If I parry, would that require letting go of the sidereal?Go for it.
Because I have other more painful plans for him mwuhuhu....Why not try to use him as a shield?
Psh, let go. Ragnar would sooner tank the blows than let go.lol I was waiting for someone to ask about that. You have two choices here. You can let go and use your normal Parry, or you can try to use the Sidereal as a shield. He will be resisting this (obviously), but you have control of him in the clinch right now, so I'll let you try to do so with a stunt.
It is a measure of how quickly after your action you get to go again. Most Charms are Speed 5, so if you act on Tick 6, your next turn comes up on Tick 11. Some actions or weapons are rated at different speeds, to reflect that a person can use a dagger faster than a person wielding a greatsword.1. What does Speed affect? I cant find its significance.
I rule that a short movement can be made with an attack action as a part of it without having to flurry the attack.2. Is using normal Movement and Attacking considered a multi action? I believe I read movement was reflexive and didnt have a dv penalty, I just wanted to clarify.
It usually lasts for the duration of the Scene, then if it is not used by then, it is gone.3. What is temporary Willpower? Does it go away after so long, and if so, how long?
Yes. Many Charms require the use of Willpower to fuel them, and the benefits of using Willpower are many, so being able to recover spent points is a bonus.4. The book said something about a recovery of motes or willpower upon level 2+ stunts. And recovering willpower when a stunt is used to further a motivation. Do you employ that?
I have not been using Limit Break in this game, but in other situations, it requires you to build up your Limit until you have ten points, then you go into Limit Break and suffer from the effect of your Virtue Flaw.5. Ragnar has the Valor flaw of berserk anger, as such his limit condition is being belittled/demeaned/insulted. I'd imagine this doesn't apply to petty stuff like "you suck", but rather taunts from folk in important circumstances like a potent baddie claiming he enjoyed killing a loved one and they deserved it. When will I know when to roll a limit break?
