IMHO, if any of your characters actually manage to kill The Austrander and/or expunge him in any tangible and genuinely irreversible way from the LIMITLESS universe, it's not going to stop me from using him in other RPs. I'm having too much fun drawing pictures of him.
Also, I think the only reason there's even a debate about "how to pick winners" is because of the competitive element. Obviously some of us don't fit into that category, and there's nothing wrong with that. There's also nothing wrong with wanting to compete, in fact there's a whole genre of competitive creative writing that's been going strong for at least two decades (it's called "e-fedding" and some fed-handlers even give prizes for it).
I'd therefore implore everyone to think of @SachiGrl 's statement as a cerebral thought exercise rather than a personal attack. We've got some time before things get started to really make our desires and expectations clear, and I hope I speak for everyone when I say that craving different things creatively is precisely why sites like RPNation exist (and also why they have all these separate subforums, natch...)
