As far as I am aware you would roleplay your meetings with others in the open along with everything else. It's not exactly a secret that people may/will team up. Keeping it secret OOC isn't particularly important either.

Personally, I would do it all the same. I don't care if anyone knows what my plans are though, so I suppose that isn't quite relevant to your own concerns. I suppose you could talk with people about what you intend to do and allude to it in some way with your post without giving any specifics?
