Tenfold Rocky Paths is a scholar from Mahalaka. He hopes to eventually create an education system that is not reliant on exalts, one robust enough to survive a disaster like the Usurpation or Great Contagion. He is very much a part of Raksi's Cult rating. He is not a crafter, and his combat suite is based on brawl rather than anything formal (Morning sometimes nags him to learn a proper MA style).

Morning and Rocky met a while back on Silver Pact business, and hit it off, but at the moment Rocky is off doing other things at Raksi's behest. Feel free to bring him back into her life whenever.

Hmm. So it might be said that it had become far less tolerant, and when it stamped out some of the sorcery and spirits that did not fall under Dynast control, then it became a much less tolerant place for rogue mysticism.

As such, someone going to far with it might be hunted down to be made an example of.
