Fantasy MoonSpell Academy For Supernaturals (Open!)

"Oh, uh... I just normally find it difficult to sleep... especially seeing as I slept recently. It seems my nap in the library was an exception, heh." Reagis let out the uncharacteristic found of amusement, deliberately neglecting to mention the nightmares that plagued him. He pulled his hands back into his sleeves, sitting down against a tree opposite the one Solana was leaning against, fidgeting with his hands as he broke his eye contact with her uncomfortably.

(Just tag me anyway. I like to know what's goin on. We gonna Timeskip now?)

"Oh, I see.." She didn't notice his hesitance, merely nodding sleepily.

After a while longer, the angel scooted down the trunk of the tree, sitting on the dirty, leaf-coated ground. Gradually, she dozed off, a thin string of drool hanging from her lip.

((Perhaps one more reply, @ResonantStorm ))

Reagis laughed softly as Solana slid down the tree and slept, closing his own eyes to at least try and sleep. There was no harm in trying, was there? And he was tired - even if he didn't sleep, this... well, he supposed it could be considered medication... would at least help.

@katrash @Otakubeats ((Commence Timeskip))

It was morning, and the sun shone through the treetops down into the area where the three companions lay. Solana was still dozing, not one for waking up early. Her clothes were rumpled and dirty, several leaves in her hair. Sometime in the middle of the night, her gryphon had curled up against her, cooing and chirping softly.

Reagis awoke from an unexpected, but welcome, sleep, shivering slightly in the cool air. Mornings in Britain where always cold, one way or another. At least it wasn't raining.

Quietly standing, Reagis looked at Solana, almost reaching out a hand to wake her, before stopping himself. No, she needed the sleep. Instead, Reagis turned his head to the trees where Laurence had vanished the night before. Was he awake now?

(This is before Reagis woke)
Laurence climbed down from the tree, quietly walking a bit away. He kneeled by a small stream, drinking a bit of the water. He then took stock of his injuries, hissing as he noticed the sickly color they'd taken on. 'Infection.' He pulled on his jacket, and it did well enough too hide their ill appearance.

Hearing the crunching of leaves as her warlock friend came near, she scrunched up her face in distaste. Wincing at the sunlight, the blonde blinked open her eyes. "Ghh..?" She was in a half-asleep fog, trying to make sense of her surroundings.

@ResonantStorm @Otakubeats

"Morning, Solana." Reagis stretched, stiff from having slept on the rather solid ground. "I hope you slept well." Just as Reagis finished stretching, Laurence walked into the clearing. "Oh, hi Laurence. How did you sleep?" In the light of day, rested and awake, Reagis felt far more positive than he had just a few short hours ago.

Laurence quickly put on his usual mask of cheery neutrality. "Fine. You? It sounds like you slept well."

She stretched, rising groggily. Licking her dry lips, Solana smiled sleepily. "Morning, Reagis. Laurence." Her gryphon let out an annoyed squeak as she moved, feathers ruffled.

"Yup, surprisingly well. And how are you, Laurence? Feeling better?" Reagis turned to look at Solana, who was slowly standing. "Good to see that you're up, sleepyhead." He smiled teasingly at her, before taking a few steps in the direction of the shapes he'd marked in the ground the night before, pushing soil over them with one of his shoes.

"Yea. The rest helped." Laurence easily lied through his teeth, his demonic blood made it easy. He didn't like lying but he didn't need them worrying. If he was honest with himself, he felt horrible. His injuries felt like fire and overall he just felt sick. He still kept his easygoing composure, not revealing any of these issues. Unless someone had mind reading abilities, then know one would know.

Solana was too sleepy to notice Lawrence's troubles. She arose slowly, pulling a leaf from her hair. Wincing at the noise it made, crackling, the angel shook her head in an effort to dislodge the dry fronds. She wasn't very successful, it seemed she'd have to wait until they reached town to tidy up. Besides, if anything, she was the best off healthily out of the trio, so she had no right to complain.

Rolling her eyes at Reagis, she mumbled. "I have a name, you goof."

"Morning Solana."

"Goof?" A confused expression flashed momentarily over Reagis' face, before he he decided that, based on the context, it was probably some form of lighthearted insult. "Well, I say we should get going again. If you're both up for it, that is." Reagis glanced at Laurence, trying to assess how badly he felt this morning. He seemed fine. No point in worrying unnecessarily, he told himself.

@katrash @Otakubeats

Solana rubbed at her eyes for a moment before nodding. "Mmm, yup.." She stretched, looking around for a moment. "It'll be nice to get something to eat, I'm starving.." Her gryphon chirped in response, scampering up her pajamas to sit on her shoulder.

@ResonantStorm @Otakubeats

"Well then, I guess we should get going. After all, none of us have any food, and town's probably the best place to get it." Reagis started out in the direction that he was pretty sure the town was in. Had it been this way, he wondered, glancing back to see if Solana and Laurence were following him.

Laurence followed, suppressing the pain he felt with each step. They didn't need to be out here any longer and he didn't want them worrying. The infection was quickly spreading, and it left him feeling a bit feverish. He didn't let it show, keeping his facade up.

Solana followed Reagis slowly, suppressing a yawn. No time for sleeping in, town really was the best place to be. After all, what if then gunmen from the school were in the forest? The blonde pushed the thought from her mind, deciding it'd be better to focus on the positive and not worry.

Laurence walked slowly behind.

Reagis slowed down slightly, waiting for Solana to catch up with him, before matching her pace, giving her a concerned glance before addressing her quietly. "Solana, are you okay? I don't think you told me what was wrong with you last night... I mean, if I'm pushing it then tell me and I'll let it go, but..." Reagis looked away from her momentarily, scanning the trees around them before glancing back at Laurence, who seemed to be doing fine.

@katrash @Otakubeats

"Last night..?" She looked a little confused, and after a moment of thinking it through, nodded. "Ah.." Scratching the back of her neck a little awkwardly, the angel glanced over at her warlock companion. "I was just tired, like I said. Some sleep did me good, but-" As if on cue, her stomach growled. "Haha, some food would help.."
