Fantasy A Guild of Their Own

Kemelia just stood still for a bit. She didn't know where she should go or do, but then decided to move around. It wasn't like she was going to do anything major. Just gonna look. Someone might come around and show her what to do anyway.

as Audrey  was shaking the man she heard someone say something,as she looked up Audrey saw a woman coming there way "hey can you help me git this man back to my farm!" she said in her bast boy voice

"I'm pretty sure he's just asleep. I can hear his breathing." Adelia smiled over at the woman, walking over to the pair. She looked at him and scrunched her face up. She made trips into town weekly to get her own groceries, but also to chat to the townsfolk. In her 8 years of making grocery trips, she had never once seen him. Adelia wasn't one to forget faces. "Let me try." She knelt down next to him and worked out the frequency of the sound which causes the buzzing in her ears. Placing a hand on either side of his head, she mimicked that sound to recreate the buzzing. It was quiet, but persistent.

"um....what are you doing?" she asked still speaking in her boy voice"Oh and by the way my name is Allen what's your name?" she ask trying to make small talk

(I'm so bad at this D': )

(It's okay, you're doing well ^-^)

"You know the weird buzzing noise you get sometimes? I'm recreating it. It should bug him enough to wake him up." Adelia smiled over at the girl. She didn't like to give her name away if she could help it, but it wasn't good to lie. It could bite her in the butt if she did. "My name's Adelia." She turned her attention back to the male on the floor. As much as it seemed safe, the woods could get dangerous. It wasn't an ideal place to sleep.

In a room lit by dimly lit by a special candle made from alchemy, Ariana pores over many pages of her personal archive. She riffled through several books about advanced theories in alchemy; her studying habits from her academy days were far from disappearing. "Oh, I see." Ariana uttered as she wrapped her head around the various complex concepts etched in the book. From a desk in her small but vast archive, Ariana produced a quill, journel, and ink. Delicately, she dipped the tip of the quill and allowed it to dance eligantly on the pages of her journel; she wrote about her finds and how she could apply them in practise.

As time progressed, Ariana began to feel peckish. Returning to her living quarters, the room behind where she conducts business, Ariana drew water from a barrel into a pot and set it above a stone fire. With a waggle of her finger and a little happy thoughts, she ignited the wood beneath the cast iron pot. As the she waited for the water to heat up, Ariana gathers a few vegetables she bought during the early sunrise. Placing all of the vegetables of the small counter, Ariana mentally linked the majority of them with a sympathetic link to a single carrot; after sharpening a knife, she cut the carrot in half and suddenly all of the linked vegetables split, Ariana repeated cutting the lone carrot and the other vegetables followed. In the end, Ariana had a bowl full of evenly diced vegetables of various colours. The water had just began to boil. Dumping the vegetables into the pot, Ariana used a ladle to swirl the liquid inside before throwing in a few seasonings. The aroma of vegetable stew slowly filled the air. Once the stew was done, Ariana grabbed a small loaf of bread and sat at her desk where she conducts buinisess. The food was delicious.

Carlos started to stir and stretch. A buzzing filling his ear. He slowly opened eyes to find two people looking down at him. Carlos yelp out of shock  accidentally activating at spell that filled the area with blinding light. "Wha-- what!" He quickly dispatch the spell hoping their eyes were fine.

Kemelia walked around creche and looked at the baby dragons with a small smile. They were cute. There weren't many, which was to be expected. When she spotted the purple and white scales of her dragon she walked up to it, her smile grew at the sight of it. She knelt down to it and held out a hand for it to rub against. Then she reach down and picked it up. "Hey, sorry for squeezing you earlier. Hope I didn't hurt you." she said to it. It gave a little whine, but it was more like a coo that a hurt sound. Kemelia smiled.

((I have no idea what I'm doing at this point. Lol.))

"Geez. I wake you up so you don't get eaten in the middle of this forest and that's how you repay me?" Adelia laughed, rubbing her eyes. She moved her hands away, stopping the sound. She took pride in her abilities, and found it entertaining to use on other people. She much preferred to use it to save peoples lives. Leaning back and sitting on her heels, Adelia studied the male again. "You're not from around here, are you?"

Carlos sat up cautiously making sure not to drop his book and looked to the young woman that had spoken to him. "I'm sorry. It was an accident," Carlos looked around the forest. The spell from earlier had worn off and the sun had moved across the sky. He must have been sleep for a couple hours. "Oh where are my manners?" He extended his hand towards her, "I'm Carlos. Carlos Dinton."

