Fantasy Dragon's Roar 3: Rise of The Dark Arts ( Finished )

Tereus read the situation fairly quickly, Alpha was a lot of things but not a liar. In a split second Tereus appeared at Isaac's side his golden eyes evaluating Alpha's heat, "Isaac...he's not lying.....we're going to have to fight him.... If you have a problem with it step down, because personally...." Tereus paused his whole form melting away and replaced by a familiar face...Fayde "-I don't."

Alpha smiles sadistically, holding his arms out to the sides, as if asking to be hit. "Come. Show me just what you've got."

The ground around Fayde's feet exploded in pillar of a pitch black energy unlike a hey had previously encountered. The power wasn't just large but thick layered so much that it was almost suffocating. Fayde's amethyst eyes glowed with rage, "Isaac, I'm more suited to match him with power, but you are incredibly fast. I am quite proud of your development...use your strengths, take openings and exploit weaknesses. We will bring him down to his knees, he will pay for taking Auriel from me!" Fayde's voice was calm but thick with malice, and in the following instant Fayde was directly in front of Alpha his fist midswing and a massive amount of power engulfing it. "I'll sou one better Alpha, and show you more."Fayde made it clear that ihewas not going to take it easy on Alpha for any reason....not until he was satisfied.

(Literal grudge match, Auriel will be avenged and I finally get to display some of Fayde's power. *claps excitedly*)

Alpha smiles as he takes the punch, being sent smashing through the wall of a nearby building. Moments after Alpha smashed through the wall, the entire building exploded. Emerging from the flames, Alpha removed his tattered and burnt cloak, tossing it to the side. With a roar, Gamma dashed at Alpha, his large fanged jaws open wide and ready to take a bite out of-

*SQUELCH*

Alpha raised his arm into the air, and Gamma, impaled on Alpha's hand, raised with it. Flicking his arm to the side, Gamma's corpse slid off, thumping onto the ground in a puddle of flaming blood. In Alpha's hand was Gamma's still beating heart.

Fayde watched unfazed by Alpha's slaughter of Gamma, instead letting it feel him his face took on a crooked smile. "Didn't you wonder where all the power around my fist went?" Fayde snapped and another explosion rocked the entire block the black energy lashing out and striking Alpha slashing and battering him. Fayde's arms became engulfed up to his elbows in the pitch black energy he raised his right arm and launched three blasts of the violent energy towards Alpha's position.

Alpha simply walked towards Fayde nonchalantly, his body unscathed. When he fired the energy blasts, Alpha's body was simply reduced to ash, before it reappeared in a burst of flame behind Fayde. "You should have seen the look on Auriel's face when I ripped out her throat," he growled.

Once everyone got on her back, Julie takes flight. Leaving the burning castle behind with Lilith in it. Most of the servants would find someplace else to go. Julie was flying faster than usual due to her pent up anger. Once they made it to Vegas Julie decided to descend to a lower altitude and land in the Strip. Which was still extremely dark due to a freak thunderstorm and the night sky, with the addition of portions of the city being drained of its electricity and lights. Rain was pouring heavily making it even harder to hear along with the lightning bolts dropping down 2 seconds after one another. Acting as the only light source for most parts of the city.
Bruce had jumped off of Julie's back just before she lands, trying to look around and analyze the situation, with how the light source was working he had to focus to really get a grip on the situation. There was Alpha about to fight one of the people he'd seen around the guild, a giant beast that his sisters were currently flying out of (more on that in a bit, calm your tits), along with cops around and jets were coming their way. From the looks of how Isaac disable all the cops it seemed the government wasn't on their side today. Not that it really mattered before.

The beast only grows bigger to 150 feet due to Kai'zen striking it with a great lightning bolt. The lightning bolt Kai'zen struck it with also affected Bruce's sisters inside of it which would make their death come around without the beast even trying if they stayed any longer. ( ! ) ( @Afrobrony )
The fusion of the twins (I probably need to think up a name for her) had channeled her ki along her body to block the effects of being inside the beast. At least to the point where she wouldn't immediately die. She realized that if there was some sort of weak spot in there at all then she wouldn't be able to find it before the beast was able to break through her ki shield and kill her. She flew out of the beast and looked up to the see the jets, whether they were on Dragon's Roar side or not was irrelevant since they would be killed by this beast or the storm it was causing. "I can't fight this thing as far as I know! I'm going to save those pilots!" She flew off towards the jets, careful to keep moving though it wasn't like they could get a lock on a human sized target.

