Melisara

Kids are so wierd, but still, seems a bit off... I'll roll with it for now I guess
She thought, beginning to pat the girls head, careful not to touch the ribbon, "There... are you happy?" She asked.

Perdita happily closed her red eyes. "Thank you kindly, mortal being.", she said in a very polite tone. "Why do you want to see the mistress?", the bloodseeker then inquired. She was interested in this being.

Melisara

"I didnt want to see her, she wanted to talk to me." She said, "I've been waiting here for what seems like hours now." She backed away a bit. "So I waited, patiently." She sighed.

Perdita opened her eyes interestedly. "Did you do something wrong? I did a lot of times. Obviously its not ok to kill people. Can you imagine that? I cant. Whats bad about it?"

Xentrev

"At ease, my champion. Nothing really, just a bit of... personal issues." He said, rubbing the tip of his sword he kept sheathe on his back. "Just been thinking about changing how I rule this kingdom, My eyes were opened earlier. I think I figured out why this kingdom is in such disarray." He turned to look at his champion, "I rule this kingdom without any implications from the people, the people have no say in what happens alot of the time." He said, "Well not anymore that changes today." He looked at Akechi, "So, what makes you think you can barge in on my silent time?" He said knowing full well, AKechi knew to not disturb him during this time."

Melisara

"Uh... I wouldn't say it was 'bad'... more like... unethical." She said, "I eavesdropped on a peace negotiation." She reluctantly said. "And wait... 'what's wrong with killing'? It's bad, it's something that--" She cut herself off, What am I saying? This girl said I would taste unique... She's obviously some sort of serial killer.

"sorry for disturbing you my sire, i know how much you appreciate you time of silence but..." he said as he stood up "i request a squad that i can train at my own, a special operations squad if you will, the elite we will send if we have a top secret mission, the secret weapon that can change the entire tide of the battle if we were ever to fight in a war" he ssid @Crysalisis

Xentrev

He sighed and rubbed the bridge of his nose, "Akechi, you know full well we dont have the time nor resources to train an entirely new division of soliders." He said almost gritting his teeth but in a calm tone. "Besides, I dont see any point in having this special operations squad if I don't ever plan to fight." He said. "Sorry but I simply can't right now."

Perdita looked at her confusedly. "Something that what? The people never tell WHY killing was bad. No, Perdita, killing is bad. Its bad. Killing is bad.", she said poutingly. "WHY? I need their blood to survive. They need their blood to survive. Stronger one wins."

Alexander's face lit up when Tina said that she wanted to partake in seeing things from a flying point of view. "Well climb on my back then and we shall fly around until either you want to stop or her majesty calls us back." Alexander had not shown this to anyone ever since he was in the academy. The ability to fly had earned him some praises and some longing glances from more than a few of his friends and colleagues.

Tina hoped onto Alexanders back and clinged onto him to stay there. "Make me fly like a birdie!", she happily cried out. "Do you have any idea where my Papa went? I think after flying i wanna go home."

As she began to climb on his back and ask about her father, Alexander froze in thought for a moment. ~Oh no, this isn't good, she wants to go back to her father and I haven't heard from Queen Bellatrix or her champion yet. However, I'll try and make this seem as long as possible. Her champion might find me flying in the sky, but if not, I could always go back to the castle. "I haven't heard about your father yet, but he'll probably announce his presence somehow. Anyway, hold on tight Tina!" Alexander flapped his wings to fly upwards high enough in order to glide across the sky. "Enjoy this while it lasts Tina, I doubt you'll get to experience this for a while.

Tina held onto him tightly and enjoyed the flight. It was nice, she happily laughed. "I am a bird! I am a bird!", she happily exclaimed. Then she got scared as they were so very high. "Its so high! What if i fall down!", she said and hid her face in Alexanders back. "I dont wanna anymore! I dont wanna!"

Raeghal already looked better just from being away from the main core of the kingdom. He sighed with relief, gently squeezing Svenja's hand once he felt her fingers touching his.

"Thanks you for this,my queen. I'm glad for this truce, peace was something that I have been aching for since a long time ago. But I guess I would still prefer to stay at my kingdom."

He chuckled and kept walking forward, heading for the Northern parts of the kingdom. Raeghal had a map in his mind, but being in the actual land was much different from staring at a paper. His eyes searched his surroundings with hesitation, the feeling of uncertainty rising in his chest.

"Queen Svenja,I think we are-"

He turned in time to see the dark monsters from this kingdom gathering around them. Raeghal let out a loud swear in his native language, something very rare. If his Queen was wounded in this fight,it would be his fault. He even noticed some half-dragons in the middle of the monsters, which made his grasp tighten around his sword.

Svenja laid her head at his shoulder, she was happy to have peace with the dark kingdom after all that time of war. She felt something was up, but out of joy she got uncaring and started to shrug it off. That was, until Raeghal grasped his sword. Electricity bolted through Svenja´s body. What was there? Bandits? Monsters? Assasins? She immediatly drew her sword to look, it were monsters. Half dragons, even. "Oh dammit... Why in lights name now!"

"We can handle this,my queen." He made a gesture with his hand that wouldn't be clear for anyone else, but he knew that Svenja would understand. They did it often in the travel that made Raeghal become faithful to his Queen. It made that he would take the right flank, and Svenja would take the left. That would keep them from being surrounded.

He quickly jumped at the first monster, beheading him in one swift move. The amount of enemies gathering made Raeghal worry. Svenja was an incredible fighter, but if she got hurt... He quickly pushed those away and hit his shield against another monsters. @Ami the breadling

"May the light guide my blade." Svenja stroked her hand from her swords hilt to the tip, infusing it with the energy of light. She made a swift strike in the direction of a few monsters, a lightwave being send there and killing them in an instant. She jumped towards a half-dragon, slicing at it quickly.

