Fandom The Untold Stories of Hogwarts - 1x1 HP RP

Once they got to the castle, Rose got out of the carriage eager to begin their second year. She waited for Allison so they could walk in together. Kaleb followed after the girls, but waited for Logan, even if they would have to sit at their own house tables for dinner tonight.

Logan trailed after Kaleb as the two Ravenclaw girls walked together. The four entered the castle, and by now they knew the way to get to the Great Hall. Inside, many of the older students were filing in and getting ready for the sorting ceremony, sitting down at their house’s table. Allison looked to Rose and smiled, knowing she’d be following her to the Ravenclaw table. As for Logan, he knew this was where he needed to part form Kaleb, as he was a Gryffindor and Logan a Slytherin.

Kaleb noticed that Logan was trailing after him, and once they got into the Great Hall, he gave Logan a little side hug. "I'll see you after dinner mate" He said with a smile before making his way over to the Gryffindor table. He sat beside Alex, chatting with his roommate about his summer. Rose smiled, following Allison into the Great Hall and taking a seat at the Ravenclaw table.

Logan blushed initially as Kaleb gave him a little side hug, but he smiled and nodded at the Gryffindor boy. "Cya soon, mate," he replied. The two Ravenclaw girls took their seat amongst their housemates as more and more of the older students came filing into the Great Hall. Logan made his way over to the Slytherin table, sitting down. Before he knew it, he saw his roommate making his way over to sit down next to him. Their relationship was an odd one, but Logan being more comfortable being a Slytherin now, he felt he owed the boy an apology and a suitable friendship.

Rose sat down beside Allison as the other students made their way into the Great Hall. She looked around as the rest of the students all sat down and then new first years were brought in to be sorted and then they'd have dinner.

"Hullo mate!" said Gabe as he approached Logan. Logan mustered a soft smile for his roommate and nodded as he greeted him. "'Ello Gabe," he replied. He would've talked a bit more but everyone began to hush as the first years came filing in. The Sorting Hat was soon brought out as well as the stool. Logan remembered last year when he was in the very same position as those young eleven year olds. He was ready to welcome any new Slytherins with a warm embrace into the house of the serpent.

Rose watched as the sorting hat was brought out, and the stool. She remembered her own sorting last year and how excited she was to be placed in the same house as her best friend. Rose was really glad to have been put in Ravenclaw with Allison and she would welcome any first years into her house happily.

The sorting ceremony commenced and Logan would happily welcome any new Slytherin. Allison would do the same, clapping for each new Ravenclaw. Soon, all of the first years were sorted and it was time for the feast. As much as Logan loved the food here, and food in general, he couldn’t wait for it to be over so he could once again reunite with Kaleb. As for Allison, she was quite happy. She loved the food at Hogwarts and was glad to be able to share it next to Rose.

Rose happily welcomed any new Ravenclaw that had been sorted into their house. She was happy when dinner was served and loaded her plate as usual. Kaleb welcome any new Gryffindors to his house happily as well, before he started eating his own dinner, eager to see Logan again after.

Eventually, all of the students ate their food and the feast had come to an end. With full bellies, everyone got up and ready to go to their dormitories. Before that though, Logan wanted to have a brief word and wish his best friend good night before they parted ways and saw each other again tomorrow. Logan quickly made his way over to the Gryffindors and found Kaleb. Allison got up, feeling very full, and looked to Rose. “Tasted even better than last year! Don’t ya think?” she asked.

Kaleb had finished his food and stood up, looking for Logan who was already headed towards him. Kaleb smiled at the Slytherin boy as he came over. Rose nodded. "It actually did! I was very surprised." Rose agreed as she stood up from the table with a smile.

“Oi Kaleb!” Logan said, coming over to his Gryffindor buddy. “I’ll see you bright and early in the morning for breakfast and then classes, yea?” he asked him. “Food good?” he added. Logan knew he for sure enjoyed his meal. Allison giggled, “It must be magic!” she said. She then perked up as she heard their prefect calling for all Ravenclaws to follow them and head over to Ravenclaw Tower, as curfew was approaching and everyone had to be in bed soon.

Kaleb smiled, nodding. "I'll see you bright and early tomorrow morning!" He told Logan before nodding. "The food was great as always" Kaleb agreed. Rose laughed and nodded. "Must be!" She said with a smile. Rose heard the call for the Ravenclaws to follow and stood up to follow the others to Ravenclaw Tower as it was reaching curfew time.

“That’s good to hear mate,” said Logan with a soft smile and a nod. “And yea! Cya then!” he replied. With that, he parented ways from Kaleb and went to join the rest of his Slytherin housemates in making his way down to the dungeon to their dormitories. Allison let out a yawn, quickly covering her mouth. “Oh excuse me, sorry. Big meal, has me tired,” she said with a chuckle, beginning to feel sleepy, digesting a hearty turkey and mashed potato dinner. “I’m about to fall asleep, let’s head to the dorms,” she said as she and Rose began to make their way to Ravenclaw Tower.

Kaleb nodded and smiled. "Cya!" He said before he followed the rest of the Gryffindors to their dorms up in Gryffindor tower. Rose giggled at the yawn. "It's okay, I'm the same way!" She said with a smile. "Yes, let's dead to the dorms." Rose agreed, heading to the tower. Once there she changed into her pajamas and laid down. "I'm glad to be back here. I missed you." Rose told Allison.

