maggie's dad very much did instill a storytelling streak in her so she would be talking in very much the same tone she'd normally reserve for talking about history, so i don't blame him for taking it seriously

I almost imagine at this point Mickey liking and being able to tolerate Alek even more than Billy

I think for sake of tragedie I think her sister would have gotten totally fucked over by the boyfriend and be living in the trailer park, totally a change of pace from how they grew up and stuff!

HONESTLY i not only love that song but i looked up the genius for it and the guys were like 'yeah we wanted to do a really silly boppy pop song that's fun, because we're known as the gloomy shit' and I figured that that was also a good metaphor for Chels as well.
- Absolutely vibes with Mickey. A guy like that she's like 'Guys, but it's Mickey' in the sense of a proper noun with will admiration. They got similar positive dispositions too so she'd prob enjoy being around him, especially at parties. I do like their inverted goals; whereas Mickey wants to leave and then come back, Chel wants to leave and is unable to, essentially. Good sense of conflict perhaps!!

For Billy if this isn't clear LOL -> I threw Chel in the writing club and a Film club because I saw some other people so he's def one of the ones she's prob like, keen to vibe with if he'd open up? In a sense? She gets the rough upbringing a lot, not to the degree of his, but they've def both been through the wringer. His personality leaves her going 'ehhh my man absolutely open up your mind to the beauty in how fucked up the world is'

Jenny works with troubled kids so she'd def be like accidentally singling in on Mickey if she saw him and maybe knew that he was struggling? not just showing up out of nowhere, but ya know, def some smokes

Looking into his sheet, I do feel like Aleks is more likely to be open but it does depends a lot on what happens and such, he's pretty sensitive but he could also feel safe with Billy, seeing a bit of his brother in him

Also, I feel like Nicole could definitely have an interesting dynamic with Aleks, while he's for sure wary of her, his supply might be running out or they get a chance to interact, a shadow of the Dunne/Herrington friendship on the past

to be fair it'd probably be a little bit of her dad and a little bit of her general vibe

also some backstory regarding maggie's own family:
she was born in newby, but her dad's from ohio. a somewhat celebrated historian and writer, he's always been a bit isolated, and maggie doesn't see her extended family often except for her cousin emmett, who lives a few towns over and is going to trade school to become a metalworker, and her aunt eleanor, who lives nearby and works as a holistic health practitioner. her mom and dad got divorced when she was little, but she has a stepmother - victoria, a local bartender who's often busy with work but gets along pretty well with her.

also she FIRMLY believes her house is haunted by the ghost of a 1940s private detective named martin white.

Nanami wasn't hurt in the Massacre or anything, the worst she got was one of the victims dying in her arms. I wouldn't say that Nanami was much of a bully, however. But I'd love to work something out, get the ball rolling for one of my girls.
