Update for anyone who's interested: Got checked out and dismissed around 1 AM, had to take an uber home. Car is gone, best thing for me to do is sell it for scrap after getting everything out of it. Other driver is better off, dude's truck was like a damn semi and he only has minor abrasions. Gonna be talking to my insurance company today and try to work things out
