The apostrophes. Especially names like Davis and what they own.
Singular: Davis' pen / Davis's pen
Plural (multiple Davis members): We visited the Davises place.
I was using this wrong the whole time and tend to just put more s-es and apostrophes. But plural for names ending with "s" is actually with -es.

Lol, to be fair, I don't even think most native English speakers have all that sorted out. I certainly don't.