Bellatrix had found herself lost in the comfort of Arkos's embrace, unwilling to leave the safety of it. She wasn't sure how long the two of them had stood like that, but to her..it was helping so much more than she'd likely ever admit to anyone. The only thing that brought her out of the bittersweet embrace was a voice, just to the left of them. By the sound of it, the person was a male and was here to serve her. Had Arkos called for someone? Surely not..he was about to say something..but what? Bellatrix desperately wished to know what it was..but it would have to wait...as much as she hated that. Arkos's arms were tightened around her, that small gesture making her crack the faintest of smiles. He was not a fan of their moment being interrupted, it appeared.

Bellatrix opened her eyes and turned her glace onto the man. He was in a bow toward her, and quite a deep on at that.
"You may rise." She responded, curious as to what this man wanted. By the looks of him..she'd almost guess he was a vampire..and perhaps a Lord at that? Hm..how curious. What could she do with him though? Perhaps he could help with clean up..but the guards were likely finishing that up..maybe. Bellatrix didn't dare look past the vampire, her lilac eyes glued to him to save herself more unwanted heartache. "What is it you want?" She asked him, her voice still distant but it was likely only Arkos could hear that.

Demetrius Drake

"I am the father of the largest coven in the kingdom, My Lady." Drake said, rising. "My sires are trained to fight, they are at your command." He said respectfully. His coven was not only the largest, but the strongest by far. He put the most effort into his brood, training them in both combat and vampirism.

"They will do any task, large or small. Anything to appease you, Your Majesty." His voice, as usual, was silky smooth and husky at the same time. He was to trying to seduce the Queen, he had no doubts she'd kill him if he tried. If that happened, it'd simply be a very large added bonus. But based on her and her Champion's stance, he didn't have much shot. Boney was in the way.

Together, they had always been an unstoppable force. It wasn't long before most of the enemies had gone to the ground, unable to stand against the Champion and his Queen. Raeghal aimed at another half-dragon,cutting through his chest in a swift motion.

His eyes drifted back to Svenja,a small smile being placed in his lips. But it soon disappeared as he saw a deathhound jumping, aiming straight for his Queen's back. Raeghal didn't think straight before he jumped forward, grabbing the monster and tossing them both against the ground. He barely registered the pain as the being's sharp claws tore straight through his chest. He pushed his sword up,killing the animal and tossing him away.

He couldn't gather the strength to get up,golden blood dripping from the deep wounds in his chest. His eyes searched for Queen Svenja, hoping to make sure that she was okay.

Svenja saw and heard Raeghal getting injured and coldness flickered up in her eyes. There still were a few monsters left. Svenja looked around like in a dream, her reactions seemed slow. Then, a flashing light took the sight onto her. When it was gone, thunder bolted through her eyes, her sword was glistering with electricity. A deathhound tried to jump her, but before it even took off, a lightning had roasted it. Svenja slayed the remaining monsters like berserk, not even letting go of those that tried to flee. Then, she ran to her friend and dropped her sword, kneeling down next to him. THe queen had a little, slightly bleeding scratch in her face, but it was nothing after all. "Raeghal are you alright?" A small, weak healing wave emitted from the queen.

Raeghal did his best to get up,but he ended up falling back to the ground. He rose one hand to gently rub the scratch in Svenja's face.

"I apologize,my queen. I was careless,it's my fault that we were attacked. I will accept any punishment for my actions."

He let out a low groan of pain, but Svenja's healing light was soon accompanied by his own. Weakly,he watched the wounds slowly close. He couldn't heal them completely with the dark energy around him,but at least now he had the strength to sit up.

If he was capable, Arkos would have sneered at the obvious sycophant. It was just like leeches to come swimming the second disaster struck in order to latch on to their betters in an attempt to gain favor. Given that the whelp was a vampire, he fit the leech analogy better then most. In his... rather long deathspan, this was not the first had he seen try this, although he was on the better looking side, Arkos did not like his tone or the way he looked at their Queen.

He itched to tell the whelp to go somewhere and sire more of his misbegotten 'children' or to clean up the dead so that someone
useful, such as Adeliza, would be free to preform duties better suited to her skill, but he did not. It was not his place. He had spoken to Bellatrix and speaking for her would undermine her authority, something he would not do. The balance of power needed to remain and be obvious especially in times such as these.

"If he carries the fallen, I would be free to give my Wight something better suited to her skills," Arkos advised her, he could not speak over her, but there was nothing wrong with counsel.

She looked at him, her eyes full of sorrow. "Raeghal i was as careless as you...", then she looked away. "Since the day i returned... What we are has changed. We were companions once... Friends... but we more and more like a queen and her servant...", she said. "In company of others, thats necessary... but we have gotten distant when we are alone too... Punishment... You would have never said that back then..." Svenja helped him up and looked to the ground sadly. Then she picked up her sword.

If Bellatrix didn't know better, she'd of sworn that the vampire was trying to smooth talk her..something that would certainly set Arkos into a jealous fit of anger..which was not needed right now. She was curious as to why he would try to do such a thing, other than gain her favor..which he'd have to try much harder than that, though his offer of help could be used greatly right now. Were Bellatrix not rapped around Arkos, she'd of greeted the vampire properly, but as fate would have it..Arkos had most, it not all, of her attention. "You wish to help? Start to gather the dead in a respectable manor and taken them to the Undertaker to be prepared for tonight's funeral." She commanded, Arkos's suggest was a good one, and he was right..his Wight could be used in a much better manor. Perhaps to scout for any survivors or find the person who did this. Either of them would be acceptable.