When the words passed through Alpha's lips Fyade went from being visibly angry to deadpan his fist met Alpha's face once again wrapped in his black energy, though this time the energy became a powerful beam that slammed Alpha into another building three blocks away before exploding with almost ten times the intensity The blast reaching back nearly half he distance alpha was sent. Fayde simply watched debating if he should release the next seal and increase his power, he worried for Isaac admittedly not using much more than an intermediate amount of his power Fayde knew that Alphas resilience to his attack meant that this fight would be difficult. It was a somewhat comforting thought but before he would give alpha any credit he knew he would have to push Alpha to see if he really should have been able to slay Auriel

There was a flash of fire, and Alpha stalked around Fayde in his hellhound form, eyeing him like a lion would eye a gazelle. "In the end, she didn't even put up a struggle. She resigned to her fate. As should you." Suddenly, Alpha once again turned to ash, disappearing.

(Sorry, I'm so swarmed with irl stuff right now.)

Fayde was aware of Alpha's presence looking him in the eye as he prowled around him his body ready to counterattack, Fayde listened to the hounds words and absorbed them following his training and working incredibly hard to keep his emotions from blinding him and lowering his combat ability. It wasn't until Alpha was gone that Fayde gave in, falling to his kneels he hyperventilated until he couldn't take it anymore. Slamming his forearms against the ground his head lowered he screamed, a hateful and despairing scream that was as wretched as it was terrifying the ground shook and buildings rumbled, some weakened by the fight crumbled to piles of rubble and dust. When Fayde maws done he took a deep breath and stood in a circle of destruction. The ground in a fifty foot radius of him looked like a large meteor had hit. Composing himself Fayde stepped up and out of the pit gliding up towards the others he looked cold, and slightly shaken a thought flashed through his mind which stole that weak look and replaced it with a burning determination to make Alpha pay.

Raven shuts up after this and Justin tries to silence himself. The hooded woman steps out the elevator once they hit the intended floor and finds the room in which the most popular radio station in Vegas resides in. She was going to take a while explaining why the world should turn Dragon's Roar in. Especially since they could easily summon the beast that devoured Europe again. She knew this broadcast would hit the news swiftly and would spread to different countries. Since this is a message to the world. A warning in a sense. If they didn't side with the Dark Arts and turn their guns at Dragon's Roar... things would end up bad for them.

"Justin!" Raven runs over to his side to cover the wounds. "Do something!" She yells at the hooded woman.
The hooded woman on the other hand was simply staring out the window. Trying to find the sniper who's managed to hit them twice. "Why him?" She completely ignores Raven's cries for help.
The woman kicks Raven away from Justin, then crouches at his side, pale hands contrasting to the blood that flows over them as she holds her hands on either side of Justin's throat. She inspects the wound calculated, apathetic eyes, then her grip tightens on the wounds at both sides. With a harsh jerk, she snaps Justin's neck with enough force that his head lies completely to the side, then drops his corpse like it dirtied her hands. Standing swiftly, she grabs Raven tightly by her throat, lifting her off the floor and pinning her back to the wall roughly, her hands soaking Raven's neck with her brother's blood, "Command the lady again; I dare you. I'd love to kill you for testing my patience, you noisy bitch."

Suddenly the sound of a bullet goes off in the storm. "I'm so sorry guys.... I was playing Call of Duty last night. Trigger finger.... My bad." The officer yells over the raging storm.
The bullet hits Julie's scales and lands into the 8 inch water flowing down the streets.

Julie turns and roars at the officers only to receive even more bullets. Which made her even angrier. Most of the officers were putting their focus into capturing Dragon's Roar rather than stopping the beast.
Jackie ducks into Julie's scales, keeping her from the bullets, but slides off the moment they halt. She grabs the nearest officer by his collar, pulling her switch blade from her shirt and pressing it to his jugular, "Tell me why the fuck you're shooting us when that-" She points in the direction that the roars of the Dark Arts' beast are coming from with her knife, before returning it to his neck, "-is destroying your shit and killing your people? Speak quick, fuck-face, because in the mood I'm in, I'm pretty keen on giving the pavement a nice, shiny new red paint job."

The founder of the Dark Arts was relaxing in a chair watching the news. She could feel Lilith tapping away at the symbol and decided to wait for a moment. She no longer had any use for her since she not only disobeyed her orders by entering the room and raising suspicion. Lilith managed to rip Dragon's Roar apart from the inside in spirit because of this incident. So she believed she was done with her now and had no reason to save her.

