Fandom Fate/Drifters ooc

Welp, because Bandit's a little shit (seriously, it's ENTIRELY his fault), Vita's a psychic instead of a mage. Because apparently espers are a thing in Fate.

Hey ya'll.

Currently we have 2 Berserkers, a Caster, a Rider, a Lancer, an Assassin, and two Masters. I have no intention of waiting until 14 Masters and 14 Servants show up before we start this rp (that just means I'll never start). However, I will wait for players that have expressed an interest in joining. For now that's ( cojemo cojemo , Mistahh Mistahh , Birdsie Birdsie , Gundam Watcher 27 Gundam Watcher 27 ). If I missed anyone, please let me know.

Masters get to choose their character's faction or have me (the caretakers) choose their character's side for them. If you like, you may roll for a Servant form the current pool or wait for a much bigger to choose from (you can even discuss among the current players and if both parties agree to it, I'll allow the pairing.) I'm going to start working on the IC thread...soon (no rush or anything tho since we are still waiting on a couple of people). The reason is that I want to get a drifters vibe going. Not everyone is going to be appearing at the same time imagine the craziness of 28 people posting all at once. Masters don't need to have summoned a Servant yet to post. However, all Servants need to have a Master before they can post (either player or npc).

We must create drama before it starts, and for very petty things!

I guess given the lack of much Master response I should just take it we will need Masters and make a Master character as well. Not doing it last minute also means I can not just rush and reuse an earlier sheet. I'd feel bad if I did that! *Hides old Lancer sheet to the side*

For now, I want players to focus on the story of one character. Might allow more later especially if players are willing to kill off their first character.

YOU'RE NOT THE BOSS OF ME! I'll play like 10 characters now in rebellion and you can't stop me!

Players can make as many npcs as they want (civilians, supports, etc). However, please be aware that these characters have no plot armor...especially if they choose to involved themselves in the Grail War.

Basically me:

Mom can you give me money for Assassin
To buy Regend?
Yeeees.
Actually buys Hassan-i-Sabbah like a boss
zabaniya time

I've put all Servants/Masters who've indicated a preference in their desired slot for now. For those who haven't indicated one, know that you are likely going to end up in the light faction for the sake of convenience. Though I may change my mind.

Quite possibly the weakest physically
Parameters:
Strength: C
Endurance: C

The blatant lie of him being weak physically aside, these stats for Simo Hayha (or any Assassin-class) is blasphemy. These are Knight Class category stats, smh. Not to mention that an A-rank NP for a Heroic Spirit Wraith from the WW2 period is pure heresy when Mystery build-up can't happen.

Then again GM approved of it, so I can't argue. *shrug*

As far as the dozens of Simo Hayha sheets I've seen over my time on this site go, this one is C-rank, because Simo isn't a genderbent saberface.

My~A servant's identity has been discovered already? I'm clearly going to have to watch my back with this one.

The laws of mystery can be fudged with a bit this time because this clearly isn't a regular grail war and the power that supports the Servants isn't so much the grail, but the Caretakers'. I'll let things slide for the not so old Servants so long as it's not too unreasonable. That and my knowledge of the Naruverse is severely limited.

You say that as if there wasn't a Simo Hayha for every single Fate RP that exists. Once I see anything that seems to indicate that the person is a sniper, the identity is apparent. I think I've seen more versions of Simo Hayha for Fate RPs than I've seen Saberfaces in the Fate canon, period.

It's kind of like the oatmeal of every Fate RP, to the point where rather than be surprised by it, I just compare the Simo Hayhas of today to the Simo Hayhas of the past.

Eeeeh, not really, I wouldn't say. Mystery is pretty hard-set, but hey, your roleplay.

What I'm saying is that, even in an irregular Holy Grail War, where Servants get support from what I assume are manifestations of Gaia and Alaya (not sure what the Caretakers are, really, but this seems like the best assumption to me,) Mystery levels aren't affected in anyway, since Mystery comes from the Root.

Interesting. I've clearly not been in very many Fate rps (I can count the number on a single hand), but good to know. Wouldn't want to do what everyone else is doing^^

Bullsh*t cosmic beings that I've made up for the sake of making a grail war.

They're essentially gm-lvl characters~

Where did they come from? Why are they dipping their fingers in Gaian affairs? Doesn't the planet have anything to say about this? Why aren't any of the Ultimate Ones eating them? So many questions about this.
