Uh, actually I'm going to wait a bit to post in the main thread. I've read nearly all the posts leading up to the current situation and can't parse what is going on or where most people are. It seemed like Xayah was in the throne room, but then some demon guy was there with a knife, and now some general of the avatar of chaos has come out of a red portal saying that all mortals within the town are to be enslaved except the duke. At this point I would just be writing some random action scene that I don't know the stakes of.
