He looked at it with his eyebrows furrowed. "First, why are you reading a Spanish book. And second, what the hell is this?"

"First, I'm bored. Second, I honestly don't know. I think it's English, just very sloppy." Chel said repeating Kaden's tone. She looked at it while it was still in his hands.

He playfully rolled his eyes and looked at it. "I wonder what it says.."

Chel smiled. "Let's find out!" She shoved the book in his face. She howled with laughter. She even fell on the floor.

He glared at her as she fell on the floor. He grabbed the book from the floor and dusted it off sarcastically. "Weirdo." he mumbled before opening it back up.

"That was hilarious!" Chel laughed once more. She stood up and brushed herself off. Rejoining Kaden, she looked back into the book. After a few minutes of studying, she made up a theory. "What if they're a code? I see some numbers... '97 p2'... Flip to page 97."

"um, okay." He flipped through it a bit. He studied the pages, then tilted it a bit so Chel could see.

"'P2'... Paragraph 2..." Chel took the book from his hands and pulled a stray paper from the table to her. She circled the page number and went back to the page in code. "'S4w3'... Hmm... Sentence 4 word 3!" She flipped back and found the word. "The word's 'the'..." She write the word on the paper.

He chuckled at how intrigued Chelsea was. "What's next?" He asked, smirking.

Chel smiled. She flipped back to the code. "'47647'... Guessing on the pattern of the first one..." She flipped to the page and followed the basis of the last. "The next word is 'love'..." Chel blushed slightly and wrote it down.

"...the love?" He said questionably. "Oh, cause that makes sense." He leaned back in his chair, resting his hands behind his head.

"There's a lot more so it's probably a quote or something." Chel suggested. She did this a few more times until the whole message was revealed. "'The love I have for you is unbearable to retain.'" She blushed deeper. "Whoever wrote this obviously had a lover."

"Yeah, he seemed, or she seemed, to be quite the passionate poet." He closed his eyes for a moment before opening them and looking at Chel. "You look like a tomato." He commented, chuckling.

Hachi finished grabbing some other miscellaneous things from the truck, including two grenades since they might come in handy sometime. Now, that he'd gotten everything he wanted. Hachi rigged the remote detonated c4 to blow up the truck and it's remaining contents. The only reason he was rigging the truck to blow was so no one could grab the spare weapon and ammo as well as the explosives. That and the truck was too big and loud for Hachi's taste. He'd also left the spare shotgun, two ak47's and a 9mm pistol simply because while the weapons would be good to have for a group, it would only slow him down so he took only the ammo for the pistol.


However, Hachi didn't just plan on blowing it. No, he would only blow it if the armed men came to retrieve it. Other then that he didn't care if survivors found it. Hachi went into the nearest house that was two houses down from the one the military assaulted. Ensuring no one was in the house and barricading some of the windows, Hachi sat in a bedroom in the upstairs of the house. The window there let him have a vantage point to watch the street for movement while he lit a candle to read through the files on whatever the thing in the truck was supposed to be.


Hachi didn't even read halfway down the first file's page before realizing that the military were far crueler than any killer would/could ever be. In fact, at that moment he wondered which was worse. Professional Killers, who more often than not killed people quickly and painlessly so as to avoid the target screaming or calling for help or, the current military that could subject you to slow painful and gruesome deaths and either hide their acts or say "its for the sake of a cure".


Hachi read the rest of the files and despite his normally blank face not changing a bit, he could feel anger stirring inside himself. His eyes didn't show his anger either, the only way one could tell Hachi felt anything from the horrors the files contained was by having a keen enough eyes to see his body had stiffened.

Bailey woke, her mouth dry and her stomach rumbling. She got up and went down stairs. She saw Chel and Kaden waved to them and got out a bag of turkey jerky and a bottle of Gatorade, and began to eat.

THEY couldn't have got in this is a manor its protected. she slowly got up pushing the covers lifting her night gown , she started packing her thing stuff like jewelry ,money even though the worlds chaos right now it might come in handy taking night gowns and shoes,boots,flats. she quickly got undressed and threw on a jacket green shirt with mid sized pants

finally done she goes through the back door located in her room that leads her to the kitchen she got was she needed and put it in her large backpack ...she then realized something when she heard parking blade oh no "blade ! blade" blade came out of the living room running he jumped up in her arms she ran through the back door and sprinted to god knows where. she's been walking for miles. still carying blade she suddenly she spotted a truck far of into the distance an ran to it almost touching it she stopped " should i ...no i'll ask the owner of that house if its his" there was a house sure it was bruised but still , she went inside and set blade on the floor "hello. .. i-is anybody here! i say your truck!" sighing delphi started looking around while screaming 'hello!' her dog was also barking.

Hachi stepped up behind the girl who'd put down a dog. He had been hiding in a shadowed corner after seeing her from the upstairs bedroom window where he'd been staring at the files retrieved from the truck still unable to believe what they contained. "who sent you?" he asked hold a knife point to to girl's throat. His days of being a professional killer started to come back and it showed only in the way he moved and talked. It was clear to anyone he was used to killing with his blank face and cold eyes. The dog didn't concern him.

Delphi was confused who sent her "uh . . . um the zombies , hey ! let go of me i just came to ask about your truck by the way i think the zombies followed me here ." she started to struggle in the guys grip "Please let me go." blade seeing his master struggle and in danger started barking .
