Connor planted his trident into the ground and then getting ready to use his rage but then he noticed the time "class is over we should go to our next class."

Ruby looks at the time and nods her head. The crystals shatter and fade away. She approaches Decimus. "Excuse me... can I ask you a question?"

Hikari looked up, realizing the teacher was talking to her. She tried so hard not to look mangled as she was...but she spoke up. "Spells..? Spells can be used for either good or bad in my perspective. I don't know much about them...but I do believe that if spells are used incorrectly, they can turn into a huge mess...so I guess spells mean fragility that holds a high power. At least that is how I see it..."

Luna raises an eyebrow at this. "Hmm... interesting." Luna turns her attention to the entire class. "Alright. So we're going to cover detection spells. Rebecca do mind helping our new student get the hand of the previous spell we learned?"

Brooke extended her wings and flew up to it. "Hello mister! Or misses... I dont know. My name is Brooke!" She flew closer to it's nose so it could smell her or something. "Show it our power so it can see... I dont know what else.." She flew around showing her wings and speed then came back "Hello again"


"Very well. You are dismissed. Tell your teachers Decimus was being Decimus" Then he looked at her. "Yes?"


 
Rebecca nodded. "Sure why not" She went over to her. "Hi. I'm Rebecca. You are?"

Connor let his trident turn into a bracelet and then headed to his next class S-class training and sat in the back feeling a little tired but deciding to tough it out for the foreseeable future. Once class was over he was going to lay down and try to sleep or at least see if he could talk to Luna and see about his powers.

"Hi! I am Hikari...I am half-vampire, half-human..." she said, still exhausted from her last class.

"Oooo tastey. I'm a demigod. So last class we did levitation spells. It's very easy see?" She extended her hand to the bookshelves and a few started coming out to her. "All you have to do is focus the power from your mind to your hand. I kind of just imagine the book itself floating. Dont force it. Let the power flow naturally. Try"

Hikari stared at the book, confused. Just...lift up the book? Really? She stared at the book for a couple of seconds...Nothing. She kept staring at it, almost glaring. Still, nothing happened. Hikari sighed. "I can't..." she said.

 

[Light]

Brooke extended her wings and flew up to it. "Hello mister! Or misses... I dont know. My name is Brooke!" She flew closer to it's nose so it could smell her or something. "Show it our power so it can see... I dont know what else.." She flew around showing her wings and speed then came back "Hello again"

Rebecca nodded. "Sure why not" She went over to her. "Hi. I'm Rebecca. You are?"

"Can you take me to Daliah?" Ruby looks up at Decimus. "Please?"


The beast simply looks at Brooke. Unimpressed by her powers but interested in her energetic personality." The beast soon turns it's head away now getting distraction now that she's no longer doing anything. It seemed to be easy going and slightly lazy.

Connor let his trident turn into a bracelet and then headed to his next class S-class training and sat in the back feeling a little tired but deciding to tough it out for the foreseeable future. Once class was over he was going to lay down and try to sleep or at least see if he could talk to Luna and see about his powers.

Blake was relaxing while smoking. He seemed to just smoke all day. Suddenly the temperature in the room starts to rise.

Luna sees this and approaches Hikari. She gives her a kind smile and takes a deep breath. "Relax ... You can." Luna puts her finger on her forehead. "Let your focus flow out of your mind." She starts to drag her finger down from her forehead to her hand. "To the intended target. As if your minds arm were lifting it." The book in front of her slightly floats. "You can do it if your clear your head and focus."

Connor sighed "Come one can we skip the life threatening test today I am exhausted and frankly not in the mood?" Connor didn't mean to whine and such but well it had been a long 12ish hours and he was tired not in the mood to do some crazy survival scenario.

He looked at her. "Isn't she in class? Couldn't you just walk to her?"


"Wait wait!" She started flying around its head "I like you! Dont ignore me." She flew back and forth getting its attention. "My name is Brooke. I am the daughter of death and madness. I like cereal and thanksgiving. My favorite color is silver and my favorite book is the night world" She started talking about her self quickly as she flew back and forth in front of him

Hikari, you have to learn good posture! You slump way too much, my dear. You know how they did it in the old days? They put a book on their head and made sure not to drop it!


She remembered her father and his cleverness...she looked at his pin-striped sleeve enveloping his arm as he picked the book up off of the table in the library. She stared at it happening...his fingers balancing the book...the cover...his veins tightening as he picked it up...





She saw the pages of the book flip. She smiled a little.

Connor sighed "Come one can we skip the life threatening test today I am exhausted and frankly not in the mood?" Connor didn't mean to whine and such but well it had been a long 12ish hours and he was tired not in the mood to do some crazy survival scenario.

Blake shrugged his shoulders. "That's up to you whether or not you do anything." Suddenly a turret drops from the ceiling and starts firing at him.

He looked at her. "Isn't she in class? Couldn't you just walk to her?"
"Wait wait!" She started flying around its head "I like you! Dont ignore me." She flew back and forth getting its attention. "My name is Brooke. I am the daughter of death and madness. Ruby shakes her head. "No. She wasn't in the dorm and I looked all over for her."


The beast grunts and faces her. It uses telepathy to speak with her. "What do you want from me?"

