Speaking of Sam's Dreams, I had a pretty good backlog of them written when we started, but now I'm almost out. Gonna have to start writing some new ones here soon.

Anyone have any long term plots they have relatively thought out that they'd like to foreshadow in Sam's Dream journal? I can write the Dream for you based on what you tell me in PMs if you like, but if you don't wanna divulge anything about it to me yet, you can write the entire Dream yourself and I'll just copy/paste it into a Dream Journal Excerpt as you give it to me.

I intended to try writing something with that ring thing anyway, and your guy was looking like he'd be part of that.

If you want to do more, though, I can always just come up with something random to jumpstart a plot and run it by you to see if you wanna write a story to make it come true.

im weird in the sense that i dont understand any metric system except celsius because that's what all our thermometers were in

but like the words "mile" and "meter" have no meaning in my head like you can say "that's 2 miles away" and i have no idea how far away that is

It's weird cos in my country we do meters and kilometers on roads and stuff, but in UK its miles. So I get confused when I see road signs with like "1m away" cos I think it says meters but it's miles. A mile is equivalent to like 1.6km-ish?

More or less; you'll find that a lot of the older population in Ireland would use miles and whatnot but since joining the EU back in 1973, the measurement system had to be changed.

It's short for mathematics! You're not studying only one mathemetic when you do maths.

It's treated as a singular noun by most, though, not a plural.

What would you say is better:

Mathematics is my best subject.

Or

Mathematics are my best subjects.

A lot of people, British or American, would say the first sentence sounds more natural than the second, which is why I say it's treated as a singular noun despite the 's' at the end. So math, without the 's, ' makes more sense grammatically.

Or so the argument goes.
