Fandom The Untold Stories of Hogwarts - 1x1 HP RP

“Hey! Like I said, I’ll always be your number one!” said Allison with a giggle. “Now c’mon, we should tell your brother, shouldn’t we?” she suggested.

Rose smiled. "I know! That's why we're best friends!" she said with a small laugh. "Yeah! They should still be in the Great Hall I think" Rose said, turning in the direction to head towards the Great Hall, eager to tell her brother, and maybe they could go tell their dad. She also had to write a letter to papa too.

“Alright! Come on then! Let’s go!” Allison said joyfully as she pulled Rose along back into the castle. Outside, many eager students were checking the results to see whether or not they had made the Quidditch teams. Luckily, Rose could say she did.

Rose laughed, allowing Allison to pull her into the castle and pretty soon the two girls were in the Great Hall and Rose looked around to see if Logan was at the Slytherin table or the Gryffindor table. She saw him at the Slytherin table and headed over. "Logan!" She called excitedly.

Logan was busy enjoying his breakfast and talking with Kaleb over at the Slytherin table. Unlike his sister and her friend, he was taking the time to savor breakfast, rather than inhaling it, which was ironic for him. He suddenly perked up and quickly swallowed what was in his mouth as he heard his twin’s familiar voice calling his name. “Oi! Rosie! What is it? Can’t you see I’m eating over here?” he asked her. Allison tagged along with Rose and grinned in anticipation. She’d let her friend tell her sibling the news.

Rose rolled her eyes and sat down on the other side of her brother. "I can see your eating but I wanted to share my news with you." She told her brother, looking at him. "I made the team! I'm the new Ravenclaw chaser!" She couldn't hold in the news anymore as she told him.

Logan perked one eyebrow up over the other as Rose told him that she had news to share with him. Before he could ask what that was, Rose told him, and immediately, his face lit up. He could not be more happy or proud of his twin sister. He instantly leapt out of his seat, practically knocking down everything in front of him as he ran over to tackle his twin sister with a great big hug. “Oh Rosie! I knew you could do it!” he shouted, squeezing Rose very tightly, almost suffocating her- just how their papa hugged. “My twin sis! Ravenclaw chaser! Papa’s gonna be so proud!” he told her.

Rose laughed as she watched Logan basically leap out of his seat and ran over to her, tackling her. He hugged just like their papa and she gave him a hug back. "Thanks bro! I can't wait to write to him and Dad" She said it that way because she still didn't want Allison to know about their dad teaching there.

Logan’s grin spread from ear to ear and was certainly contagious. Allison found it adorable to watch the interaction between the two siblings. Logan knew why Rose had said she’d have to write their papa AND dad, who they could tell directly, and nodded along. “Oh absolutely! They’re going to be so happy Rosie!” Logan said enthusiastically.

Rose nodded happily. "I know! I can't wait to tell them." She said, before she glanced up at the professors table. Their dad wasn't there so he should be in his office. "Hey uh Logan, do you mind taking a walk with me? I'm sorry Allison, I'll be back" She told her friend. She couldn't say that she wanted to check for Xavier in his office with her brother.

Allison looked over at Rose and gave her a pleasant smile with a nod as she requested to talk with her brother alone. She understood the close relationship between the twins and was more than okay with letting the two have their moment together. Logan and Rose shared something special, who was she to deny them that or get in the way of anything? “Of course! Take all the time you need! And again, congratulations!” Allison replied. Logan grinned and turned over to Kaleb, “Err, you don’t mind too much if I head out for a bit, do you?” he asked the Gryffindor boy.

Rose gave Allison a warm smile and nodded. "Thank you." She told her friend. Kaleb looked at Logan and smiled. "I don't mind at all. Take your time" Kaleb told him. Rose was happy to hear that and turned to Logan, ready to walk down the hall to their dad's office.

Logan smiled and nodded, grateful for Kaleb’s understanding. He then turned to his sister and followed her, knowing intuitively that she more than likely wanted to go talk to their dad and tell Xavier first hand the excellent news. Allison stayed back and decided to take a seat at the Slytherin table with Kaleb and make some idle chatter as they waited for the twins to come back.

Rose headed down the hallway, knowing that Logan was following her. She finally came to their dads office, and knocked on the closed door. A moment later she heard his voice. Xavier had been working on the next class session when he heard the knock. "Come in" He called out, and turned his head towards the door from where he sat at his desk. The door opened to reveal Rose with Logan behind her. "Hello you two, what's up?" He was a lot more casual with his kids in the office than when they were in the classroom.

Logan stuck close by to Rose and grinned eagerly as his sister knocked on the door to their father’s office. They didn’t have to wait too long because there was their dad, opening it and allowing them inside. Logan smiled excitedly in anticipation as he waited for his sister to tell Xavier of the good news. He’d let Rose say it, since it was her news. “Rosie’s got something to tell ya dad!” said Logan, bouncing a little bit, antsy.

Xavier had stood up from his desk and walked around it. He leaned against the dark wood desk and looked first at Logan then at Rose. "Is that so? What's up Rosie?" He asked with a smile. Rose bouncing on her heels and smiled. "I made the Ravenclaw Quidditch team as their new chaser!" She said with a wide smile. Xavier's eyes widened before he gave her a big hug for a moment before pulling away. "I knew you could do it sweetheart! I'm so proud of you." He told her with a proud smile.

Logan stood there happily, beaming with pride for his sister as she told their dad the good news. He watched as Xavier and Rose hugged and couldn’t help but smile. His heart was swelling with joy right now. “Wait till we tell papa!” he chimed in.

Rose nodded. "I can't wait to write to him!" She said with wide smile. Xavier chuckled. "He's going to be very very proud of you Rose." Xavier told her. Rose was so happy, and not only was she excited to write to her papa, but she was excited to play in general.

“Papa’s a chaser and now you are just like him too, Rose!” Logan said, clearly very excited, almost as if he had made the team himself. That was how close the two twins were. A win for one was a win for both, and vice versa. “Guess that means we’re Ravenclaw fans here now!” he giggled.

She nodded enthusiastically "I know! I'm so excited to play." She said with a smile. Then she nodded. "We are now!" Rose agreed. Xavier smiled watching the two of them. It was quite a sight sometimes just how close they were, but it was so nice to see.

Logan then quickly wrapped an arm around his sister, continuing to grin. “That’s my twin sis!” he said, proud of her and proud to be her brother. It was like he was showing off to their dad that indeed, he was related to Rose. He was incredibly happy for her and ready to continue to support her in her Quidditch endeavors.

Rose smiled, looking at Logan before looking at her dad, who still had that proud smile. Everything was perfect. Rose planned to send a letter to Aaron as soon as she got back to her dorm. Xavier saw that bond between the two, and it made him happy that they had each other as siblings.

“Oh uhh and dad? Not to take away from Rose’s moment here at all but uhh, how am I doing in charms? Good?” Logan asked curiously. Of course, like his dad, his grades in charms class were top notch. He was the best in his class in fact.

Xavier turned to look at Logan. "You are doing excellent in Charms. You are just like I was, top of the class. Did I ever tell you what I did before I became a professor?" Xavier asked him. Rose wasn't upset about the question, she was proud of her brother hearing him. Then she turned her attention to her dad, curious about the story.

“I don’t think you have, but papa’s always bragging for you about what a great charms student you were and how you helped him ever since first year, blah blah blah,” said Logan with a chuckle. “But wow really? I’m at the top of the class?” he said with an eager grin. “What did you do before become a a professor, dad? Like before we were born,” he asked. The two weren’t as familiar with the short but successful part of Xavier’s career that involved his time as a duelist.