"Is that right?" He sat back and kicked his feet on his desk, scanning, "Ahh she's in Underworld. Probably doing something. She'll be back soon don't worry"


She lit up and her wings flapped faster. "Oh my god yay! All I want is a friend really"


Rebecca closed her eyes and breathed slowly. She was actually good at detection since she used the darkness a lot anyways. She focused as she waited. "Miss your hair is blowing"

connor dives at the last minute getting shot in the side where his broken ribs had been, he winced in pain and rolled moving out the way of the rest of the fire stopping behind a desk hoping it would stop the bullets, then Connor checked the wound and knew it was pretty bad. "Ok maybe this is the wrong environment for me since I may be a tad suicidal at this point in time." Connor said that while looking at the wound and feeling the pain and numbness, damn he wasn't in a good place at all something had broken in him this morning and it was very bad.

Zaphkiel went to Rikka. "I'd like a contract too. How would I find one?"

 

[Skaggon]

Reed yawned and sat down. "So are there any winged ones here?"


Rachel looked around. "Oooh I would love a fire one."


Kaylee laid down.

 

[Light]

"Is that right?" He sat back and kicked his feet on his desk, scanning, "Ahh she's in Underworld. Probably doing something. She'll be back soon don't worry"
She lit up and her wings flapped faster. "Oh my god yay! All I want is a friend really"


Rebecca closed her eyes and breathed slowly. She was actually good at detection since she used the darkness a lot anyways. She focused as she waited. "Miss your hair is blowing"

"I can't stop worrying! Please take me to her!" Ruby shows desperation in her eyes.


Luna raises an eyebrow. "You've gotten it already?"


The beast looks up at Brooke. "Fine, if you'd wish to contract with me. I demand food and your hospitality. That will be the terms of our contract. Do you accept?"


Rikka nods her head in Zaphkiels direction. "Yes you may. Look, there's one right there." Rikka then turns to Carter. "Do you want one?" ( @AtlasTheShapeless )

Reed yawned and sat down. "So are there any winged ones here?"
Rachel looked around. "Oooh I would love a fire one."


Kaylee laid down.

A flaming beast appears not to far from Rachel. Eating berries.

Blake makes the turret stop firing. "Alright. Class is almost over. You did okay today. Go to Ryan. Since you got hit."

"Sure...why not..." Carter said, looking up at Rikka, then back down, thinking.

He chuckled. "Dear she is fine. If she gets into danger I will be there to take you to her. But what kind of father would I be if I brought her visitors when she wants to be alone?"


She kept her eyes clothes. "Father taught me to use darkness to sense things around all the time. I'm not too unfamiliar with it"


"Well that depends. How frequently do you have to eat and how much? I dont want to contract and be forced to feed you 4 truckloads of something every 20 minutes. Also, what exactly do you eat?"


Zaphkiel looked at it "Oooo perfect" He teleported next to it and flew with it. "Hello. My name is Zaphkiel. Can I be your contract partner?"

 

[Skaggon]

Rachel hopped up. "Yay a fire one." She walked up to it and smiled. "Hey you big guy. Let's make a contract."

 

[Drumonkey]

Connor stood up and sighed before making his way to Ryan moving slowly due to the pain in his side. there was more blood than he expected and he was pretty sure he was bleeding internally. "Hey doc I need you to heal me again, also I may be in here a smidge more often due to some... issues I am having."

 

[DizjayDeathPride]

Ryan was hanging from the ceiling when he came in, playing his flute. He dropped down and looked at him. "I asked for one thing. Tsk. Now I have to cut you open. Go lay on one of the beds Ill be there in a moment"

 

[Light]

"Sure...why not..." Carter said, looking up at Rikka, then back down, thinking.

Rikka nods her head and gestures to another beast in the distance.

The beast with Brooke looks away from her and then back. "I only need four meals a day. I'm an omnivore. Do you accept the terms of our contract?"


The beast with Zaphkiel starts to fly faster, it starts to use telepathy. "I have no business contract with you. You have nothing to offer me. Leave."

Rachel hopped up. "Yay a fire one." She walked up to it and smiled. "Hey you big guy. Let's make a contract."

The flaming beast simply looks at Rebecca. It was eating and she had disturbed it. Even calling him a big guy. It roars at her in anger, it was almost deafening.

 

[Skaggon]

Rachel smiled madly. "This will be fun." She picks some berries and holds them out to it. "Sorry if I offended you."

 

[DizjayDeathPride]

He sat up and looked at her. "I understand how you feel. But sometimes people just need time. She will probably be back soon. Can I ask a question? You seem so intent on talking to her. You're her friend and all I get that. But there's an air of... guilt in your soul. Did you do something?"


She flew back and forth quickly thinking he was gonna leave then stopped. "Oh.. i guess that's fine sure! I accept! Just tell me when you're hungry"


He flew faster and kept pace, barely pushing himself. He used telepathy as well. "I can offer you all of reality. Anything you want I can get you easily. Look" He extended his hand and an apple appeared. He dropped it and a worm appeared. He dropped that and turned his hand upside down, spawning a truck and let it fall before he made it disappear. He spoke in its mind again. "You have the physical appearance of what my power is. We would be paired perfectly"

 

[Drumonkey]

Connor turned his bracelet into his twin blades and used one to make a vertical cut up and down from the bullet hole a few inches wide only using the tip of the blade, "Don't worry doc I made a decent size cut so uhh just pop this bullet out before I do and patch me up, that would be appreciated." Connor sounded bored and just plain tired.