The two Ravenclaw girls headed up to their dormitories and prepared to go to bed. After changing into her pajamas, it didn’t take Allison long at all to fall asleep. She had climbed into bed, groaning about a full belly, and the next thing she knew, she was knocked out. But before she had done so, she smiled softly, saying back how much she had missed Rose too. She was so happy to be back at Hogwarts once more. As for Logan, the boy went right down to the dungeons and to the Slytherin dorms as soon as he said his goodbyes to Kaleb, excited for another day of seeing Kaleb. By the time he reached his dorm room, Gabriel his roommate was already there. The two made some chatter before both changing into their pajamas, wishing each other a good night, and going to sleep. Digesting the big meal certainly did a lot to get Logan to sleep pretty much right away.

The first month back had been going well for Rose, she wasn’t doing horribly in classes. She spent a lot of her time with Allison as well. The brown haired girl enjoyed spending time with her best friend. Fortunately having her as a roommate just meant more time spent together. Rose had also been waiting for Quidditch Tryouts. She had decided to try out for chaser like her papa after a tough decision between that and seeker. It had been a rather long back and forth in her mind before she’d decided.

The wait was over now, the results had been posted that morning for the Quidditch teams and Rose was so excited she’d rushed through breakfast, though she waited for Allison to finish because she didn’t want to find out the results without her best friend beside her.

September went by with not a problem at all. Allison found it easier to adjust to the swing of things here at Hogwarts in her second year than the muggleborn girl did in their first. She was starting to enjoy and even understand her classes a bit more. But of course, if you asked her, the best part about Hogwarts was all the time she got to spend with her favorite person in the world and best friend, Rose. Being her roommate had its perks, meaning that they’d get to spend even more time together after classes and whatnot. It was safe to say that September passed by and went quite well. The orange leaves on trees outside signaled that they were well into autumn, as September said goodbye and October entered.

The month of September had been a pretty good one for Logan as well. His days both inside and out of class were spent by Kaleb’s side. They ate every meal together, sat in every class together, and even did a bit of studying together for their first exams. So far, Logan’s grades were looking outstanding. He was at the top of his class, particularly charms, just like his dad Xavier was in his day. On this particular October day, some potentially exciting or equally heartbreaking news was to be delivered.

Today, the results of October Quidditch tryouts for all four houses were to be posted. Of course, Logan knew his sister and Allison, her best friend, Rose, had been wanting to be on the Ravenclaw Quidditch team ever since first year. Obviously, she had tried out once the trials came around. Today they’d finally learn whether or not Rose had made the team. That morning, Allison and Rose were sharing breakfast together as they typically did. She couldn’t help but chuckle as Rose inhaled her breakfast. She didn’t typically eat like her twin brother usually did, so it was quite the sight. Clearly, she was excited, and who could blame her?

Allison herself tried to eat a bit faster, but was careful not to eat too quickly as she remembered the words of her mother not to eat so fast or she’d either choke or get a stomachache. Eventually Allison did finish her breakfast. She was pretty sure Rose would’ve liked to skip breakfast but Allison did say that they couldn’t really go through the day on an empty stomach. Once she was finished, she smiled. “Ok Rose, let’s go check it out,” said Allison as she got up.

Rose had been tempted to skip breakfast altogether but she listened to her best friend that it wouldn't be a smart idea to not eat that morning. It had made sense, she was just excited. Rose was happy to see that Allison had finished her breakfast and she got up quickly when Allison did and smiled. "Come on then!" She said excitedly, ready to go see.

Kaleb had, had a good first month of classes, and he had hung out with Logan as often as he possibly could. He enjoyed spending time with his best friend and he was excited to see him at breakfast today.

While Logan and Kaleb reconvened over breakfast, Allison and Rose took their leave after a quick meal. They headed to the courtyard where the results were to be posted. The two girls finally reached the area when the final teams were posted. Allison smiled and urged her friend on to go check the results.

Rose looked at Allison with a smile, before she rushed over to the results. Her eyes scanned the list before she saw it. Rose Hoskins-Collins -- Chaser and she felt the excitement radiate through her. She ran back to Allison with wide eyes and a happy smile. "I made it! I'm on the team!" She said happily.

Allison grinned, nodding at Rose and watching as she went over to check, anticipating hopefully good news. A quick positive reaction and turn around from Rose headed towards her way told her the news was great, and the verbal confirmation finalized it. Allison jumped up in the air and laughed as she held onto Rose’s arms with her hands. “Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes!” she shouted, “Yay Rose! I knew you could do it! I just knew it!” she said excitedly, so proud of her best friend.

The excitement from her friend made Rose even happier. She bounced on her heels in place as she looked at her friend. "I think it was all that positivity from the first year on that helped!" Rose said with an excited smile. "Thank you, I'm glad I have such an amazing cheerleader in my corner" Rose told her friend, her eyes shining with excitement.

“Oh nonsense! It was you who did all the work, girl! All you!” Allison said, with high praises for her bestie. “I’ll always cheer you on! No matter what, through good and through bad, through loss and through wins!” she assured Rose.

Rose blushed and smiled. "I think I had some help from my cheerleader" She said. "I'm glad I have you to cheer me on through everything" Rose admitted, and she was being honest. She was so thankful to have Allison.