Adelia took his hand and shook it. "Adelia. Don't worry about it, just be thankful I saved your neck." She smiled brightly, paying little attention to the fact she had a bright spot in the centre of her vision. Perhaps he got lost on his way to town. "Where are you from, Carlos? You're definitely not from around here." She was makig polite conversation, remaining on her knees.

"nice to meet you my name is Allen, Allen Nightingale" she said to Calos " oh hey instead of sitting here in the forest why don't we go back to my farm" she said to both of tham

Carlos shifted to cross his legs, "I'm from a small town a long way from here called Xiliva," he looked at his hands and fiddled his thumbs. Talking to others made him nervous but she was nice enough to stop and try to help. So he endured, "It was a peaceful place surrounded by forest much like this one. I guess I dozed off while I was trying to relax." He pulled out his map and looked at it. "I became lost while looking for a place called Anexial, but I must have been turned around." He turned to Allen, "Your farm?"

"I'm headed into town I'm afraid. Need to get some groceries." Adelia looked up at the girl. She then turned back to Carlos. "I'm heading into Anexial, it's not far from here. Come with me?" She looked at him, her expression soft. Standing, she offered a hand to help him up. "This forest is confusing, I know." Adelia laughed lightly.

Carlos took her hand and stood. "Let me just grab my affects." He quickly folded his blanket and book then packed them into his travel pack. He looked back to Allen, "Why don't you travel with us? I'd hate to leave you in the woods.  Especially After you tried to help me." He pulled out a small bag of gold coins. "I'll treat you both to lunch." He smiled brightly allowing himself to let his gaurd down.

"You don't have to, honestly. I've sufficient money to pay for my own meal." Adelia wasn't used to kindness such as this. Sure, she was fed and clothed, as well as raised, by her fellow Anexial tamers, but she was never treated to anything. She earned her own gold and bought her own food and clothing. Anything she wanted or needed, Adelia would pay for herself. Being treated was a strange concept to her.

"The egg, it...hatched..."

Brutus opened his eyes as Altazura's deep, growling voice whispering in his mind.

"Yeah Al, I can feel it."

"It's the last one..."

"I know, Al."

"You stubborn son of a bitch."

The glowing purple eyes faded into the darkness of the cave, leaving Brutus silently sit in front of a small lantern.

"There is a girl...She's carrying it with her." Brutus said, lighted up his pipe, inhaled, and let out a thick cloud of smoke. "She's not just going to hand it to us."

"Not my problem."

"The dragon, it's maybe just a baby, but if we don't act soon, it's gonna get out of hand." Brutus stood up, walked over one of his old bookshelves. He pulled out a glass bottle. "I think I'm done waiting"

"So you gonna go back there? Back to the place where they banished you?"

"Oh no," Brutus smile, "We just need to kidnap her"

"well I can pay for my own food but thank you for the offer and I'd love to travel with you it gets lonely at the form by myself all day" she smiled up at Carlos

Carlos put away his gold and stretched his arms into the air, " Ok. That's settles it." He looked to Adelia, " lead the way my fair lady." Carlos turned red slightly and thought to himself, 'wow Carlos, that was a failing way of flirting'

Adelia smiled, a small blush appearing on her cheeks. "As you wish, sire." She grinned, leading the way towards the town. Her steps were quiet, almost as light as a feather, but they were swift. She continuously checked behind her to ensure Carlos was following her.

"Hello there, Kemelia."

Brutus said, his eyes glow, he's doing a spell which making illusion through voices, he want to lead Kemelia to his cave and bring the dragon to him.

Kemelia heard a voice. It sounded close, but also echo-y. She looked around, stopping her playing with her dragon. It looked up at her, confused as to why she stopped. "Probably just my imagination?" she muttered, though she wasn't too sure. Sounded too...real.

She set her dragon back on the bedding and she got up and walked to the front of the creche and looked around, on edge once again.

Carlos walked along the path with Adelia and Allen. The forest was dark  only allowing slivers of sunlight. The looks to Adelia,"Soo.. Is this forest always dark or is it just the time of day?" He doesn't like the dark. Not that he's afraid of it; just not a big fan.

"Girl...listen to me...your dragon is sick, and only I can cure him...Bring him to me, I'll show you the way"

Brutus said, he opened the glass bottle, and drank from it. His energy is getting stronger as he trying to show Kemelia the routes to his cave, the scenery around it.

"Don't let it be too late for your dragon. And don't let anyone know."

The glowing light in his eyes burst, and Brutus came back normal, he's breathing heavily

"Should have practiced Telepathy instead, huh old man?" Altazura smirked

"Practice this." *Middle finger*
