Idk how to explain but I get the vibes that Rod and Billy would get along amazingly, but that Rod and Mickey would definitely clash heads. Maybe even some rivalry between him and Rod ever since he got injured could be interesting to play off of.

I got the vibe that he could be friends with Mickey because of the football team thing, but now I'm thinking about it and I see what you mean. They have almost opposite backstories, since one of them was rich and got poor and the other was poor and got rich. Definitely some rivalry could happen.

I just read Billy's sheet now, but yes, I think maybe they could really get along. Still, I supposed the three of them would be at the same place at the same time often, since Billy would be friends with both of them.

while I do feel like Aleks will prob interact more in the RP itself rather than beforehand, it's not impossible for him to have some relations that get more developed as the anniversary gets closer lmao

I think that would be a fascinating dynamic. Billy, Rod, and Mickey as a dynamic duo, but with Mickey heavily resenting Rod. Just some suggestions if you'd wanna go with the rivalry; what if the school Rod's hoping to go to is the same school as Billy? or maybe Rod took Mickey's position after his injury, or even Rod was supposed to block the lineman that tackled Mickey during the game but slipped up, leading to his injury.

Oh totally. That's also my intention with the Billy character. He's kind of a great equalizer who'd be able to reach out to everyone, including the reclusive kids like Aleks and Maggie. I also definitely see him as the type of guy Nicole would hang out with. themagnoliaofutah temporarybliss

she'll definitely be grateful for the interaction, although getting her to admit she needs to socialize more would be like herding cats. although if he's willing to listen to her ramble about cryptids and european folk tales, she might be a bit more enthusiastic!

I'm in love with the idea of Billy and Maggie sitting together in whatever class they have together and Billy listening to Maggie talk about cryptids, being absolutely fascinated and convinced 100% that they're real

maggie's dad very much did instill a storytelling streak in her so she would be talking in very much the same tone she'd normally reserve for talking about history, so i don't blame him for taking it seriously
