Fantasy Dragon's Roar 3: Rise of The Dark Arts ( Finished )

"How did she do that to your face?" Raven was repelled by it but didn't show it. She was already pushing her luck with the question. She felt like she would kill her for no reason at all.
Hekate wasn't trying to get him killed and she wasn't hiding dangerous information. She was no longer helping this child. He could assume whatever he wanted to and be an ass all he liked. She would have no part of it. She was done helping him with his piss poor attitude.
(alright light I see how it is) Fahy sighed in frustration and turned to walk away. Once he sat next to Dru he looked at him and was about to speak before he could say anything Dru smacked him in the back of his head then returned to his book not even stopping to scold his brother. Some part of him wanted to agree with Hekate and she had a few decent points but Fahy did too and he was surprised to see Hekate turn to stone so quickly but then again she was a goddess after all and they were known to be a little petty. All in all Dru wanted to stay out of it until he knew he could do something to make Hekate understand as well as help Fahy learn some things.

"Well Alpha my name is Sierra. We're headed to California. I have a job to do... gotta catch somebody before they reach the state of California." Sierra seemed to be going extremely fast. There was nothing but road, cars, and desert.
"Well... Who are you?" Raven expected her to lash out and most likely kill her, but she had to ask.
If Alpha had a physical body at the moment, he would have frowned at Sierra's words. "Fuck," he growled. "I need to reconnect with the other fragments of my soul."

Raven was overstepping her bounds by a bit, but rather than leaping over the line like she had before, she was more toeing the line, testing the waters, and the woman, willing to humour the girl, allows it. She crosses the room as she stares down the girl, "One version of her has this magic that eats away anything it comes in contact with, and my face was unfortunately in the range of the blast. It ate right down to the bone, and the fact I was able to reconstruct the muscle and skin is nothing short of a miracle," She runs her fingers along her jaw, feeling the roughened skin and closing her eyes as if she were reimagining it, "Sometimes, I can still feel it burning across my skin."
"It ate all the way down to the bone?" She whispers to herself. Raven realizes that she's never fully introduced herself. "My name is Raven... my brothers name was Justin. That was until." Raven bites her lips to the point in which they almost bleed. Raven knew she hated Dragon's Roar. They were most likely the ones who had his brother get shot. She was going to kill them if it was the last thing she did. She knew this woman could help her if she would allow it. "I'd like to learn from you. As your apprentice."

( Fahy completely disrespected and insulted her when she's done nothing but try to help him. He keeps asking her for help and she keeps telling him why she refuses to for his own safety until he learns necromancy isn't a game. If he really wants to go down that route don't expect her to help any longer. I don't see how that makes her a bitch. Celtic, Jackie does the same thing with Isabel but I don't hold it against her as a character because she yells at Isabel for disciplinary reasons. Hekate is my favourite Greek goddess since she's one of the few who go help mortals, monsters, and Gods for a simple act of kindness. But there's a limit to all of that when the people you're trying to help are doing nothing but insulting you, assaulting you, and treating you like an actual child. Even though she is one physically she's not one mentally. Since she arrived she wasn't even given a normal greeting. She was called Henta-... you know the word. But people have their opinions so I'll just leave it at that. )

"Where are the rest of your pieces?" Sierra finally sees her target and speeds up. Once she was directly behind them she pulls out her chain from the magic bag. She uses her free hand two swing it above her head, with the flick of her wrist. The whip connects with the back of the sports car, the tip lodges into the back of the car. Nemesis mist envelops the wheels of her bike and starts to move forward on its own. She ties her end to the whip to the handles of her bike and jumps up on the seat. "I can't believe they haven't noticed me yet." She starts to tightrope across the whip until the reaches the car. Her whip and bike are completely covered in Nemesis mist and fade away. She lays down on the roof of the car as the driver starts to take notice of her presence. While the target was trying to shake her off, Sierra pulls out her daggers and stabs it into her shirt down by her waist. Which also goes down into the roof of the car, slightly nailing her down. She also makes sure to nail down her pants as well. In case they shot at her, she always has a custom bullet proof vest on. After several seconds, Sierra pulls out her gunblade and plunges it into the car, apparently stabbing someone inside. Once she's nearly hilt deep she pulls the trigger and shoots that same person. "I don't have time for this. I have other things to do tonight." She starts to cut the lid of the car off with her blade while it's still deep in a square fashion. She tries to cut around herself but most of the daggers hinder arm movement. What she had so far was good enough. She puts away her gunblade and pulls out her sniper rifle after waiting a few seconds. It seemed like forever though. The part she cut free was starting to raise up like a can of sardines, just a lot less curly. With the wind pushing against her the roof starts to rise up and peel off the rest of the car. "I only have one shot at this, literally. Wish me luck Alpha." Once the roof completely rips off she starts to flip through the air. She had merely seconds before she hit the ground and she was still nailed to the roof. She was able to process a lot each time she was facing the cars direction. She knew exactly where to aim, once she leveled out as if she were laying on the roof in the mid air. Sierra aims exactly where she knew she should based off of the drivers location she's burned into her mind from the previous glances. Everything seems to move in slow motion for her as she fires, hitting the back left tire instead.