Most of the jets start to open fire at the dragons instead of the electrical beast. Dragon's such as Julie and Kai'zen.
The flood water was at least 2 feet high. Once the large and powerful bullets slammed into Julie who threw herself in front of the others to defend them from getting shot. Hekate, Emily, and the cocoon are knocked off of her and land in the water. Julie and Hekate get up with much difficulty but the cocoon gets swept away with the rushing water.
The twins separate into two different beings once again so that they can divide and conquer, flying into the jets and breaking off cock pit windows (I don't know exactly what they're called) and forcing the pilots to eject. That could still hurt them but it'd be better than destroying the jets with the pilots still in them.

Bruce sees the cocoon and rushes for it, slowed by the water at first but jumping out and over it all to catch up with the cocoon. "This is all going to shit... I should've joined Dragon's Roar again sooner." He grabs the cocoon and goes off somewhere far from the fighting. "I'll keep you safe, Isabel. I don't think we can afford to leave you unguarded for now."

A few moments passed and nothing was happening. "No, no, no," Lilith said, knowing that she was being discarded. She had seen it happen so many times, and never believed this would happen. "You can't be serious, I've been loyal to you for so long! I tore them apart from the inside out! I can still be of use to you!" She had no idea if the woman could even hear her but she had to try. She felt a sudden rush of heat, and realised the fire had reached her. She cursed, and searching for an exit, tapping her symbol whenever she could. "Please, just get me out of here! I can still be of use to you!"

Raven grits her teeth as tears roll down her face. "I'm sorry." She manages to squeeze that out while she tries not to look at her brothers body.
The woman glares at her from under her hood, eyes fierce and magic slowly crawling up her arm towards the hand holding Raven to the wall, but then drops her, deeming her not worth the effort.

"There was a radio broadcast! It's hitting the media and the world like a freak storm! The Dark Arts say that they'll summon something even worse than the monster that devoured most of Europe if we don't take down and or turn in Dragon's Roar. Most of the world has already labeled Dragon's Roar as an enemy immediately!"

Jackie searches the officer's face for any sign that this is a lie, then sighs, rain drenching her and pasting her hair to her face. "Then we're dead if we stay here," She says under her breath, then takes his gun, releasing him into the rushing water. She kneecaps him with the gun and leaves him to be washed away by the flood as she struggles through the water towards Julie. She pats her side, "Hey, are you okay, sweetie?"

The jets end up crash landing into buildings and roads.

The cocoon was a regularly warm temperature even in the storm. Isabel seemed to be fine inside, playing 21 questions with Sanctum.

Which happens to be in this city." She walks towards the elevator to exit the building. Expecting Raven to leave the body behind and follow.

Julie lets out a pained groan, the bullets didn't penetrate her scales but they hurt like hell. Those large bullets were meant to tank things. She starts to look around for the three who were knocked off her back, only to rescue Emily and Hekate from the waters. She starts to panic as she realizes Isabel is gone. She didn't know Bruce had gotten her.

The sister meet up and high five before watching the pilots slowly descend, assuming their chutes opened of course. "Not bad. Well, not as bad."

Bruce raises the Grandmafinger in one hand and holds the cocoon up in his free arm away from the water. "Can she really hear me in there? Does she have any idea what's going on at all?"

At least 10 feet away from Bruce, a blue mist bursts into existence. The water in this area was pretty shallow at 3 inches. The blue mist forms into Sierra on her bike. "Yo... Do you have any clue on what's going on?"

Dru and Fahy had moved away from the Dragon and watched as the group split up they were unsure what they could do or what they should do. There was so much going on they were just worried about staying up right at the moment. @Light

Bruce keeps ready to blow this person away with the Grandmafinger should the need arise, even holding the cocoon a little behind him. "Well there's giant monster that's tearing apart Vegas, it seems one of our guild members has been turned against us, nobody likes Dragon's Roar, and everything is shit."

Jackie pets Julie's scales, "Chill. Bruce went after the egg, he'll probably be back with it soon. For now, I need to know if you're capable of flying. We're retreating."

The woman grabs Raven by the back of shirt and pushes her forward, forcing her to leave the body behind. "If you permit me to speak freely, I don't understand why you would put so much trust into a variable. Not only can the spell you have over him be broken, but you should also remember, powerful or not, he's just a mutt."

From a rooftop, Alpha watches the Dragon's Roar members. He was too weak to take them all on now, and he knew that. There was no point in a fight he couldn't win. He was starved, and his powers were weak. He would need to feast before the next battle. However....

Alpha leaps off the roof, disappearing before he hit the ground. Alpha reappeared on Julie's back, sitting cross-legged. Completely ignoring Julie, Hekate, and Jackie, Alpha's eyes zeroed in on Emily. Beta growled at Alpha, but those growls quickly turned to whimpers when he received Alpha's glare. "Emily dear, I believe that you have something that belongs to me," he said.
