She was here earlier, but some creep stole her. I want all units out searching. Leave a few of the nurses to tend to the wounded." The sharks nodded in unity before the water carried them back out, leaving the floor perfectly dry.

The One was reminded suddenly of another girl, older, that He had helped once before. He liked young girls, especially orphans, and would sometimes even go as a human, meeting some, even adopting some. This particular girl was so special to Him that He gave her the power of controlling flame, given her firey temper. She used it for good, but eventually descended into fear after she killed an innocent on accident. The now woman gave her powers back, refusing to risk the lives of the innocent, and instead raises a family. Yet the woman's gift travelled through generations, plaguing the whole family tree. The One both loved and hated that memory.