Sierra can feel the air being knocked out of her lungs and the burning heat from friction as she slams into the road and the roof of the car skids against it. The car on the other hand spins out of control and flips off of the road. Once Sierra stops sliding across the road, she removes the daggers immediately and steps off of the road. She winces as she rubs her hands along the painful areas on her torso. "Shit! That sucked... I can't wait to kill this idiot." Sierra puts the sniper rifle away in the magic bag and approaches the car. The driver was sprawled on the ground outside the car as if they flew out the windshield. "Oh! Lucky days, you're still alive." She pulls out the fragment of Alpha. "You know... you're pretty sharp. Mind helping me?"

"My other fragments appear to be on their way to the Arctic Circle," Alpha said in response to her question. As Alpha watched Sierra's ordeal through her eyes, he had to admit, she was rather skilled. As Sierra went about her business, Alpha went about on cooking up something with the little power that this soul fragment had.

"You know...you're pretty sharp. Mind helping me?"

"If I must," Alpha replied, however this time, Alpha's voice wasn't in her head. Alpha's body shimmered into existence next to Sierra, arms crossed over his chest, and a frown on his face as he looked at the shorter woman with dull red eyes.

"Damn.... that's pretty far. I don't know man, I'll try to get as close as I can but unless I get a contract down there then I really don't know if I can." She walks over to her target and stabs the fragment into their neck. She takes a picture and sends it to her client, who sends her money from their account to hers. "Arctic Circle right?" She looks up at Alpha as her bike appears.

Alpha sighs. "If you can get me to the Arctic Circle and reunite me with my other fragments, I will pay you five-hundred million US dollars," he said. From the tone of his voice, it sounded like half a billion dollars was pocket change. "Is that acceptable?"

"Yeah that should be enough." Sierra gets on her bike and puts the fragment back in her magic bag. "So are you going away or are you going to ride with me?"

"If I was able to construct this body correctly, I should be able to ride with you," he replied, getting on the back of the bike. Only to phase right through it. "Fuck," he grumbled, standing back up, and standing still. After a few moments, he went to get on the bike once more, and this time, it appeared that his body was solid, as he didn't fall through. "Let's go."

"Mind playing 21 questions to ease the whole painful journey?" Sierra takes off down the road as if she didn't just kill someone. She was going much faster than usual and at some points she enveloped them in Nemesis mist and had them appear far in front of where they previously were. "You can ask the first question."

Her eyes snap open, piercing in the dark of the room. "You seem to think that you're worthy. I know none of your capabilities, nor your magic. Explain why I should teach you my secrets, Raven."

Isaac wasn't feeling the greatest, he'd just learned that the entire world hated him and his friends for absolutely nothing, not the best thing to hear about. Isaac needed somebody to talk to, so he went over and sat by the cocoon saying. "Hey Isabel how have you been?" (@Light )

@Light[/URL] )
Isabel could actually hear Isaac. His voice sounded faint but now that she had most of her memories back she could at least sculpt a vision of him in her head. She was in the form of Apex and was starting to gain consciousness again. She barely let's out a weak groan, which was so quiet she couldn't hear it all too well. Her body was slightly aching as she tried to move. Her muscles were pretty weak from the lack of usage but it didn't stop her from feeling the Dragon scale cocoon around her. She eyes slowly started to close as she was pulled into an unconscious state again.

"My brother is dead and I only have Dragon's Roar to blame. Even if they're destroyed I won't have anything else left in life. I need to find purpose beyond revenge. I was hoping you could help with that."

Isaac continued to talk, saying. "I'm not feeling the greatest, so I was hoping talking to you would cheer me up." Which it did, Isaac was feeling better now that he was talking to Isabel. "You know what Isabel? I would never have thought when I joined the guild that i'd have so much fun, but I have and your to thank for it, without you none of this would have been possible."

Inside of Isabel's mind all the personalities were in a frenzy. Except Apex was the only one who could hear Isaac since she had the body.

"You're killing me Isaac, that's so sweet of you! It makes me feel bad I left that first time... but I know you all had my back completely with the deity realm in my absence. I wonder... what do you look like now? What do I look like?" Apex knew he couldn't hear her but it didn't stop her from talking back. It was better than listening to Dark have an emotional breakdown, Witch speaking in different languages, Julius encouraging it, Origin being unable to get her bearings, Royal screaming in frustration and confusion over where she is and where Felix is, Sanctum was a problem by itself, as well as Carnage Magic screaming at Dark to shut up.

Isaac laughed at himself bit, he was being such a sap but he kept talking anyway saying. "When you wake up if you have any questions don't be afraid to ask, i'll always be here to help you no matter what."

"That's very nice of you Isaac. You don't have to try so hard for me Isaac. I can't wait to see you all again, especially grandma, Julie, and my kids! Well... technically Dark's. I can't help but think about why you're being so nice. It's not like I'm dying..n If anything I'm getting better." That's when it hit her. Panic as well as relief hit her in a wave as her words played through her mind again. She was going to wake up. Apex knew from her going in and out of consciousness but now that she said it herself it felt real. "I'm going to wake up. GIRLS WE'RE GOING TO WAKE UP!" Apex was going through a fit of emotions.

"Well, I hope you can hear what i'm saying, I miss you and I hope you wake up soon." With that Isaac was finished, he'd said what he wanted to say and he felt alot better.

"Oh... that type of I got killed." Sierra continues on down the road without answering the question. She wasn't sure if she should since it was personal. A sigh escapes her lips because she knows she has to answer anyways. "To take care care of pops and my own needs. Also to fund my families research. Since my cousins Mist and Sonter are incapable of doing shit right." Sierra was slightly irate with the both of them. She decides to put that behind her and focus on the game. "Tell me about this best friend of yours."
