divine vision or some kinda 'extra' connection to the deity's sphere of influence?
- when the RP goes IC'ly are we still noobs to our abilities or do we need to go to a training thingie first?
- did we have to keep it all quiet growing up or could there be a cult started up to revive the old deities?
- i know we can't choose god from the prevalent religions in our world but do those religions exist in the RP world?

1) Yes, the current system of beliefs is a thing. 2) However, with the way the Abrahamic religions are believed, that god doesn't count. Contradiction is also a key factor in how Gods manifest.

I've been watching this grow and I think I might be interested. I was thinking of the godly parent being from Filipino mythos/lore.
My favorite colors are honey mustard yellow and a deep blue.

I do have a question though (out of curiosity cause this lore is cool), if a PC believed/worshiped an Abrahamic God, how would that affect their relationship with their divine connection/parent? Does that affect their powers?

I finally made it to the party! I usually like to go by Aro, and my favorite color combo is either blood red or dark purple and black. I'm 21 and recovering from a surgery, so my availability is both open and random throughout the day. I have a lot of reading up to do today, but I am interested in creating within the Aztec pantheon or maybe looking into one I'm unfamiliar with for some inspiration.
